Positive experience: China was my (Marilyn) first experience of an Asian country and I found it to be informative and fascinating to witness a culture different from my own. Our tour group was of mixed ages and backgrounds and was ably led by our own tour guide. The Chinese tour guides who accompanied us had very good English ; were both helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and the bus drivers amazed us with their competent driving skills. We visited, Beijing, Xian, Nanjing and Shanghai, each city had its own identity and gave us a broad picture of China today. Accommodation was very good to excellent. The itinerary gave us an insight into China's past history and its present burgeoning development. I would have no hesitation in recommending YBL Travels and Tours.

Fantastic experience: Recently, I and 18 other friends and colleagues traveled to Vietnam and Cambodia on a two-week travel tour. The trip was organized YBL TRAVEL & TOURS in Lygon St, Brunswick. I wish to say that we had a wonderful time and enjoys all the places we visited and toured. Other than the very hot weather, everything was organized very well, as it seemed that nothing went wrong in our two week holiday. The various hotels we stayed at were very good and some were just excellent with great facilities and service. All the hotels we stayed at really took care of us and I cannot fault there services. Thanks to YBL TRAVEL & TOURS, the tour guides that accompanied us on our travels were all very friendly, knowledgeable about the places we went to, as well as very helpful with our various requests. This including giving us tips of how to ‘bargain’ with the locals for better deals. Some of the tour guides had better English than others, but that did not hinder our holiday, as they were all very helpful and we got on well with them. I wish to also add that the various restaurants that were organized for us by YBL TRAVEL & TOURS were very clean, excellent food and on many occasions too much food. I do not think any of us went hungry and if anything we probably all gained weight since most of our meals varied from 4 to 6 courses of wonderful Vietnamese and Cambodian food. However, not everything was perfect. The Halong Bay cruise was in itself excellent, but the boat we slept in overnight had what sounded like rats running up in the roof. Sadly that kept many of us awake that particular night. Having said that the cruise itself was great and so was the meals and cooking demonstrations. Please do something about the rats next time on that particular boat that we used. The only other issue we had was when arrived at one airport and our guide had the wrong tour placard before we realized he was looking for us all the time. This was not the fault of YBL TRAVEL & TOURS, but the misunderstanding of their counterpart in Vietnam. Nevertheless, this was a minor mistake; and our guide was very apologetic, it was not his fault. The organization of our trip was excellent. YBL TRAVEL & TOURS came up with a wonderful itinerary and we managed to see so many different sights. All our flight bookings worked perfectly and from start to finish YBL TRAVEL & TOURS did an excellent job. I would definitely use YBL TRAVEL & TOURS again for price and quality of service and YBL TRAVEL & TOURS they managed to surprise us with some wonderful accommodation, restaurant and sightseeing. Fantastic experience: I didn't really know what to expect when we first got to China, however the tour guides and bus drivers were fantastic. We visited the most amazing places on earth and got lots of background information about each place we visited. It was busy, but it had to be because there were so many amazing places to visit. Thank you very much for your patience, kindness and knowledge.

Fantastic experience: Travelled to China on a 14 day tour in 2013; had a fabulous time in a group pf 30 people. This trip was exceptionally well planned, we saw an amazing number of places and enjoyed wonderful cultural experiences. The trip was excellent value, everything was included and anything extra spent was our own choice - ie. personal shopping, which was also fabulous. I can thoroughly recommend this trip.

Fantastic experience: We had 15 glorious days in China. The service we received from YBL was exceptional. Wonderful hotels, expert friendly guides in every region (with perfect English), and fascinating "off the beaten track" places as well all the major "must sees". Would not hesitate to go with YBL again.
