Fantastic experience: We used iFLYflat to book a trip to Japan Business class from Sydney and they were able to find a Qantas reward flight within a couple of weeks in peak season (the Japanese Summer). We were unable to get two flights on reward points and had to buy one return flight using cash but just getting one return flight Business Class with a few months' notice and in peak season is pretty amazing and saved us a lot of money. I would not have had the time to secure these flights using points.

Fantastic experience: I found the service very easy to use. Staff were readily available and flexible. No task was too small. No stress. Found me great flight that I could not have found myself given time pressures. Staff were patient with helping me negotiate conversion and transfer of points. Some might think the fees are high but they were less than cattle class and finally able to use points which have been impossible to use for 10 years. Will definitely use them again.

I sent an enquiry at the end of the day and both Steve and Desiree were making contact with me after hours that same evening in an attempt to get things sorted for me. I made the wrong decision in using points to book direct for 2 X business return trips from Adelaide to Singapore. Cost me 1,249,300 points plus $896 plus taxes. Not only did Desiree find business seats on the same flights (for 824,600 points less than my booking), she phoned the airline to ensure I could cancel with minimal fees. Thankfully, I could cancel so I will be getting those 1,249,300 points back plus my $896 and payment for taxes less $60 each to cancel. As I said to Desiree, I was a bit out of practice (after engaging with Desiree in 2017 to book our family flights to Vietnam), but will most certainly not go anywhere else to book our flights in future. The most amazing customer service I have ever received! Desiree has a client for life.

Fantastic experience: It's just shy of two year that I made my first enquiry with iFLYflat. At the time i worked in a corporate role and was fortunate to accrue points that I used for holidays. Desiree and the team were efficient, very focussed on providing great service and supported me in understanding how best to be thinking about using points throughout the year and collecting them. Having a team that were fast, kept me informed of options and were flexible in helping me find flights for holidays was fantastic and saved SO much time. Fast forward, in the last 18 months I have established my own business and have travelled internationally 9 times, multiple domestic trips and each trip has become more complex in transits and length. Fantastic experience: This is the second time we booked with iflyflat and we had a similarly brilliant experience. Aside from saving phenomenal time and effort Desiree fulfilled our “must have” criterias. We had to be (mostly) on a A380, we wanted to minimize flytime, we only wanted one short stop-over (not two or three), and only wanted a late morning/afternoon departure on both sides of an open jaw ticket. Fantastic experience: I Fly Flat saved me time and a lot of money on a trip to South America then Canada and home. The South America Canada leg was expensive and has limited service, but IFF did a great job getting me the dates I wanted.
