Fantastic experience: PBT is fantastic. Having tried managing my own flights, hotels, transfers and insurance I learnt I don't have the time nor experience for complex multi-leg international travel. George and all the team are my super organising and arranging team. Plus - they are my lifeline back home should something to wrong. PBT says: " Call us anytime day or night wherever you are in the world and we will be there to step in for you". So far I have not needed to make that call!

The levels of service has been exemplary like the occasion of an emergency (wife comes down with illness the night before we were to fly to Europe) and having them reschedule our flights at 11.00pm at night ... amazing!
