Fantastic experience: We have used Kiyah several times now for our travels and her communication is fantastic. We had essentially 6 months overseas travelling Singapore, Japan, America and Canada and Kiyah sorted everything for our family of 4. She had organised things we would have never thought of and even went the extra mile and organised birthday gifts while we were away. We had issues in Singapore with our driver not giving us tickets to the waterpark and we reached out to Kiyah who promptly sorted out our issues and we continued to have the best day. I highly recommend Kiyah for your travels whether it's big or small. She literally takes the stress away.

Fantastic experience: Thea has undertaken most of my private overseas travel for over seven years now. Some of this travel has been very complicated involving some destinations not traversed by many tourists (such as Turkmenistan). She has always been extremely professional in finding the best deals and itineraries. She always follows up, is extremely well organised and even personally contacts you while overseas if there are changes to your itinerary or sorting out visa issues. If you would like a very professional team of travel agents who will 'go beyond' in service then I wholeheartedly recommend Thea and her team at Jamison Travel Associates.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Travel Associates Jamison! I found them through other people's Google reviews and they did not disappoint! I am used to having to do all my own pre-research to guide an agent to ensure I get the best price, best timing, etc. but I didn't need to do that with Joe. He was very thorough about investigating all the options and little things that would make our trip as smooth and cost-effective as possible. He took me through every little decision in a structured and logical way so it didn't feel at all confusing or like I was actually making lots of little decisions (which can get overwhelming). I felt incredibly well supported and 100% confident about my trip. I will use Travel Associates Jamison for ALL my personal travel from now on!
