Fantastic experience: We have just finished a 14 day Seabourn cruise Greece & Turkey. The week prior was an 8 day Windstar Cruise - Dalmatian Coast. Both booked with Fab & James Hardy. Both amazing and very good value for money. We have never had a problem before but we did on one of the cruises. This is where it is so important to know that your agent has your back. Once James knew of the problem he was on it, found out the issue (cruise line accounts department stuffed up) & fixed it. He had resolved it while we were still hearing - “we are waiting on an email from HO”. This is the really important part of booking with someone that can help when you do have a problem. Cannot recommend the team highly enough.

I can’t think of enough superlatives to describe our experience except to say it was the trip of a lifetime. Fantastic experience: James has been amazing. I had Future Cruise Credits owing from 2 cancelled cruises in 2020 which he was able to track down. I really don’t think I would have had the great outcome I did if I hadn’t had him in my corner. He is also fabulous to deal with and he gets back to you within a reasonable time frame. Made easier because he is in Australia rather than other interline companies I have used in the past operating OS.
