Fantastic experience: H.I.S. is the best agency to help you get your Japan visa, either single or multiple entry. Ms Kiyoka and the team was very helpful and will guide you through the process and requirements that you will need. They have helped me with both my single entry and multiple visa entry, of which both were granted within a week. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Also, just make sure you have all the requirements needed before you book your appointment with them. They will send you a list of requirements needed upon booking your slot, so be sure to double check.

She informed us about the required documents and what to expect during the process. We sent some wrong documents but were told to submit them via email instead.
