Fantastic experience: We were initially quite reluctant to book a Villa as we have always stayed at hotels / resorts. After being cared for by the amazing staff at Bali Villa Escapes, we are Villa converts! Special mention to Ade who was patient and provided exceptional service.

Fantastic experience: Bali Villa Escapes. Excellent Agency. excellent experience. My husband & I who are aged in our 60’s have just returned from a beautiful trip to Bali to attend our daughters dream wedding over there. In wanting villa accommodation as our base rather than just a hotel room, in my meticulous & thorough research exploring many possibilities, I came across the company, Bali Villa Escapes who I discovered handle many 4 & 5 star Villa accommodation properties in Bali. This included the specific Villa property that was I was interested in (& eventually chose) to act as our base whilst in Bali. The Villa was a 2 bedroom property in Seminyak which looked ideal, & indeed, it was. Really lovely & exactly as pictured. This was the first time I’d dealt with an third party agent that I had not previously heard of beforehand, & certainly I do admit to being initially a little nervous about it, particularly as their policy was 50% payment upfront & the balance due 60 days before arrival. I noted if under 60 days prior to arrival, then the entire amount of the booking is required upfront in order to secure the reservation. However, let me put everybody’s mind at rest here. I can honestly tell you without any hesitation whatsoever that Bali Villa Escapes were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. My contact there (Ade) kept me fully informed during the whole process & was always prompt in answering the many hundreds of questions I was forever putting to him. Their policy was to pay In Australian dollars (in Australia - which is based in Sydney). They provided me with their banking details (which I checked for authenticity, by the way), & I transferred the necessary funds electronically. They were also prompt in emailing me all the necessary paperwork, confirmations & receipts & their whole administrative process I have to say was top notch. One of the best I’ve come across actually. In hindsight, it’s not that unusual to request upfront payment, especially as we were travelling in Bali’s high season. Many hotels in Australia & even across the world have special rates (such as Advance Purchase & several other special rates), that need to be paid in advance & I do realise now that this is quite a common practice with many, many establishments. Don’t be “put off” by this as it’s totally fine. I never experienced any problems at all with this agency. There is honestly nothing whatsoever I can fault. They even arranged free courtesy one way airport transfer & on arrival at the Villa, the reservation was absolutely perfect, no problems or issues whatsoever, & check in was a breeze. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Bali Villa Escapes for your next stay in Bali. I would 100% use them again in a heartbeat as they were honestly really superb.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed immensely a 5 night solo stay from 05 June. The villa was spacious & well facilitated & the large pool a great asset. All the staff- Reception,Spa Attendants, Butlers, Housemaids Chefs, pool attendants,cleaners ,drivers etc were prompt professional helpful & friendly. The majority I encountered had many years experience at Bvilla & obviously enjoyed their employ & were well respected by Management. The food prepared in the kitchen or delivered was very good. I have no hesitation in recommending this property for a private, relaxing ,well facilitated, Friendly holiday
