Marissa took care of absolutely everything for booking our dream Kenyan Safari Honeymoon! Everything from flights, to drivers to and from the airport, to confirming with the Safari company was done for me - so I could focus on the wedding! Marissa checked in with us regularly, and helped us get amazing upgrades and discounts to make the experience even more unforgettable!! Fantastic experience: TASA and in particular, Marissa Gallo, were fantastic in helping us to pull together a Boy’s Trip of a lifetime for me and 3 mates during October/November 2024. The trip consisted of 21 nights, 6 cities,10 flights and multiple sporting and entertainment events across the USA. Marissa was meticulous in booking accommodation that was central in each city and met the needs of our group. All flights went seamlessly and the events in which she booked tickets for us, were first class. Marissa was in regular contact during the trip and we could not have asked for a better experience. Fantastic experience: Reg, just reaching out to say thank you for all your efforts for our Singapore Grand Prix experience. It exceeded my expectations! Xavier and I had a blast. Our first ever GP will be hard to beat. The location of the hotel inside the track was perfect and our view from the balcony to the Padang stage was brilliant to watch the concert warm-ups. But the best part was the amazing seats at the start line, you could not have done any better. I know Xavier’s mate were super envious of his snap and insta feeds. Having the all access pass allowed us to walk the track each night, and the concert line-ups were amazing each afternoon and night. I will definitely reach out again when we decide to do another GP. Negative experience: Wanted to get tickets to EPL matches, so made contact a couple of times via email and phone. My budget was $40-50,000 so I thought someone might be interested, but never received an email back, phone call back…nothing. Made them well aware I like my sports so if this went well then there would be more trips in future. Alas, I took my money elsewhere after no contact or follow up. How can you just ignore a potential customer who gave you dates of travel, three games to watch and a budget to work within? I’m surprised by that, and disappointed. And I would have thought someone missed out on a decent amount of commission.

Fantastic experience: Incredible experience created by Callum and the team at TASA at Singapore’s F1. Once in a lifetime and unforgettable memories made. Callum and TASA were able to get amazing tickets and accomodation in a faultless process. They went above and beyond to get the event done to my requests and fielded too many calls and emails by myself without issue and always friendly. Would I do it again? Absolutely. Would I recommend TASA? Very much yes, in fact already was making referrals while in Singapore at the event.

Fantastic experience: TASA, and Marissa in particular, were instrumental in organising my trip for the best flexible airfares/airline, and top accommodation in the heart of Times Square in New York. Marissa collaborated with my Hotel reception personnel to get me a great shared cab service for airport pick up/drop off and on each occasion, I had great chats with other New York travellers. I chose TASA due to their specialist sills in organising sporting events and they found the best seats in the house at the US Open for me as I had a limited budget. I just wanted to be there and experience a grand slam. Fortunately, for me, I had a great view of the Manhatten skyline at sunset by going to the top of the stadium on my side as there was a gap between the roof and the top row of seats. I spent the whole day there. The hotel had good features like it was art deco style (you felt Frank Sinatra had stayed there) and an included free "Grab and Go" breakfast and I would eat at Times Square (lots of bench seating) and watch the world go by. Times Square was also the home of Big Bus Tours which Marissa had already mentioned to me, so I organised 2 great tours with them, including a Brooklyn 3 hour immersive tour with gourmet chocolate tasting. It felt good that someone had my back in case something went haywire. I highly recommend Marissa and her colleagues for travel. Marissa was a wealth of information as she too had been to New York.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had the pleasure of traveling with the West Coast Eagles to see The Round 9, Marvel Stadium game. It was an exceptionally good experience. The West Coast Eagle's "Travel with the Team" was a package characterized by excellence in every area, from the plane flights to and from the game, accommodation which was within walking distance from Marvel Stadium where we had "right there" seats, and a TASA rep who was present, friendly and assisting at every step of the trip. That the Eagles lost took nothing from our great weekend. Ironically, this added to our experience, as on the flight home, we saw first hand the amazing comradeship and qualities on display of a remarkable group of our best young athletes - as arms wrapped around younger players giving reassuring chats on at least half a dozen occasions. We now understand that the incredible courage on the field is accompanied by a repertoire of strong interpersonal skills which deepens our love of this amazing game.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic charter trip with the Eagles to watch Collingwood and the Eagles in Melbourne. Travelled with my 82 year old Father and the time spent together was precious. We will be reminiscing about this time together hopefully for many years.

Fantastic experience: Have followed football my entire life, the best experience ever was going to the gather round this year. The double header at the Adelaide oval was stunning. TASA managed to get me 6 tickets in a corporate box, unbelievable place to enjoy the game with the added bonus of food and beverage supplied. If you get the chance grab some tickets for next year, you will not be disappointed.

The Grandstand seats were perfect with a great view of the track and the big screens so didn’t miss out on any racing. The hotel was excellent modern and well equipped with an awesome breakfast to fuel up for the start of the day. It was really close to the trams that got us to and from the track with very little wait time. Can’t wait till next year.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I traveled Europe last year booking with TASA. Thank goodness we did as when we arrived in Barcelona in the early hours of Thursday Oct 18, 2019, the city was in complete riot mode from the Catalonia protests. This was a scary situation to be right in the middle of and thankfully with the quick response and help from the TASA team were able to obtain return flights first thing on the Friday morning back to Aus. The city was going to be in full lock down on Friday and likely the weekend so we were very grateful to be able to head home and be safe.
