We had engaged Tammy’s services several times in the past so decided to ask her to do the planning for this holiday as well. Fantastic experience: Tara was amazing with helping to book a recent contiki trip to the USA! Her bubbly personality and enthusiasm made coming in for our appointment loads of fun. She was really accomodating of last minute changes (including a spontaneous extra week in Singapore) and managed to help arrange us onto new flights just a week before we flew out. She also gave us lots of great recommendations for accomodation and activities across both the USA and Singapore. It was my first time using a travel agent and I’m so glad I did!

Fantastic experience: Tammy and her team are the best in the industry and in my eyes travel magicians. I have used Travel Associates for many years for both personal and as a corporate travel agency for my employer. Tammy even organised my honeymoon. I am currently stranded in Ireland due to the hard border restrictions in Perth. Within a few days of my international flight being cancelled Tammy had me rebooked and redirected via Melbourne and booked flights and accommodation to get me home. I couldn't of done this without them. Highly recommend using an agency for all your travel. These guys are the best.

Fantastic experience: I was recently referred to Renee by a friend when struggling to find a last minute getaway for my Fiancée and I. On the eve of a busy long weekend, Renee was able to secure a last minute deal at the Ritz Carlton- Perth. She took care of boooking the accommodation, dinner, breakfast and arranged a late check out and early check in. A phenomenal service given the timeframe and outstanding value for money. We will definitely be getting in touch with Renee for our next getaway..maybe just a little earlier next time!

Fantastic experience: Over a year ago we met with Renee to book our dream Christmas holiday, from the moment we started chatting I knew we were in good hands. Renee was so knowledgeable on all things travel, especially with kids! The process of booking was so simple and Renee was always quick to reply to any questions we had. Great travel knowledge, friendly service and going above and beyond when travel plans change or the inevitable problem pops up overseas. We booked a once in a lifetime multi generational expensive family holiday in January. when Covid happened not only did she understand our disappointment that clearly we would not be going on this long awaited trip but she also assisted us to navigate our way through the complex process of cancellation and achieving a refund for the accommodation and flights. The airline went into voluntary administration, a few months ago and we were very anxious that a large portion of our costings would never be retrieved. Fantastic experience: In February Renee went out of her way as usual to put together flights and awesome accommodation for a last minute business trip to USA and South America. All I had to do was send my meeting schedule. Too easy. And then with Covid the trip was cancelled. Fantastic experience: At the start of Covid19 Pandemic my family and I (4 adults and 3 young Grandchildren) were stranded in South Africa and unable to contact our airline based in South Africa to bring forward our return Ticket. The airline had gone into early lockdown and were not responding to any calls. Airline tickets were scarce. We then made a quick phone from SA to Perth and Simon (whilst on the phone) i a few moments had us all booked on our return flight just before borders were closed in both SA and Australia. Timing was critical. In crisis times like this you realise the true value of a great Travel Agent. Positive experience: Thanks to the consultant Simon Harrison, our journey to Cape Town, South Africa in February 2020 went exceptionally well. My husband and I travelled with our infant daughter and 4year old daughter and Simon made sure that our flight would be comfortable as possible, such as ensuring we had a bassinet and that our 'special meal' requirements were arranged, even that of our baby.
