She is very professional and knowledgable with everything travel related. Things went smoothly, but when we did need extra assistance with a late accomodation change, Kirstyn did everthing we needed and more. She was always responsive to messages and calls and having Kirstyn to support us with our trip made all the difference.

Fantastic experience: Toowoomba cruise and travel helped us find the most suiting accomodation for our trip. Organised all our flights and sorted our transport away aswell. Was the most easiest process and took all the uncertainties of booking away. They really took the time to find out what we wanted.
