Fantastic experience: With Jeremie’s help we planned a wonderful 30 day self drive holiday around New Caledonia. It’s such a beautiful country and the local people very warm and hospitable. Jeremie is always professional and very efficient. He was “with us” while we were stranded in NC during the recent riots. He managed to get refunds for all our unused accommodation while we were still stuck on Mare island! It was very reassuring to know he had our backs. We arrived home yesterday and Jeremie is still supporting us with working on refunds for unused flights. We cannot recommend Jeremie highly enough. He has gone above and beyond of what we expected. He and the team of New Caledonia Voyages are true professionals.

Fantastic experience: Jeremie and his team tailored a perfect 2-week itinerary for our holiday in New Caledonia this month. All locations and accommodations were well chosen and his careful logistics - car hire, driving times, internal transfers, etc - all worked as planned. Jeremie kept us up to date on changes before we left and responded promptly when we had a couple of questions while we were there. Our trip covered the west coast (Bourail / Poé), east coast (Poindimié), great south, Lifou and Nouméa. We loved the diversity of the country and culture, the quality of the coral reefs and marine life, stunning beaches and lagoons, good food and the friendly welcome we received everywhere. We left just two days before the political demonstrations sadly turned violent. We hope this is resolved very soon for the New Caledonians and so others can have the opportunity to experience this special place.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Jeremie Jezequel from New Caledonia voyages. My wife and I had been considering New Caledonia for several years prior to covid and having finally booked our own flights to Noumea we were a bit unsure about how to get to Isle of Pines or where to stay. After we sent an enquiry to NC Voyages Jeremie got in touch almost straight away and was a great help in providing us with all the information we needed. Jeremie booked our internal flights to Isle of Pines, our accomodation on the island and all of our transfers on both Isle of Pines and in Noumea. This saved us hours of research and we ended up having a great trip which we thoroughly enjoyed. In addition to this Jeremie answered my questions about foreign currency and also provided interesting and useful information documents about New Caledonia in general plus things to do and places to eat. We normally book all of our overseas travel ourselves but would definitely be happy to use Jeremie again and will be recommending Jeremie and NC Voyages to anyone who may be travelling to New Caledonia.

Fantastic experience: We had a lovely vacation in New Caledonia and isle of Pine in October celebrating our 25th anniversary. Jeremie and the New Caledonia Voyages team had everything planned according to our requests and gave us plenty of material to inform us about what we could do and enjoy in our trip. Things were cruising along and we enjoyed one beautiful day after another until the last day. A tropical storm named Lola affected air travel from the small Isle of Pines to the main island and we were stuck for another day. Jeremie took charge straight away and helped us along the way to secure another day’s stay in our hotel, Le Meridien, and when the situation repeated next day, he was there to help us again. Of course he was back-pedaling in the office to also change our international flights back to Sydney, and rebook our taxi transfer and last night’s stay in Noumea, twice. Finally we were able to secure boat transfers to Noumea on the third day and we arrived late night to our destination. Jeremie had transfers and accomodation sorted. We ended up spending one third extra from our budgeted plan and our peaceful trip was transformed into an adventure. We arrived safely back to Sydney in the end having quite a few experiences added to the voyage. Of course we started to arrange all our extra expenses by type in order to claim the incidentals incurred from our comprehensive travel insurance package and Jeremie, once again, had written a very professional letter detailing the reasons for the extras to help along with our claim. We ended up getting back all of the claimed extras, less the excess of course. We did enjoy our trip very much and the destination was extraordinary! We felt this was a place that needs to be revisited again and again to get more out of what it has to offer. The local were very courteous and accomodating and the air of French culture made us feel like this was a place we could see ourselves live in permanently. We would highly recommend Noumea as a city to experience and the Isle of Pines as a destination to be one with nature and water. The pine forests and the beaches were always inviting and the natural pool was the highlight of our journey. We felt like we were swimming in an enormous aquarium full with exotic tropical fish and corals. However, none of this would have mattered if Jeremie was not there in the background, having our backs and protecting us like a guardian angel. He is a professional in his line of work and a true ambassador for New Caledonia and the values of hospitality. We are so glad we chose New Caledonia Voyages to book our trip and we are going to use them again for our next trip to Tahiti and Bora-Bora. I cannot recommend this agency highly enough and particularly Jeremie for all his help and knowledge in getting us through a sticky situation. Mercis beaucoup Jeremie!

Fantastic experience: Both myself and my Wife really can't speak or recommend highly enough how pleasurable it was dealing with NC Voyages. Our holiday to New Caledonia was to celebrate my Wife's 60th Birthday, and we both had an absolutely wonderful time. Ile Des Pins was the highlight for us, but we enjoyed the whole trip. Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of New Caledonia Voyages, they took care of our holiday booking from 2020 and even though the COVID-19 pandemic got in the way, made sure our holiday was on track so that we could depart Melbourne to Noumea in 2023 using credits. Jeremie was our contact, and he was most knowledgeable and helpful in all situations, from flights and hotels to organising day trips. He reassured us during the 3 years that we were in good hands, and that everything would work out for the best. Our time on Ouvea and Isle of Pines were spectacular, and the reefs need to be seen to be believed, and we have memories that will last a life time. Thank you Jeremie for all that you did for us. We will definitely return one day.

Fantastic experience: Just had a wonderful 3 hour JetSki tour of the islands. Everything was well organised with good advice about transportation from our hotel - thanks Jeremie! Phone call the day before to see if we still wanted to proceed as the conditions could be “an adventure”. Given it was our last day, I took the risk. We were really lucky - Teddy was an amazing guide. Kept checking in on our well-being, very patient and professional. Conditions were a bit rough, but we took our time and had the most awesome experience! Big smiles by all!!

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a wonderful trip to Noumea and Isle de Pines organised by Jeremie and Julia. We made several changes initially, which they were very helpful in accommodating. The trip itself was perfect, with all pick ups etc on time, accommodation of an excellent standard and response from Julia immediate when we had one small problem. Would totally recommend!

I did write Jeremie a thank you after our return - please see below: Monday, 15 July 2019 Dear Jeremie, We have returned from New Caledonia and Isle des Pines – it has been without doubt one of the most extraordinary weeks of our lives. In short, Noumea is quite a nice place to visit (it reminded me a bit of Corsica without the rich Italians) and whilst Chateaux Royal hits the mark with good service with a modern setup in an excellent location, the Hilton Residences was never going to compare. In Australian terms Chateaux Royal is a flash Sydney harbour hotel and the Hilton something you’d find in Canberra. However, then there is Isle des Pines… this is spectacular. The Le Meridien at Isle des Pines is equally without rival, not just because of the luxury but perhaps because of the warmth, hospitality and personality of the local people that work there. This we didn’t expected from an international hotel chain, and whilst perhaps it may provide an inconsistent delivery of service at times, it absolutely has heart and soul that we will remember and seek to come back to. No doubt the hotel manager Laurent Reyniex juggles an extraordinary balance between the charisma of his staff and the expectations of entitled guests – but he does it with charm, professionalism and genuine care. We had an awesome holiday but if your planning a trip to the Isle of Pines, do your research and book when there are no cruise ships in.
