Fantastic experience: The China service (Sydney) was a one of the great travel company l have been joining . First the costumer service was very good. The company staff are very polite helpful and patient with friendly communication . The price comparison was really reasonable. They usually provide the direct flights to the city and provided 4/5 star hotel with including breakfast . Which is what I like the best part in my trip of their tour. I am to share my experiences and highly recommended this China service travel company to all others..

Fantastic experience: China Travel is my favourite travel agency. I use their services for more than 20 years. The staffs are friendly and helpful. It is an IATA agency. It can issue air tickets straight away, without redirecting to another ticketing agency. This is the main reason I selected their services.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with China Travel Service. Tickets/tour booked via China Travel Service and tickets issued. However NO ACCESS possible to online check in. Ridiculous. Contacted the office and they provided no assistance as they said they were too busy as well as the particular booking agent was away even though it was only 3pm well within office hours. Also, we are owed $400 credit which they deny. No action to rectify issues were undertaken. I do NOT recommend this travel agent. Very poor experience.

Fantastic experience: Vivian Li had helped my business book air travel and hotels for the past twenty years. She provides incredible customer service all the time. Any time that we encounter a problem with flight cancellation overseas, she has always helped us rearrange flights on her end timely and saved us a lot of time and worry.

Negative experience: If there is a 0 i wouldn’t rate 1 star! A very unprofessional rude & scammers office they take your money before applying and they over charge you! Worst travel agents

Negative experience: The most worse scammers out there! They take a surcharge of $9 and they make you do the application and give them the money first and they rip you off with the money with no refunds! I advise no one to come here

Negative experience: I came to this office 15 days ago and they took $600 from me under the pretext of an urgent visa. A day later, this office official called me and told me to come and get your passport. We cannot get the visa? When I asked her to return the amount, she told me that the amount is not refundable?? I cut $300 out of the total amount of $600. Be careful with this office.

Negative experience: Worst scamming travel agent out there! Stay away! They promised my dad would have an express visa and it will arrive within 5 days and took $600 and a $9 surcharge with no receipt given then to be told a day after that it would take 2 months and they can’t refund the full money. Also repulsive customer service.

Fantastic experience: My recent experience with CTS has been fantastic. If you value your time and want to expedite your visa appointment I would recommend using them. My partner and I applied online ourselves for a visa, and the only date we could get for a visa appointment was a bit over a week before we would travel. CTS managed to help us secure an earlier visa appointment date. My friendly agent Lily, was so proactive in arranging the appointment and details we overlooked as they came up. It was nice to have someone helping out with the visa application process, as it’s a bit unclear in parts. Overall a shout out to CTS they were great!
