Fantastic experience: Thanks for all your help getting a refund during COVID. People I know who booked without an agent didn't get anywhere near as much refunded as me.

Negative experience: 4 staff members present - no customers - I was not asked to take a seat and was very grudgingly given a brochure after i persisted with my questions but i was not given any help or advice and will never go back to this agent.

Negative experience: Popped in to enquire about international flight. Young girl rude and obviously more interested in going to lunch. Barely answered my questions and told me to come back another day with my passport. Didn't even offer for me to sit down. 24 hours later, pleasantly and efficiently, I was helped to book my flights at Flight Centre.

Fantastic experience: Was recommended Helloworld Lane Cove a few years back to do our business travel for a trip to London. They were excellent and looked after every part of the trip including looking after some very specific detail around car hire, hotels and restaurants. Have been using them ever since for my personal travel and cannot recommend enough. They are a really quality, thoughtful travel business. 5 stars.
