Digital Travel

Negative experience: Previously, I booked a flight through a travel agency, but before the departure, I contacted them to cancel due to having a fever during the pandemic. The staff informed me that I could only change it to credit and that refunds were not possible. Now, when I contact them again, they tell me that this credit is under the airline, and it has expired and cannot be used. However, the staff I contacted from the beginning never informed me that this credit was under the airline. When disputing this lack of information, they even responded by saying it was common sense, that it had nothing to do with them, and that they could only contact the airline on my behalf. As a consumer, my understanding is that I purchased the ticket from the travel agency and canceled it. Even if a refund is not possible and it changes to credit, it should be the travel agency's credit and not the airline's. The travel agency not only failed to provide verbal clarification but also did not inform me about the expiration, and there is no relevant information in the email, only using a phrase like 'it's common sense' as an excuse to shirk responsibility. There are many travel agencies in Sydney, and I hope everyone can carefully choose after seeing my experience.

Fantastic experience: 立吉達真的很用心。這次緊急一個月內決定回國他們幫我完美的處理好了，包括回台防疫用的手機、在機場會遇到的所有檢測文件、上機前該申辦的檢測跟文件、轉機的時間安排等，他們都鉅細靡遺的列表說明；讓我不至於在這防疫期間少這少那，遺漏任何事導致無法回國。 幫我挑的防疫旅館也很大間，我一個帶兩個小孩回國雖然很累，但在旅館這幾天因為空間大，小孩們也不致於暴動 謝謝你們❤️❤️❤️ P.S. 還有謝謝你們的橘子

Fantastic experience: 我覺得專員Tony真的很細心，所有的細節都打在email 裡面，有任何問題也是很快回覆，還有幫我找的防疫旅館也是挺好的，服務人員都很親切！ 如果下次出行我也還是會選擇他們

Positive experience: Depends on who serves you. I called.and no one calls me back but my friend even get refund the difference when the fare is dropped.
