Fantastic experience: The live sessions have been incredibly helpful! Each week 3 topics are up and we get to vote which topic we would like to be discussed. This means it’s helping as many people as possible. I think the best thing about the live sessions is it takes all of the complicated information that is online and makes it so much simpler. It takes all the confusion out of trying to figure out what you need to do, while giving you support and direction to figure out quickly which visas may be an option for you. Even though it’s not super specific (you need to book a consultation for that) it gives a great insight into what may or may not work for you. So simple, so clear.

Negative experience: Absolutely disappointing. Chose this agency based on the best Google reviews and fairly long time in market. Didn't mind its the most expensive agency in Darwin, I wanted quality so I paid $325 for consultation of 1 hour. Agent Manuela was late 15 minutes on appointment, then gave me very important information for me, which was WRONG, that Gold Coast is considered regional and low population area and advised that I can move there with my visa condition. She gave me most answers on my questions such as "maybe", "should be", "usually", "you may have". Majority of the time she looked on Department of Home Affairs website searching for answers, then she wouldn't find. Then talking non-essential stuff and wasting time so I had to cut her talking and ask what I needed to know. Since she didn't have some answers, I followed up by email for the pending answer, and she offered me another follow up consultation $190 for half an hour, and answer on pending question was again all "usually ","you may have ", "should be fine". I am assuming that high rating on Google reviews for Manuela and this Agency is manipulated. I wish I could rate it 0 star, because even 1 star is too much for what I got.

Gives very generic information with little research. Also they later try defending themselves saying case is complex. We do go to these agencies as our cases are complex, it's sad how they try to get away. But overall please think wisely before considering them.

Unfortunately, I gained nothing substantial from the initial consultation after paying the required fee. It has taken over a month for them to respond and they have requested additional fees to be paid in order to clarify basic questions. I had myself looked for many options to extend my visa and had done many researches and she came up with a plan that I didn't expect. Fantastic experience: We applied for a Partner Visa as my wife is from Malaysia. Initially we thought about doing it ourselves but after looking at mountains of different forms and never ending questions we decided to go with an immigration agent. There were so many migration agents to choose from so I decide to compare the top 3 rated. I read the reviews for each and Northern Immigration Australia with Manuela Seiberth come across to me as the best and most professional. Manuela wealth of knowledge on immigration is incredible!! She knows which is the best visa for you!! Manuela advised us to apply for the visa off shore as we would have more freedom coming in and out of Australia compared to applying while in Australia which more restrictive in going in and out of Australia. Believe me at times it can be quite frustrating and some of the questions ambiguous but Manuela knew what was wanted. Even though we were in Malaysia most of the time Manuela was easy to contact either by skype or whatsapp to help us with any of the question we had trouble with.
