Fantastic experience: I just had my plane ticket right away and the transaction was very smooth, this place is very recommendable.

Negative experience: Waste of time. Would not recommend. In the past you use a travel agent as they are meant o make the experience smooth. Unfortunately this was not the case and I would have been better off planning my own trip and doing everything myself as I was constantly chasing up prior to the trip and after when things went bumpy! Save your money and book yourself. Found the owner Rachel rather rude and more concerned to help herself than the client. Cheers

Fantastic experience: Friendly efficient gets flights organised and locked in without any effort. Definitely use them rather than trying to book multiple leg trips. Saved us money on booking the flights to what we could get. Ideally book in to see them but we walked in off the street and got everything locked in and confirmed in no time at all.
