Fantastic experience: Marty is genuinely the travel agent from heaven. From the get go he listened to what I wanted out of my huge 3 month trip to Europe and assisted me with planning EVERYTHING. From accommodation, to finding things to do in each city, to booking flights and trains, writing out my extensive itinerary and a beautiful personalised visual guide to my trip, even recommending new cities I hadn't heard of, Marty was on top of everything. When I encountered issues like my phone being stolen or my baggage getting lost, Marty was there for me every step of the way. We had meetings in the lead up to my trip for planning things, and during the trip Marty gave me 24/7 support (including when there was a significant time difference!) over online communication. On top of his technical planning capabilities, Marty was so lovely to work with. He was kind, attentive and helpful when I was stressed about all sorts of things. His borderline encyclopaedic knowledge of Europe and travel related information was incredibly useful for my trip, and put me at ease with a big solo trip. Additionally, as a solo female traveller, Marty was on top of instructing me about safety measures, and various precautions to take to keep myself safe. This was my first big overseas trip, and I genuinely couldn't have done it without him. Fantastic experience: Marty is the best travel agent of all.Rest assured that if you're going to face some challenges while you're away,he's just a phone call away no matter what the time difference is!!!!.I am saying this due to my recent experience few weeks ago, government regulations had made it so difficult for everybody to get out and get in the country even through you're an Australian citizen and I thought am so organised and prepared but I was caught in the midst of the regulator's inability to get their act together in a foreign land,but Marty's quick action had saved me from getting stucked at the airport and able to board that plane back home. Thank you so much Marty and by the way,Marty is now organising my trip to Europe hopefully this year.

Fantastic experience: This is a local business and because of that you get so much more than you would with a Travel Agency chain. Marty took such care and interest in my holiday and really went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that I got the most out of my trip. I usually don't book things through a travel agent but I'm really glad I booked through Marty. He found me a great deal on a flight that suited my convoluted request and helped me navigate all of the different requirements for multiple countries.

Fantastic experience: Have travelled through Europe twice and cruised and travelled also through South East Asia with Marty doing all bookings and itineraries. Each time has been smooth and detailed with Marty going the extra mile with places of interest, restaurants, theatres etc. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Marty to help you with.
