Fantastic experience: This is my first time writing a review for anyone or for any company. I got stuck in Newzealand with my client due to certain circumstances. As my client is disable, I need to submit all the detailed documents regarding the wheelchair and about her health condition which was not easy when you are in a foreign land with very limited resources. Negative experience: Tickets are very expensive compare to other agents, I got exactly same ticket $283 cheaper than what they quoted me. They said I have to pay only fare difference but when I enquired about the change they asked me to pay around $100+ Admin fee per person. Which I went through different agency I paid $80 less per person. I won’t recommend this to my friends. Not good anymore.. may be they have got lots of customers or poor management.

Negative experience: Looking at google reviews seems I am not the only one who had bad customer service experience with Buddha Travels. In a nutshell if you are dealing with refund/any case. Communicate in email, send call conversation summary email to them right after any call you made or received. I was told on the phone my refund would only be $40(yes forty not a typo!) that changed right after I started email communication and refund was applied only after case was escalated to fair trade. Airlines confirmed refund was done in April 2021, agent didn’t bother to tell me on received refund until I called them in July, even after my call it took them additional 16 days to confirm and say yes refund was received. After year and half got my refund $1049.70 VS initial told only $40. I would not deal with them ever again and would not recommend to anyone.

There are different policies for tickets as it can vary from airline to airline. Negative experience: I had my worst customer service nightmare with them. Very unprofessional and worst customer service. I got my ticket before COVID pandemic for flight on April 2020 but airlines cancelled the flight. I recently got all refunds back and it took me nearly 1 year to get the refund. They kept telling me airline haven't done the refund yet, but when I called airlines, they told it will take 3 months to process the refund. I had to call and email several times to receive a response from them. They mentioned $50 service fees (in case of refund or cancellation) in their terms and condition while purchasing the ticket, but later one of the support person told me over the phone that the service fees will be increased to $75 (they seem to think that they can change it whenever they want). They might have a good deals on ticket, but I will rather pay more for better service. NOT RECOMMENDED to anyone.
Hi, Saroj, We Apologize for the inconvenience. However, please note that we have been communicating with you time to time about your refund. We provided you all updates on the expected refund time and refund amount as well. Please note that when you call the airlines, they provide you an expected time frame of 3 months for the refund to be received by the airlines on the request that was in April or May 2020. However, the full refund process with the current situation takes additional time for airlines. The timeframe from airline for all refunds was very difficult during this situation and your refund process took a long time as we had spoken many times over the phone, nevertheless still we tried our best level as possible. After we received your refund from the airlines, we sent you an email for your confirmation and you agreed too. However, an hour after the amount was received into your bank account, you followed through with writing the paragraph. We have tried to call you multiple times to understand as we are happy based on this review to assist you on the matter but were unable to reach you. Again, we are sorry for the difficult situation and inconvenience caused. Negative experience: I would give this agency minus zero if their was a number. When i booked a ticked with them for my 4 month old baby it was included that the baby will get all the facilities like bassinet, cot etc etc but in reality when board on flight their was nothing just a old cabin. Carried the baby on lab on whole journey. Baby was uncomfortable, yelling and crying all the time.. you guys need to make sure everything is ok and be answerable. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

Negative experience: Recently purchased ticket with them , Call me everyday until they get the payment for the flight and malaysia retimed the flight so i didnt know what to do , called back the travel agency, told me they will fix it in few days, always promise to call you back , but you endup calling them 1000 times still not fixed. i had to call back Kabita few days before the flight to remind again. no customer service , no customer respect Haven't seen any worst travel agency than this , please don't go with these money hungry people
