Fantastic experience: Sophia and Emily are super nice and helpful. Very nice start in Australia. Booking trips through Emily is also a good tip.

Negative experience: Unfriendly staff and poor services. I can only recommend traveling without organization! I booked the Work and Travel package in Australia through Wayers. Unfortunately, I had very bad experiences with the partner organization WTC. There were often wrong bookings and poor communication between the two organizations: I had booked and paid for an RSA course with Wayers, WTC was not informed about this, and the staff were not willing to inquire about it themselves. Several times, more money was deducted from my credit card than what was previously quoted as the price, or too many beds were booked by mistake, and my bus back from the surf camp was forgotten (which was included in the price). The staff were very unfriendly or did not respond when I pointed out mistakes or had follow-up questions: I was waiting for mail and was then informed that it was sent to the other end of Australia due to a mix-up with another customer, and I was told it was my fault. I was often pressured during purchasing decisions: 'that is the last spot for this tour, let me know today.' This was usually not the case. I bought a Greyhound Travel Pass and was not informed that a savings promotion would start the next day where you could get the pass significantly reduced. There was never an apology or compensation from the organization. Very unfortunate!

Fantastic experience: Work and travel company was best agency I could possibly have picked for my travels in Australia. From the first second on I felt super welcomed, everyone was incredibly supportive and helpful. A special thanks to Laura for always being patient and planing the perfect trip with me. The office was my safe space during my travels and I loved coming to the office even just for a short chat.

They helped me to find a good job, they told me all about the important things that you have to know about Australia and living here.
