Negative experience: World wide tours booked tickets for us to Egypt and one of the airplanes was on Malindo airlines, they didn't tell us there is NO screen as entertainment on this airplane, imagine your kids sitting on airplane for 10 hours !!!!!! Negative experience: I went in looking to go on a holiday with my partner. There was only 1 lady working, I can’t remember her name but she didn’t seem interested in talking to me. After telling me the price for the flight I was a bit disappointed at the price, I looked on my phone and found it a few hundred cheaper (I know they need to make money off it) I asked about the hotels and when she gave me the price I asked how is the hotel, she replied with “it’s not the best but it has what you need”. I was talking to my partner and discussing and not even 2 minutes later she asked if we were booking because she had a lot of work to do, I got up and left saying don’t worry about it.

I really benefitted from the geographical, historical and archaeological knowledge that was transferred to us through Alex. It also helped that he was very well read in Judaism. Fantastic experience: Quick response, their hotel recommendations should have been thoroughly checked as the recommended hotel has had nothing but bad reports in the last 2 months, although not their fault, care should been taken to ensure that the recommendations were based on experience rather than dropping a name. Their prices are in line with competitors and flight suggestions are good.

Fantastic experience: I am writing this letter to show my gratitude in the service I have received from your staff. I had initially been dealing with Claudine which made things so easy in making my travel plans hassle free all over the phone and email. I then went into the travel agent to pick up my ticket which was not as easy as I hoped as I had made the mistake in not giving her my name as my passport, though that did not seem to phase her and she dealt with me with a smile great customer service, as did her two colleagues who were working with her (I am sorry I forget their names and please excuse me on the description, one has the hijab on and the other one was an older lady who I am sure was the office manager) all three who were on that day had amazing service and all with all clients in the office that day with 100% pride within their work. Thank you so much for your great service and thank you for allowing me to have a good dealing I will definitely come back with all my travel plans.

Fantastic experience: Maged went above and beyond helping me change my flight on a Saturday morning when he wasn't supposed to be working. Saved me US$1300 and spent >2hrs on the phone dealing with stubborn Delta Airlines staff on my behalf to help me cancel/change flights without getting charged crazy fees. I had spent 90mins on the phone with them and gave up. I don't know how he made it happen - magic.
