Fantastic experience: Wonderful personalised service. The staff kept us apprised of changes in flight schedules promptly (Virgin kept changing the flights). The recommended hotel was excellent value for money and very convenient. We were very happy with all aspects of our dealings with Helloworld Belmont.

Positive experience: Had to follow up connection issues between one tour and another before we left. Hello World organised extension for us at end of river cruises. Turns out tour provider had said extension anyway. Had we accessed that, our travel for that would have been a lot more comfortable as the tour provider provides transport connections, luggage movement and personal assistance. (Including at airport departure to home)

Fantastic experience: Brilliant travel agent service and team. I’ve been using the agency for several years and the team have always been excellent with communication, ensuring overseas arrangements were taking care of prior to my travel. Recently we had a last minute airline flight cancellation the day of our trip and the team assisted by presenting options, and getting our family to our destination via another route, whilst taking care of all the arrangements/ dealing with the airlines and amending bookings in Fiji within a few hours.
