Fantastic experience: Tina handled our travel from beginning to end and I must say it was the best and most stream lined experience I have ever had. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was presented so that it ran like clockwork. She made herself available if we had any questions or problems needing her help and she sorted it straight away. A wonderful experience and I will be going to her for my future travel arrangements.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I have used Itineraries 4 times, booking Tasmania and Scandinavia with Philip and most recently South East Asia and Europe with Kellie. All of our contact and planning with the consultants has been amazing. Most recently Kellie helped plan and book a wonderful holiday from Portugal to the Greek Islands. She is incredibly attentive to detail, took into account our location preferences and travelling style and curated the perfect holiday for us. Communication was easy both in Australia and overseas. Kellie spent alot of time and effort finding the right accomodation for us, coordinated the best transport options and was genuinely excited about our plans. All of our documents and itinerary were compiled in an app that was so useful when we quickly needed to check something or any details were updated. I 100% recommend booking any holidays with Itineraries and will definitely be back in the future for more adventures.

Fantastic experience: From the moment my wife and I stepped inside itineraries, we were welcomed by the lovely Tina. We were planning a European vacation and did not know where to begin. With Tina’s insightful knowledge of the countries we were planning to visit she managed to nut out a 3 week itinerary based on our budget. This itinerary became what we affectionately called the “bible”! From hotel pick up to train scheduling, every part of the trip was meticulously laid out which made our journey throughout Europe so much easier. Fantastic experience: By far the most accomodating and professional Travel Agency I’ve come across! I had to book an urgent flight for my mum to the US and they were able to get me a flight booked within the day. They also assisted me with arranging her VISA and a place to stay while her sister had an unexpected surgery. Adam and the team made her trip to the states stress free and I couldn’t recommend them more! Holidays or quick trips they’re definitely the team to get in touch with.

I've been using itineraries travel consultants for quite a number of years now and just recently got back from an amazing trip to airlie beach and the whitsundays recently where I proposed. The level of care and depth that these guys go to is incredible, always has been and always will be. To the point where Adam suggested where to propose, Emily helped me pick out the ring and Phil with the execution of it all! I cannot wait to travel on our honeymoon and post the pictures up and share the stories/experiences. Literally can't recommend this team enough and in me they have a life long customer! I have had experiences with past companies who have failed to book what they have told me. This always gives me huge anxiety when booking a holiday. Fantastic experience: Best Travel Agency in Brisbane. I threw the team at Itineraries Travel a hard one. Last minute trip to Japan in the peak holiday period. They nailed it. My hotels were amazing. All transfers were easy and on schedule. Another challenge for the team - 3 days into the trip and a bad knock to the head while snowboarding. I was made to feel at complete ease after they contacted me to firstly make sure I was ok but then also to reassure me that my travel Insurance had my back. Next challenge. I decided to come home early for Christmas to Surprise my partner. And they pulled off a miracle and got me on an early flight getting me back to Brisbane on Christmas eve. I will only ever be booking my holidays through Itineraries Travel. Thank you to the team for everything.
