Negative experience: Tried to book a return trip to Japan. Had been quoted the day before. Tried to sit down with a lady named Es and before I could sit down she freaked out saying the quote was not valid and she couldn’t honour it nor proceed. My wife and I then asked for a quote to be drawn up on spot so we could make payment. We were also aware that flight prices do fluctuate and were willing to proceed. Before we could even finish our sentence she had given us an Attitude of unwillingness to help and was just straight up rude. Unsure if she was having a bad day or just simply lazy. The flights where just 4x return flights, no lay over one in the morning and one in the evening. We had a price guide pretty much laid out for her and she still did not want to cooperate

Positive experience: Neha is good at her job I'll say that, if the person who owns Flight Centre Mt Druitt has owned it for years they'll remember a girl Saidee she was great. No offence but if a person books trip through Flight Centre Mt Druitt pays for the trip and travel insurance with cash and due to circumstances out of they're control they had to cancel trip why can't the travel consultant tell person to come back in two hours or the next day then after consultant has subtracted airfares customer gets refund?

Negative experience: Flight Centre Mt Druitt staff are unhelpful and the manager lacks any sort managerial skills. Spending a large amount of money and it being a trip that you saved for and have wanted to go on for a life time means nothing to them. A flight date was made in error by them, but yes we did sign off on it, on Christmas eve, forking over the largest amount of money we have ever had to part with, excited to be so close to a dream trip. But once the error was discovered and Flight Centre was contacted, were they interested, NO, did they understand, NO, would they fix the problem, SURE BUT YOU NEED TO PAY MORE MONEY. The best they would offer was to go halves in the cost to change the flight. A multi million dollar company and they will not accept that human error happens and they are not interested in helping to fix it. Shame on you Flight Centre Mt Druitt, shame on you!!

Negative experience: Disappointing In-Person Service I recently asked an in-person staff member for help with modifying a cabin reservation I had booked online. She refused, saying it couldn’t be done. However, when I called Flight Centre's customer service, they were able to make the change without any issues. I’m confused as to why she didn’t help, especially since it was resolved so easily over the phone. It makes me question the value of in-person service.

Negative experience: Most stressful time of my trip. Very incompetent with changing a letter in a name on the ticket, it is one week before I leave and I had to undergo all this stress, when they were notified weeks before and only got it done 5 days before I leave.

Negative experience: Stayed on Gold Coast for 21 days and Cairns for 3 days, had Lara book our hotels and flights and help with hotel selection, unfortunately her knowledge and help was terrible. The hotel on the Gold Coast, The Mantra Sun City, which we stayed at for 21 days had no kitchen or laundry which forced us to eat out everyday and also had to look for a laundromat. The hotel even though classed 4 star should have been 3 start at best. Pretty disappointed, next time will book everything myself.

Fantastic experience: Paul Rowley at flight centre Mount Druitt has a wealth of travel experience that will help you find your next adventure. His understanding from travelling with large extended families to organising an impromptu last minute with my squeeze he has never let me down. Good honest guy that goes the distance. I still shop around prices but can’t get past his attention to detail and 9/10 he can’t be beat. Can’t wait for my next experience.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with flight centre Mt Druitt, They organised our European holiday, we asked for the best hotels in the areas and we were prepared to pay. The majority of hotels we stayed in were 20 minutes away from the actual city, near airports and railway lines. We have spent more money on Ubers and taxis going back and forth when we could have had hotels in the city’s, explored more and not wasted time. For anyone who wants to book with them make sure you check the locations of your hotels or better yet book them all yourself. They also forgot to book one of our flights, which we had to book the same day.

Negative experience: Waited almost 10mins before walking out. 4 people working and only one customer in the store and not one person could acknowledge that we even walked in. The store was that quiet you could hear a pin drop. I need to book a flight for my family of 5 to Europe for 30 days and will now be going to another store or will just do it myself online.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with flight centee Mt Druitt. I went to see a travel agent early November expecting to have my plane tickets and that booked within a week. Originally I was told that we would be booked with a cheaper airline with a short layover but it took 3 weeks to actually get a quote and pay for it and apparently the airline we were going to go with were no longer available. This ended up being an extra $600 out of pocket per person. With this we had a 2 day (48layover both ways) which i was not impressed with. Once we paid for our flights we were told that our money didn't go through and advised that we would have to pay an extra $400 for flights. We were not happy with this and it wasn't until we requested all of our money back that they stated they will pay for the extra $400. Also when I would ask questions to the travel agent I was with at this store I would get very vague responses and not yes or no answers, but rather "I don't know, let me chase that up". Mind you half the questions I asked the travel agent were not chased up and it took up to 1.5-2 weeks for the travel agent to reply to my emails at times. This got so bad that I had to transfer travel agents to another store. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Negative experience: Sadly, I've come here 3 times in the last 6 months for brochures and help and everytime, they have treated me as if I am wasting their time. Very rude and unfriendly even when they have no other clients. I seriously don't understand how the people that work their are allowed to work their, if you don't like people don't work in customer service. I travelled to balcktown, after my bad experience at mount Druitt today to talk to agents, but I understand why people book online. Who would want to talk to such people? I have a honey moon, bachelor party and hens tight to organise that all require travel, fights and accommodation, and im glad im not booking through them now, they don't deserve the tip or commissinow I understand I look young but im 27, they shouldn't judge someone's worth based on looks. Pathetic. I tried to give that store numerous vahnces by returning but it's just a poor excuse and I sincerely think that they will go out if business with the manner in which they operate.

Fantastic experience: Has been a good experience for us we have got the tickets that we wanted with the price that we had in mind they were able to match the price and we got the 2nd cheapest flights advertised. Liam was amazing and professional he tried to help us as much as he can. Hopefully everything goes well,but so far so good.

Negative experience: Absolutely painful to deal with. Book online and avoid having to go in person and spending 40+ minutes for what can be done in 5. Avoid.

I phone at 12pm spoke to a staff member by the name of Natasha or Tash telling me she was with a client and would phone back about my enquire. 3.20pm Sunday after Flight Centre Mt Druitt no call back would not recommend Consulting them for Travel plans if they treat customer like this.
