Fantastic experience: We booked our trip with Charmaine who was exceptionally helpful, friendly and fun! She listened to our particular needs and found every possible solution to accommodate us! Even when the flights had been cancelled from the airline company two months after booking she went above and beyond and in 24 hours resolved the problem. Can’t recommend her enough, she loves her job, she knows what she is talking about and offers a fantastic customer service! Fantastic experience: Charmaine at light Centre Epping is always our go to travel advisory. She is efficient, knows her stuff and always works hard for her clients. My family and I will only use her now. It's a shame that the one time I didn't use her but used the online service I was left bitterly disappointed, unable to get answers and they were completely useless and uncaring. Thank goodness that Charmaine is an absolute gun otherwise I would be going somewhere else. 5 STARS to Charmaine.
