Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of booking with Emma-Lee Oliver-Thompson for 5+ years. She has helped me plan and book multiple cruises, a 10-day Japan trip and a 4-week US/Mexico/Fiji trip. She understands how to make the most memorable trip by listening to my needs i.e. my maximum time away, and most importantly my budget. We have established quite an amazing relationship over many bookings/years that she recommends things I would never have thought of. A very professional woman, and huge asset to Flight Centre. Negative experience: I asked for a package deal to Norfolk Island. The consultant said she would send an e mail with the quote which was never sent. Very poor customer service may have to look else where if this is the way they treat their customers

Unfortunately with our agents being in such high demand with travel enquiry skyrocketing, we are finding that the demand is outstripping our ability to answer every enquiry, whilst still assisting customers via email and over the phone. Negative experience: Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service. Was told that our gratuity for our trip has been paid for in advance. Turns out this wasn’t the case and now I’m out of pocket extra money that I hadn’t budgeted for. Trying to get in contact with the agent was super difficult not only to get confirmation but acknowledgement for the mistake. Also had issues with visas being filled out wrong after telling us it was easier for us to come into store to get them done by them. If I could give a no star I would.

Fantastic experience: As an ex travel agent, it was an absolute pleasure working with Cameron, the Team Leader of FC Blacktown. I had to reluctantly make changes to an existing booking which he managed to do without any disruption to other components of the holiday. Positive experience: When you’re in store and talking with the staff, they are wonderful, super helpful and get you the right flights. However, if you try to call them, they do not pick up the phone. I don’t think the phones ring in there or maybe they have a different phone number to what Google says. I went in today and there were 3 staff members available. I talked to a lovely woman and got a quote on some flights. She told me she would email the quote to me. I got home an hour later and I did not receive an email. I tried to call up but no one picked up after multiple attempts. I couldn’t even leave a voicemail. Surely there was some available staff to pick up the phone, right? Yet no one did. Quite frustrating

Negative experience: Super rude staff and non-cooperative at Blacktown NSW 2148 Flight Centre and head-office team. Worst emergency assistance service at the time of discrepancy costing us an additional $6600 AUD due to lack of communication and no refund later as compensation or whatever. Worst flight booking agency. Not recommended. Super high ticket fares. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Worst first and last ever experience.

Negative experience: A genuine ripoff. We booked flights nearly a year in advance. A month out we need to make a change for 2 passengers to come back a day earlier. I naturally expected to pay a rebooking fee and a small difference in rates. What I didn't expect was that the different flight home would be charged at DOUBLE the current advertised price on their website for the flight. In essence, if I wanted to book the different flight today with no prior booking, I would be charged $300. Given I already have a booking, I am being charged $600 for the change. The reason "advertised prices are for new booking only". Read the fine print about the 'credit' option too, you need to use it within 12 months of when your original booking was made, not 12 months from when you needed to make the change.

To provide a little more insight, travellers are bound by the booking conditions of the airline and the original ticket. Credits can be used towards tickets of the same or higher value. I appreciate this is frustrating to see lower fares not available for you to apply your credit to, and is because the these fares are a lower value ticket, but again, the airline rules specify that a credit is to be used for an equal or higher value. Our team would be more than happy to help you process this change.

Fantastic experience: Emma is a fantastic travel consultant who helped me to book my flights straight away. As this is my first solo-trip she made sure that to explain every step of the trip and what to do if I get lost or am unsure of where to go. In addition, she was able to explain in a thorough manner of what additional documents I needed, including ETSA and ETA! I will be back thanks to the great customer service Emma was able to provide!

Fantastic experience: i walked in and immediately was greeted with a smile by Nick. I have never in my life had as good experience with customer service and travel agents as I did with Nick at Blacktown. They went above and beyond to get me the best holiday i could have ever asked for. they made sure to the exact detail I knew what I had to do for my trip, what requirements I had to follow and even threw in a treat for my birthday :) I promise I will be back again, and again, and again :) They also have the best hair ive ever seen

Negative experience: My husband went into flight centre to cancel his flight at the end of November 2022. He was then given a cancellation letter that shows he will uld be receiving his refund within 4-12 weeks. My husband went back into flight centre a month and a half later to follow up on his refund. He was then told to come back to flight centre the next week to give his bank details. My husband done as told and went back to flight centre the next week. He was then told again they haven’t receive the funds and to come back next week again. My husband did as told AGAIN, went back next week and finally they receive the funds and asked for his bank details. My husband was then told he would receive his funds next tuesday 17/01/2023. Come to tuesday and we haven’t receive the funds. Called to flight centre as we told it would come today and now they are telling us “we don’t know when you’ll get it”….. this unacceptable after we were given a date. We called through to customer relations department and they had told us the consultant should not been giving us dates of when we will receive a refund or when to come back to flight centre for refund. Do not believe what the CONSULTANTS at flight centre blacktown tells you because they just lie to you. Never going back to this agency.
Fantastic experience: I booked a holiday with Christina from the Blacktown store for January and it was so easy and she knows her stuff and easy to deal with and can help save some $$$ on the way. I also had to change some details after bookings were complete and she did a great job with that too. I will be coming back to you guys and Christina for my next Trip.

Negative experience: Custer service is non existent. You telephone them, no answer and get a message to come into the store. Went to the store and the doors were shut not letting anymore people inside. Send an email and it takes 4 days for a response. Bloody ridiculous. Never using Flight Centre again!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I booked a weekend package online but needed to cancel 24hrs prior to departure. I called Flight Centre and struggled to understand the assistant. I visited Flight Centre Blacktown Westpoint. The manager and staff member resolved my cancellation immediately. 100% service, Thankyou.

Negative experience: Very bad experience.... cameron rite us email tht no pcr needed for daughter. When i reached there they said its needed i missed my flight n re booked with more money n apparently flight centre saying its my fault n not returning my money because they saying tht i dint check rule because its keep changing. But nthg got changed, rules were getting ease , never going back there.. ...

Negative experience: Would never go back. Have had terrible service, cancelled because of Covid back in 2020. However only have received back the money from accomodation nothing back from the flights. They say they have submitted a refund request however its been over 6 months and not any updates not even an ETA. I have had to contact them each time asking for updates otherwise i would not have anyone contact me. I am really disappointed with the services, and how they will gladly take money from customers but wont give it back.

Negative experience: I usually buy my tickets directly from airline. For the first time I bought my ticket from flight centre (this branch). You should be care full that flight centre charges extra fee for changes ans cancellation over the airline fees. I asked them why I should be charged extra? Their answer was; " the flight centre can answer the phone and accomplish such things much quicker than airline and I dont waste my time on the phone with airline." Today I wanted to changed my ticket. I tried to call them for 3 hours but nobody answered. I came to their office and had to wait for another 45 minutes plus I had to pay extra fee (much higher than airline fee) to them to change the flight. Never try the travel agencies like flight Centre to buy a ticket while you can buy directly through the airline and the airlines are usually available 24/7.

Negative experience: Wish zero stars was an option, when you google opening hours it says you open at 10am. Unfortunately this is not true because it's apparently closed on a Saturday. Oh and according to your pictures it's near the reject shop more false information to waste your time because it's nowhere near there! So not only did I waste my Saturday morning by heading to the shops but then wasted more time walking around looking for your shop that's not even open! When the pandemic was in full swing all we heard was the travel business complaining about how hard they are doing it but can't be bothered opening on a Saturday or updating your details. poor form.
Hi Clayton, sorry to see your review, we can absolutely understand that this would be frustrating. I have followed this up with the regional leader of the store who advised that due to staffing levels, the store is temporarily closed on a Saturday while new staff are trained. This should only be for a short while. We are amending the entry in google to ensure it is correct- thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Regarding the photos, they are actually added by other google users and is not something we are able to monitor. Sorry this caused confusion though.

After coming back home, bought my air ticket directly from the airline website and save the $200. Ready to charity this money to the person who really needs but not this type of cheap agents. Negative experience: If i could give it 0 stars for customer service I would. No etiquette, abrupt tone for people who spend most time on phone, messed up booking multiple times. Avoid this store
Negative experience: The person to handle my insurance was incredibly rude, working in the industry of customer service is vital. Loren Bennett showed no etiquette towards me and to the staff she is training. I’m very disappointed as I’m a frequent customer. I asked her nicely to show me some etiquette. Her response to me was “oh I wasn’t trying to be” with poor communication skills, she rolled her eyes at me with attitude. I no longer need this horrible service. She clearly doesn’t love her job. 0 stars if it was an option towards Loren’s attitude and service.

Negative experience: Would not recommend. Booked one holiday through them. No major issues. Just slow to pass on information. Tried to book another. Literally spent weeks chasing them up to find not only had they not found us a better deal (or any alternate deals) but they tried to pass off the deal we originally showed them as their own research. Never again.
Negative experience: Worse customer service three of the customer service consultants all of them with their personal conversations not even bother people waiting, I literally waited 10mins no one bother to ask if I need help.. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

Positive experience: Good service booking flights and helpful when we were overseas and needed to make a change. My only complaint is that there is no Skype, WhatsApp or similar address to contact them when needing assistance overseas. Making a call can be challenging but with data only plans and free WiFi in so many places, it would make it easier and less stressful in an emergency. Especially when you are in non English speaking countries.

Negative experience: It was our first time booking a holiday with flight centre. They said they’d reach out to us closer to when we leave, but about 6 days before departure we still hadn’t heard anything and hadn’t been sent our plane tickets...this was only the start of all our headaches with them... Overall: The staff were friendly but our agent lacked attention to detail, and didn’t take initiative or follow up when we needed information. It was frustrating having to be the one to constantly do the following up. We found it was better to go in and speak to her instead of communicating via phone call or email. Everyone I know who has booked with flight center say they are wonderful, and the 24/7 emergency customer service team are absolutely AMAZING!! They provided support at all hours of the night when our travel plans were interrupted by a cyclone, followed up and got back to us with answers in a timely fashion so we didn’t miss any flights. We LOVED dealing with them!!

Negative experience: I booked a trip to the us with them. My flight changed several times and i was never notified. Agent also changed several times. I was booked in for flights with 45mins transit time and despite protest they assured me i would make it. Needles to say i missed 3 flights and was delayed home 2 days. If i could rate - 20 i would. Worst united airline in the world dont ever fly with them. One of my flights was canceled i was not notified, another flight had technical difficulties casing me to miss another flight. I was booked with another airline only to be told by them that united had not made the booking. Staff at help desk where rude and complaicent. Will never ever fly with them again and will recomend for no one to either.

Negative experience: waited to be served for nearly 1 hour ,Girl was telling people before me she had an appointment in the next ten minutes ,she then started to serve someone who came in the shop after me ,so I presumed that was her appointment ,but as it turned out ...they had pushed in...anyway after she had finished with them she looked at me and said....sorry I won't be long ,but I have an appointment at 1.30pm ( it was already 145pm) 2 minutes later she started serving somebody else who had pushed in ...I walked out ! would rather give my money to someone else and will never use shite centre again!
Negative experience: Got a price on Saturday, really pushy guy wanted a deposit there and then to secure the price. The price had not changed by Monday thru their supplier, but narky guy wanted an extra 2k for the holiday and all of a sudden could only go back to the quoted price if we jumped thru a hundred hoops, then they would beat a ten thousand dollar deal by 5 bucks. I don't need to jump through hoops for that. Went with the original supplier - no hassles or high pressure deal closing. Just bought what we wanted.
