Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with Luxury Travel & Tours. Joelle, who seems to be the boss, took my family's money for flight tickets and never provided them. Despite numerous calls and messages, she never returned my calls or responded to my texts. She has been constantly lying about the situation, making excuse after excuse, and we are still waiting for our refund. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this business. Based on other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who has had this problem. This business is unprofessional and dishonest. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable travel agent.

Negative experience: anyone who is thinking of booking with luxury tavel and tours plz do not if you dont want to lose your money waste your time or miss your trip, we’ve purchased tickets from joelle in july and she failed to issue the tickets for us on time and kept on coming up with lies and excuses and blamed the issue on her consolidator we asked for a full refund so we can book somewhere else and travel on the same dates but still yet we did not receive a refund from her and i was supose to travel last week but obviously i didnt because she failed to issue a ticket nor refund me shes still coming up with constant lies and excuses regarding the refund she promissed to refund us a month ago but keeps differing the matter stating she’s struggling with other customers as well and every time we call her to discuss the issue she either doesnt answe our calls or text us the next day with a new excuse and another lie this has been going on for 2 months Nd shes still failing to refund us , her lies excuses and disgusting service is way beyond

Negative experience: the owner and team at Luxury travel and tours love to take your money however, when you are in need for any assistance, they just disappear. they have the worst customer service that I have experienced in my life. they never return your emials, never return your calls, and if in dispute, they blame the airline (Qatar) and want you to deal with them direct. what a joke....

Negative experience: There is absolute garbage customer service and then theres Joelle's customer service. Wish I could give you a minus 5 stars!!!! This business is a disgrace to travel agencies nationwide. The owner rips off her own customers and acts like she has done nothing wrong. I will be telling everyone I know to NEVER use you and I hope your business gets shut down immediately!!! You are disgusting!!!

Negative experience: This business should not even be operating. The most unprofessional, rude, discriminatory owner & staff who lie to customers and rip people off. Shame on them, definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this business or appalling service.

Negative experience: Absolutely abhorrent service..... Joelle is a liar and will deceive you in every possible way. Her staff are just so rude. Should have checked the ratings before i even decided to step foot in the premises.....BE WARY OF HOW GREAT AND HELPFULL SHE IS INITIALLY.....She will spin you with a great cost of an airfare and when it is time to pay she will change the price.

Negative experience: Anyone who is thinking of booking with Luxury Travel and Tours PLEASE DONT. they turned my life upside down. I booked in September 2022 for my trip April 2023 and she couldn't get my tickets done. The rudeness that these ladies are capable of is disgusting. Constant lies and excuses. I have advocated against this business all over Facebook with proof. I only wished I seen the reviews then i would never had to have met these trolls.

Fantastic experience: Reached out to Joelle to help with our anniversary trip, first big one with our 1 year old. Amazing service at every turn and very reliable advice. Trip turned out exactly as planned. Can’t recommend this place enough

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend the team at Luxury Travel & Tour. They were so patient trying to help us plan our honey moon. Got us the best booking rates for flights, accomodation and activities for our month trip. They organised all our destinations to different countries through our trip, travel tips, best areas to stay and how to get around some of the cities. We can’t thank them enough, they helped us made the best memories that we will forever treasure!

Negative experience: Anyone who is thinking of booking with Luxury Travel and Tours be very cautious DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. If there was less than a one star review thats what i would be rating this place, people and service for their dishonesty, unprofessionalism, incompetency, and rudeness. In fact they should not even be operating and should be shut down permanently! I have had the worst experience going through this travel agent, and I do not recommend anyone to go through LUXURY TRAVEL AND TOURS.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE! if I could give less than 1 star I would. I had the worst experience of my life working with this agency, highly do not recommend. We had to pay thousands of dollars extra out of pocket as they failed to provide us correct information and their response was “sometimes the client just has to take the loss”. Our trip was ruined because of them! We were left stranded at the airport not once but twice because of them! They so irresponsibly did not issue our ticket correctly for the flight home (even though we paid for this), leaving us stranded in another country and not answering our calls for help to get back home, if it wasn’t for a lovely person who worked at the airport we would not have made it home (we had to pay twice for the tickets home). There are a lot more issues that I can go on about, if you’d actually like to make it to your trip I advice you to not go with this agency.

Negative experience: This was the worst experience I’ve ever had no thanks to very unhelpful and unremorseful travel agents at this agency. Do not use this agency at all as they only care about their own business and not their clients. They failed to inform us about the new restrictions for the country we were travelling to even after we had asked about any changes to the restrictions. My friends and I were left stranded at the airport unable to board our flight because due to this. Our holiday was ruined and they did not take any accountability. We lost thousands of dollars and the only response we received was sometimes the client has to take the loss. It was a horrible experience and I do not recommend this agency for anyone looking to actually enjoy their holiday or receive adequate service from a travel agent. If I could give zero stars I would.

Negative experience: Highly DO NOT recommend this agency. The experience that I had working with this agency was terrible. The customer service provided was so disappointing. They costed me thousands of dollars due to the lack on information and incorrect information provided. Upon trying to work with them to solve the issues, the owner would yell over the phone and say that sometimes the client needs to take the loss. The work ethic within this agency is something I have never experienced and they should be embarrassed to operate as a travel agency.

I usually ask too much and she never gets bored, and even after I booked, she is always available to answer if I needed her. Usually, travel agents stop answering you once they get paid, but I really recommend her.

Negative experience: If only zero was an option that is what I would be giving. Stay away from this travel agency both owners are so rude and don't honour vouchers that they happily take your money for. STAY AWAY
