Negative experience: I have tried on many occasions to call to book an appointment and calls are never answered! Then they say leave a message, but their message bank is full so you actually can’t even leave a message for them to call you back!!!! Extremely frustrating!

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a 3 week family trip to Japan. Well organised by Janaka and trip went smoothly. Was probably the best holiday we have had. Hotels were chosen in great locations, flights were at ideal times with kids, good communication with regards to planning. Janaka was quick to respond when I had questions. He was able to give me instructions whilst we were away when I needed to clarify pick up points. Janaka is a dedicated, hard working travel agent who I trusted to be able to inform him what we wanted and he was able to make it happen. I would happily book a holiday through him again.

Negative experience: I had gone to Flight centre in Morley and saw Liv Whyte. The worst experience ever. She has got big time attitude from the time she saw me. She had no idea about booking knowledge and was asking the person next to him what to do next. It felt like she didn’t wanted to deal with me. If not then why take me in… Liv, you need to sort out your attitude as we are YOUR customer. Extremely sad and disappointed experience. Never going back or try avoid Liv again.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had a great experience booking our first holiday in a decade with Felipe. Felipe was knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive to our queries. There were a few last minute things that came up just before our trip that we needed Felipe’s help with and again we were very happy with his willingness to support even after he had already ‘made the sale’. Negative experience: I am not one to write google reviews but I”m so annoyed. Tuesday - walk in to talk through travel plans and was happy with what was discussed and said I will come back to them tomorrow. Wednesday- Email to say proceed with booking. No response so I call later in the day and advised consultant is on leave. (No email out of office). Thursday- still no response to email so follow up call at lunch. Discussed again and emailed me a quote which I was happy with. Rang back to confirm and proceed with booking. Said I would get a link for credit card booking. Friday - Still no link to pay and confirm booking. Mid afternoon walk in to store to pay and I am advised cost is now $216 MORE than yesterdays emailed written quote. Fuming but still proceed with payment. Advised I will get ticketed email within 30min. I follow up again 2 hours later. Now received. I have a larger trip to America separate to this booking planned for September but rest assured I will not be using Flight Centre Morley for my booking. I just hope this negative review doesn’t impact my impending travel plans.

Negative experience: unfortunately, had to change flights to London, which i booked online. Met Young FREDDIE !!! obnoxious, arrogant, unprofessional young man! his first words were "so you booked a cheap flight!!" He had NO Idea the reasons behind the booking, but judgemental and patronising was the first emotions from him. He was practically smirking that I was in the position of losing a complete O/S flight to rebook. I HAD to ask IF he wanted to book my new flight, and he looked at me as if I couldn't afford it. I HAD to ask for new flight costs. HAD to ask for details! Flight centre Morley should look at individuals like FREDDIE! Not helpful in the least! no wonder people book online!!

Negative experience: Just had the most patronising conversation with Freddie in the store! Booked flights online & went to change them. “You booked the cheapest flights did you??” No empathy for the reason, I had to ASK what do I do? Total ah##le.!! What do I do next?? No help! I went there because of reviews - but wasted time with this arrogant little boy!! Skip Freddie Macri Completely!!! Wasn’t even interested in booking new flights! .. Fantastic experience: Paula is so SO incredible!! My mum and I have been going back to Paula for years and I cannot recommend her enough. She is so so patient and eager to help no matter the time of day (even responding on days off and late hours of the night.) Negative experience: After having my worst experience at Flight Centre at Warwick. Thought we would try another store for our next holiday to Amsterdam for September. We passed the store in Morley and thought while we are here. Go see what deals or bookings they could offer. No customers were in the store. So we got greeted straight away. We informed the staff member that we were looking at going to Amsterdam in September and were interested if there is any deals for that period. Just got told that date is to far away and there are no deals. Not even looking into the system to see what packages there were. Now! If there was a deal going. I was more than happy to book there and then. Would be looking at maybe fifteen thousand in a sale. Flights and accommodation package. Or cruise package. But no help at all. If I was a sales person trying to make sale with a customer. I would take all their details and if some deal or anything came up. Would notify them. That’s the third Flight Center Store the staff have let me down.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely flawless . Courtney has been so professional, prompt and responsive in meeting all of my needs. The proficiency and flexibility to meet all of my travel requirements has made the experience a lot less stressful and has given me the reassurance as a solo traveler in my sixties, that I needed, to feel safe and secure - in exploring Europe. Negative experience: Thought I would for the first time ever use a travel agent to book flight as lesser known airlines for destination I am heading to. Negative experience: Booked and paid for flight. Thought it would be easier than online booking as airlines I was not across and confidant booking online. Almost a week later and still no resolution as wrong spelling of my name. Not great experience so far Reply to owner I offered the flight centre employee my passport twice, he did not refer to. He did not ask me to confirm any information New employee who has obviously not been trained sufficiently and now adding to a traveller's stress It appears apparent from other reviews Morley Flight Centre leaves a lot to be desired

Negative experience: I used Flight Centre Morley to help plan a dream holiday, and i can confirm they are not equipped to assist in planning or managing a holiday. Communication is completely unsatisfactory where it took up to 3 weeks in some instances to receive responses, it is impossible to get them to pick up their phone and I had to go in-store in person to get updates at times. They make errors when locking in flights which I had to highlight to them, and they don't advocate for you as the customer if you are wronged by their supplier, due to their commercial relationships with them that you as the customer have no say in. Due to their incompetence and lack of responses, I ended up having to book half my holiday myself which defeats the purpose of going through them. Also, whilst on my holiday, they were unable to assist with issues that arose in relation to the bookings that they did do, meaning I had to spend considerable time and money during my holiday to attend to issues that they were supposed to assist with. It ended up taking substantial time after I returned from my holiday to resolve one of these issues, of which I had to go above them to their Customer Service team to get an equitable outcome that they should have sorted to begin with. Honestly, if you have an internet connection and know how to google, you are better off booking your own holiday. Going through them caused more stress than benefit. I've used other Flight Centres office locations in the past, but the Morley branch is by far the worst I've ever experienced. Will not use Flight Centre again.

All Flight Centre customers do have access to our fantastic 24/7 emergency assist team, so you will have had access to this team if you required, and their contact details are found on all your travel documentation. Negative experience: Lots of positive reviews for"Paula" Although the actual processing of my travel arrangements were ok, follow up was virtually non existent. Emails are left unanswered and don't bother to phone as the phone is never answered and their mail box is always full!! One has to front up to have service. I have sent email asking for help to select my seats for my forthcoming trip but so far no acknowledgement of email. Very disappointing .

Positive experience: Was very busy with extended queueing to get to speak to someone. We were told to make an appointment by email. It took 2 weeks for someone to email back. The person we finally met with was friendly and helpful but tasks were not completed well. We had to chase up plane flight details and there was a mess up with payment of one of the hotels when we reached our destination.

Negative experience: Unfortunately we have had nothing but issues with flight centre at Morely. They are impossible to contact, both via email and phone. Trying to organise a refund, with the money apparently been sitting in their system for more than 1 month, with no luck. I have a young toddler and am currently pregnant and since moving SOR it takes close to an hour to travel to the Morley store (as it can’t be sorted at my local store apparently). I have been given numerous contacts/emails on the times I have taken leave from work to travel up to the store and promised it would be followed up and a fortnight later, the contacts no longer work there. I’m starting to think they have just pocketed our money for themselves!

Negative experience: We went to Morley yesterday we were waiting, after the other customer, the girls there so rude, and no one asking if we need help, but I went asked, if any anyone can help, but she wasnt very happy maybe because, I disturbing her frim mobile, and the othere woman after help talking that long with otheres , when finished, we were standing in front of her, din't even say anything, she back to her seat, din't even hlook at us and have an eye contact, the rudeness ever we had experience ini Australia or at Flight Center. We want to book tickets bussiness class. Because busy, so I said to the girl there oh, I can just go online? And she said yes!. My friend said go to Webjet, but I never book online before. My husband was so upsets, I have to calm him down when we were out side. That was the rudeness ever we had first experience in Flight Center and anywhere in the world.

Negative experience: Been trying to sort out a issue with our contiki booking something to do with the deposit on flight centres end. I’ve tried calling several times and no one picks up and the mail box is full! Contiki has been very helpful and is trying to contact them as well. Rubbish service!

Negative experience: I'd never been outside of Australia and wanted to go to Thailand so Courtney Wright sent me to Patong assuming I was a party boy. Patong is a crazy place and I would have preferred somewhere quieter in Thailand. She also had Hotel Check Out set as 10AM on my Itinerary and I missed my flight because of it. No refund was given for the return flights I missed, not even partial. I would rate zero stars if I could. Next time I will be booking my trips online with the airlines and hotels myself.

Patong is generally considered central in Phuket, so this could be the reasoning for booking this accommodation for you, and we're sorry if you didn't feel informed prior to making the decision to confirm your booking. 10am is the standard hotel checkout time, so this will automatically show on your travel documents as this is set by the hotel as the latest time you can generally checkout. Positive experience: It was a unbooked visit for assistance at the Kalamunda Store. The lady was friendly, helpful and well imformed. She could have just told us to make an appointment, but gave her time generously and patience. She was thorough in checking and confirming our follow on baggage weight limit was maintained between flight transfers. Something Qantas is notorious for pulling this stunt to make money out of poor unsuspecting tourists. More recently, we did visit the Morley Store with a question regarding our trip and were not appreciated at all and felt fobbed off.

Negative experience: I have one regret only that I didn't check the reviews before taking my dad to book flight to Africa with this branch. Initial appointment the agent Siobhan, was lovely and outgoing.... We booked flights to Uganda return for my dad and paid additional $155 for Visa to be sorted via Flight centre as well because we were advised they can do that for us. We usually go through independant agency. But she convinced us they do it and have been doing it successfully for other customers. Fast forward a week before my dad leaves the visa comes back with only 2 months stay when we had requested for 3 months. My dad goes back to the store and was told to come back tomorrow and that tomorrow extended to second day before his departure. We go to the store only to be addressed with I am sorry we can't do anything now it was not our decision and we can't assist anymore. Ofcourse we were frustrated and demanded we speak to her senior only to be faced with the same arrogant attitude the staff member had and even threatens to call security on us. There was no accountability from the staff or the team leader regarding what had happened and customer service was definitely not a priority for them either. I will be reaching out to the ombudsmen on Monday to have this issue addressed with this store. Please check the reviews before going there.

Negative experience: There was no direction in the store just a bunch or people randomly sitting around, you’ve got the ladies looking at you, yet don’t care to ask if you need help, I thought at first they seemed nice when overhearing them on the phone and when they put the phone down they returned their stoic diminuir, and finally asked me what I needed and seemed annoyed so I don’t necessarily recommend coming here

Negative experience: Still having problems with this place.trying to contact them by phone and email is a joke. Never ever answer it or get a response. I got to say this is the dodgiest place in Morley and that says alot. We paid extra for a flexible ticket and they still want almost 1000$ to change it when they made sure it would be around 200$ when asking for extra money. Olivia dodgy, Courtney dodgy the list goes on. Dodgy dodgy dodgy. I wish I never have to see the sight of this place again

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience as I was told that my flight from Singapore to Chiang mai would be fixed by the time I got there. However the check-in lady said that I was not booked on the flight. Luckily there were 20 of us going and my friend said that it had been paid for. She suggested that I could pay again and get a later flight. I said why couldn't I get on this one. She said it was fully booked. My friend said we had all booked on this flight. She suggested we go to Thai airways upstairs. We only had an hour before the next flight. I was nearly in tears. I had to take a ticket and wait. We saw a man this time. He didn't really say anything, but eventually said I was on the flight. I had the presents of mind to ask about the return flight. He said I wasn't on that either. After more phoning he gave me a paper with it all on. Once again on the return flight the check-in lady was on the phone I asked what was wrong. She said there was a seat,but no name. I got on it. I sent a complaint form to flight centre explaining what happened and pressed submit. I've received nothing from them. On returning I delivered a typed up letter saying the same thing. Again nothing it's impossible to try and ring them as they never answer. One has to wait 40 minutes to speak to anyone. It seems like as soon as they've got your money they couldn't care less I'm 76 years old and this caused me so much stress thinking I would be stranded in Bangkok on my own.

Negative experience: I booked a snow trip with Isaac and when going through the trip with him, told him I didn’t need rental equipment. I get the quote and no mention of rental equipment so booked and paid for the trip. A few days before leaving I’m sent the itinerary which includes rental equipment so I get in touch with Isaac to get that refunded only to be told it’s part of the package and it can’t be refunded. I’ve since found out it can be removed and it shouldn’t Have been booked with the rental equipment in the first place. More than 3 weeks later and still haven’t had an any resolution from flight center or any offer to make it right. They just stop responding to emails. If you don’t want to be ripped off don’t use this flight center or flight center in general.

Negative experience: My partner waited patiently for service but did not get any. A staff member was chatting away to a co worker so I politely ask if we could have a brochure. She was very rude and aggressive when My partner wasn't sure what he wanted. If she was on break or wasn't the correct person to help as a simple take a seat and such n such will help soon would have been fine. We are planning a world trip and won't be Using flight center.

Negative experience: We went to flight centre morley last year we didn't get our plane ticket until the the day before we had to leave even then I had to chase them up about it Then on Saturday I went to book tickets to alice springs and other customers were booking overseas Flight centre were very nice to those people but when I said we were going to Alice spring the look on girls face she didn't really want to help us and was very rude so I won't be going back to flight center morley

Negative experience: We were booking a huge trip / promised a email — no contact / bad attitude from the girl - Natasha I think - we will never use flight centre again ! So rude and eye rolling - sorry our trip was worth 10,000 - get staff who care and also respond

Negative experience: Worst experience we ever had with any of the store here in Australia. We booked a hotel room through them and they charged us but didn’t pay to the hotel and we have to pay again when we reached there and they said we didn’t receive your payment. That was so shocking for us. We have to pay twice for room. Now we’re regretting why we went there , worst decision of my life booking room through flight centre. Wouldn’t reveal anyone there ever.

Negative experience: For six months, we have been trying to resolve the refund from the cancelled flight. I tried contacting the travel agent and head office in writing as walking in and phoning has not given the desired result. I am still waiting for a written response before raising this issue with consumer's protection. To be fair, their automated email response at least advised that they are very busy and will respond in 21 days. Will not recommend using them at all. UPDATE: I managed to resolve the issue after engaging the customer service centre.

With the rapid reoccurrence of travel, coupled with the high rate of cancellations currently, the timeframes are unfortunately being extended as the majority of suppliers are taking longer to process these completely due to the increased workload across the industry - and unfortunately some airlines are taking 6 months + It sounds like you've already reached out to our customer relations team, so if this is sitting with them, they would have been following this up for you, so should come back to you ASAP :)
