Fantastic experience: I highly recommrnd Tammy from Southport Hello World, Australia.With unforseen circumtances of cancellation from 1 person.Tammy has dilligently tried to fix this dalema.The stress caused by this one person,is tremendous when everything was paid for on 27th August 2025 and to have one person pull out has cost extreme funds in fee cancellation ,which could be spent on Melbourne tourism to support Melbournes econemy.This is about a HelloWorld employee Tammy who is doing her best to rectify a bad situation.Money saved for holiday is not to be sneezed at unless you are wealthy.I work hard and I respect my earnings.Cancellation cost money and the person flip,flopped about jioning the week for a Melbourne holiday.Thank you Tammy for your kindness,understanding in this matter.Tammy showed diligence to get myself a better outcome.Highly recommend Hello World Southport Queensland Australia Tammy if ever anyone decides to travel within Australia or around the world.

Negative experience: I called mid morning just to ask for a phone quote for a straight forward return ticket to bali. The woman didn't have time 'i am really busy today have lots to do'. Didn't offer to put me on to another consultant and when I asked if she could get back to me during the day she basically said no. They clearly dont need my business !!!
