Negative experience: Absolutely terrible booking service. They try to overcharge for a booking by an extra $20 without consent, gave an excuses of merchant charges when it was already included in the price. When I told them I had proof of a screen shot of the final price with the merchant charges included in the total price, they then changed their tune to the issue being a technical issue with the bank. They cancelled the booking upon advice of my husband - which is also false, apparently he told them to cancel the booking - when all he told them was that I was going to call them and sort out the payment issue, he never told them to cancel the booking. The payment issue being that they tried to charge an extra $20 on a booking without communication or consent. All they do is lie and make excuses. They tried to rebook the flight with an increase of $200. No thank you - took my business and booking elsewhere. Never again!

The tickets I purchased were initially sold out, so I got a call from the Cheapoflyt team that I had to cancel my flight or look for alternatives. Juan was on the phone with me for whole 40 minutes to come up with the right resolution; in the end, he helped me book the same tickets with the same price, honoring the price I initially bought them for. He didn't have to do this, but he truly went above and beyond to accommodate me. I am very thankful for his kind action here, and I am excited to share that I will be able to visit home and be with my family for the holiday season. If it weren't for Juan, a reunion with family wouldn't have been possible. I want to end this note to thank Juan again for all the help he had given me.

Fantastic experience: Booked my flights, and despite the other negative reviews they gave me my reference number which works through the airline. The flight is in 9 months, so I guess that nothing is guaranteed. I guess we'll wait and see what happens and I'll update my review accordingly.

Negative experience: One ticket canceled hours after I booked it resulting in me paying 60 dollars more for the same ticket. The other ticket was in the middle of the night instead of the midday flight advertised on Google. Getting my boarding passes was a painful experience. Do not trust this company.

Positive experience: Great value, but the booking experience was tiresome. To compare, I booked one portion of my trip with Cheapoflyt and one portion with Delta. It took 3 clicks to book with Delta and much longer with Cheapoflyt. I was asked repeatedly to answer yes or no for additional services that I didn't want or require and scrolling through each page took time.

Negative experience: I tried to book a flight via google flight and kept seeing this flashy light! Call us! First red flag. I thought I booked, but no according to them something went awry 2nd red flag. I called and of course the price went up. Classic bait and switch…. I said absolutely not. BUYER BEWARE! 3 strikes your out!

Negative experience: SCAM… Get you lured in with cheap price( they call it quote so price is not finialised until ticket is booked) then you fill in all information and booking gets declined. Now you need to call them or they call you back and they will advise you ohh payment wasn’t successful but same flight is now $175 more than what it was initially due to tax changes( like since when governments around world have dynamic tax regime like ticket prices). While i was on call to them i was on airlines website as well which had totally different fare. Told them to cancel my booking. Just stay away from this website trys to scare you with all add ons as well with cancellations and refund guarantees along the booking process.

Negative experience: Worst experience.. all like others. Booked the flights with Zander smith 5 months prior and at last they change my flight (without notifying me)with the same one he told while booking which was cheaper and I not opt for that and paid more for different one. Upon request, Zander never replied and some other person blamed airline for the change. I do confirm from airline and they said their flight is still departing the same day that I had booked. First they send different itinerary and at last send me different one. They are big scammers.. don’t trust them.. it’s a total hassle if travelling with baby…

Negative experience: Terrible customer experience. Charged my card twice gave me a lot of trouble for several months in order to not issue a refund. Be careful when booking with cheapo as you may be charged twice.

Negative experience: I ran into the same situation as most others had stated... "There was an issue processing your order. Tried to contact you and you were unreachable." - I was not contacted regarding any issues whatsoever. I received a cancelation email and simply let them know that I'm okay with the cancelation. I was able to book directly through the airline for a similar price. What a poor business model. Keep at it and you'll be out of business in no time!

Negative experience: It's a scam company, they will give booking confirmation without a 6-digit confirmation code. When you will ask for confirmation code for web check in they will ask you to pay current price of the ticket. Say you booked for 120$ and current price is 500$ so difference you need to pay to get PNR. You will not be able to do web check in and you will be frustrated at the last moment. This happened to me..I couldn't visit my family :-( Don't trust their five star..

Negative experience: Worst customer service and even after we booked the flights on the website online, we did not receive the confirmation, but got a call saying that the flight was not confirmed and that if we change our flight dates and move the departure date for dec 27 to dec 24 they would book same flight with same price. But they did not we had to pay another 116$ extra which was not refunded later even after calling the customer service and we were forced to move our vacation plan to dec 24 early instead of dec 27 .

Negative experience: Ignore the 5 star reviews, these are fake. People only ever give this site 5 stars or one star - go figure. To their credit, they did refund my entire booking after I sent them a legal letter. Prior to that I had called them 22 times with no call back from them.

Positive experience: I was a little nervous about using a third party site to book airline tickets for the first time, but approximately 90 minutes after booking I received a call from Allen at Cheapoflyt. He was very courteous and confirmed my booking, stayed on the line until I confirmed I had received my tickets via email, and provided instructions for seat selection once that becomes available. He put my mind at ease about the booking and I am thrilled to have secured such a good deal on my flight. Edit now that my trip is over: Everything went smoothly with the flights booked through Cheapoflyt. The original flight was canceled by the airline, but Cheapoflyt did an excellent job ensuring that I was switched to an equivalent nonstop flight. The only very minor issue we had was the four tickets booked were given two different confirmation numbers after the rebooking, and unfortunately my spouse and I were on one confirmation while our underage children were on the other. This meant I could not check the children in online or at a self-service kiosk, and had to get assistance from the airline staff at the airport, which slightly increased our time to get through everything. Ideally, the tickets should have been booked on one confirmation number or as two with an adult and child on each one. Overall, though, it was a great experience with this company.

Negative experience: They will give you a ticket but you have to call since you won't have the 6 letter code to get the ticket and it'll be more expensive. What they offer on the website isn't what you'll actually pay. So it's a scam and the 5 star reviews are just review bots. Don't use this and just use the airlines instead. EDIT - So this is 100% a scam, they'll give you the code when you call to show you have a flight and have you check it but will remove it once they hang up. Do not use this website, Indian scammers.

Negative experience: I booked a flight and got a confirmation then they called to tell me that my family constituted a group and they could not confirm the seats with the airline and tried to requote me a new fare 1,000$ more expensive. I cancelled right away and booked directly with the airline.

Negative experience: WORST SERVICE FOR THIS COMPANY, PLEASE NEVER BUY ANY TICKETS FROM CHEAPOFLYTE, I PURCHASED A TICKET LAST 12TH OCTOBER 2022 (Reservation: COFAU67902973), THE FLIGHT SCHEDULED WAS 29 DEC 2022, FLIGHT NO TG334. I WENT TO THE AIRPORT THAT DAY UNFORTUNATELY THERE WAS NO FLIGHT AT THAT TIME, THEY CHEATED ME, THEY DID NOT REFUND ME ANY MONEY UNTIL TODAY, I AM PLANNING TO GO TO COURT NOW.

Negative experience: Similar to everyone elses I booked oline. Less than 5 minutes later a call was received that they prices have now increased by $1,000 and outside of their control. I immediately told them I did not want to proceed which led to asking me to move dates or that they could make it $600 cheaper before finally letting me cancel. I immediately booked with different company for similar price to original without issue. Definitely a suspicious company.

Negative experience: Booked online and was waiting and waiting for my booking to be confirmed. Called up and after 15 mins of waiting I was told that they could only confirm the prices for one of the two seats I booked for, I pushed back and they eventually confirmed the original price. I was asked to tell them my secure bank code when they tried reprocessing the payment which set off alarm bells, they then sent a payment email linking to a payment method I've never heard of 'airwallex'. I immediately ask for my booking to be cancelled.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting customer service and a straight up scam whatever you do don’t book with these scammers Booked 2 flights to the uk for nearly 9 grand had to cancel due to my mother getting cancer and not being able to fly immediately lost money when they would only refund 5200 losing 3500 dollars !!!!!! Which after 2 months and many phone calls emails and false promises still nothing absolutely disgusting behaviour do not recommend at all.

Negative experience: I wish I could give them a zero! They quoted a price, took my money then called shaking me down for an extra $700, saying the price had went up. They said it would be 72 hours or more to get a refund. Lousy shady business do not use them if you want honest people.

Negative experience: I recently booked my flight and did the suggested 2 separate booking for departure and arrival. I noticed.they did not charge my card but call 8hrs later to tell me the prices have changed. Also that there is only one seat left. The price went up combined like $70. I do not recommend wasting your time with this service. So inconvenient!

Negative experience: Beware of this scam ! They advertise the lowest price then when you try to book, it says something went wrong. Then they call you to tell you that the airfare went up and they send you a new email with jacked up price asking you to ‘agree’. The old ‘bait and switch’ tactic. But I did a quick check to see that the airfares had not gone up and told them to cancel the potential booking. Scum bags !

They then call you and try to offer you different seats that are more expensive. Complete scam!! My boyfriend tried to book different flights at the same time and he had the same response. They convieniently are able to call you back straight away regarding the issue. DO NOT BOOK.

When called customer service spent another 15-20min, they said it's because prices are changed. cheapoflyt web site showing some other price, customer service saying something else..
