Fantastic experience: We have been using Richard and his team for SEVERAL years now. Excellent pricing, BUT the service is beyond the call of duty. They helped plan a 7 week trip between Paris to Budapest, down to Dubrovnik over to Italy. 6 days in, my wife broke her elbow and ankle. Trying to get hold of Emergency Insurance in Aust from Holland was VERY difficult. We managed to get hold of Richard who went out of his way, DURING a weekend evening, (and a lot more time) to help us out. Thank you SO much. We can't wait to repair, book through you and get back over, and to other places.

Fantastic experience: I wouldn’t dare travel in this day and age without the backup of a good travel agent. Negative experience: After booking for over 20 years with this company Richard booked us a 6 week holiday from hell at a great cost to us and we are still waiting for refunds on parts of the holiday that we did not want to do and did not even book. The main reason for the holiday was to see the warriors in Xian but Richard did not check and we were unable to do the trip. so it has been over 6 months now and no refunds or contact from Richard why?

Fantastic experience: Richard from Kawana travel booked my trip for my family to Europe. It was well planned and i didn't have to do a thing. He really knew his stuff, where to go and where not to go in Europe.

Negative experience: Part was very good. But, they made an error in my flight booking. Despite repeated attempts to talk to Richard, he did not get back to me nor respond to an email about it.
