Negative experience: Edited- Thanks for your relay but I have done this over a week ago and yet nothing once again. Case number: 01362944 Taking over an ongoing issue regarding a P&O refund that my mother has been waiting for since early 2022. Apparently P&O has refunded Flight Centre forest lake back but cannot locate the money to reimbursed my mother. How is that our issue! My Mother with minimal English speaking has been into store many many times throughout the years and nothing. No one can help, Cannot get any clarification from anyone. No emails/phone calls back. This is all from 2022 its 2024! How long do we have to wait to get this sorted! Tracey and the manager, I'm still waiting for a phone/email back to get this resolved.

Positive experience: Update Tracey help me with all mix up to do the another person. I bought a cruise with P&O, I don't have my users or passwords, they sent me invoices more than 6 times with extra charges, terrible service, but one lovely customer services help us.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever for me too!! Can't even bother returning a simple telephone call in a timely manner, let alone at all!! I have had to chase them up EVERY single time, including trying to receive tickets I had paid for in full, months previously (apparently it wasn't possible, but when I rang the tour company, myself it absolutely was!).Every single time my experience has been less than satisfying. I have dealt with six people in this office (you know who you are) and I just keep getting bumped from person to person including the Team Leader, and each staff member I have dealt with seems to be less helpful than the previous. As of writing this review, i am STILL waiting for a callback in regard to an inquiry I made 11 days ago. Absolutely appalling. I am sure my feedback will be "managed internally". That REALLY fills me with confidence.

Fantastic experience: Tracey was an absolute delight in organising our honeymoon. She provided great advise on our trip, things we didn't even consider and did a great job coming in under our allocated budget. Organising and managing a wedding was stressful, but having Tracey plan our honeymoon was a dream.

Negative experience: Shop did not open until after 9am. When it opened, we stood in the doorway and nobody said "we'll be with you soon" or "sorry". As we walked out one of the girls said "we were having a meeting". As I said to her "it doesn't inspire any confidence to book with you" They missed out on booking us a really big, expensive holiday. As I left she said "we were having a meeting"

All documents were sent on time and these included a lovely personal note which was a nice touch. This professionalism and customer care can be such a rarity in this day and age. Taylah's professionalism was very reassuring as a previous experience with my local Flight Centre Office (outside of QLD) was lacking in in customer care and detail which really tainted the holiday. Jess is bubbly and so lovely to talk to and made time to answer my million questions! Negative experience: We went in the shop and discussed our booking, Tracy said in future I can email instead of going in. 2 weeks ago I emailed, I didn't get a reply, so we went back. She then said she will work on our request for prices it's been another week and no reply. 2 weeks without any reply

Negative experience: Never again... bad service, I had to chase the travel agent for my booking details as she was allways away, on conference or sick. Then it still wasn't done properly the day before I travel and I'm still trying to sort it out. And have found better prices online for the exact same motel for the.same dates.. not happy

She provided me with multiple quotes and was available for me to contact at any time. Nothing felt like it was too much to ask for with Kat, she really went above and beyond and I can’t thank her enough. I recently had a bad experience with Flight Centre and was very weary about enquiring, but I am so glad that she was able to restore my trust with the company. Negative experience: My friend and I had booked a trip to Thailand with Tracy at Flight Centre Forest Lake. The flight and insurance were booked under both of our names. However, when we arrived, the receptionist informed us that the booking only included my friend. We contacted the 24 hour line and they told us that we had to wait until flight centre opened. After reaching out countless times, I still have not yet been compensated for their mistake. I understand that people can make mistakes, but it still hasn’t been resolved weeks after the fact.This is not good enough and I’m very disappointed with my experience. Will never use flight centre again and would never recommend to anyone wanting to book a RELAXING holiday.

Negative experience: Myself and a friend had booked a trip to Thailand with flight centre Forest Lake - with the staff member Tracey - in which was made easy to make a booking to organise the flights and accommodations. The staff member had booked the flights and insurance for two people, however, the accommodation was only booked for one person which had brought a lot of stress onto two young girls that are inexperienced in travelling. When trying to organise the refund that was promised, Tracey had failed to attend appointments via phone call that were specifically booked with her. From my personal experience, I will not be booking future trips with flight centre due to the lack of professionalism and inability to communicate with clients. Very disappointed to say the least.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this particular branch to anyone. Went in one day requesting for a quote (honeymoon package). Had to follow up three days later and finally got the quote one week later. Asked for a requote and rang the agent for an update and was met with the response that they have a backlog and will get to it when they can. One week on have yet to hear from them. Poor service.

Negative experience: Shockingly rude and obnoxious staff. In particular the manager. Save yourself the insult and go to another more welcoming branch

Negative experience: Would not recommend Flight Centre to anyone. Went to my local Flight Centre office to book an international flight. The office refused to help me book an airline that they said wasn't a preferred carrier and wouldn't bring up my suggested preference on the screen even though it comes up on their website. Went home and booked my better and cheaper flight online with Flight Centre. When I recieved my itinerary it didn't have my middle name even though I made sure it was typed in. Rang Flight Centre customer service within minutes and explained the problem and was told it wasn't it wasn't their issue to sort out and I would have to contact the carrier directly even though the booking was in Flight Centres name and payment went to them. I then asked for the contact number for the carrier and was told to look it up on the internet. Flight Centre just wiped their hands of the whole issue. After ringing the carrier they sorted the problem within 24 hours very efficiently and now my itinerary has my full name as in my passport. Will never use this company again and have already advised all my family, friends & followers to use different companies.

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend Forest Lake Flight Centre, as they have stuffed up my trip to Canada. The consultant is very slow in returning my calls or emails.

Fantastic experience: Teonie , flight Centre Forest Lake, assisted me with flights for my parents travelling from South Africa to Australia. Teonie has been most professional and went over and above to find suitable dates that fitted my affordability. It's not very often that one would find such professionalism and caring attitude.

Negative experience: The service here was abysmal. I would have been less concerned if they kept in contact to advise of their progress, but making promises to complete work by the end of the day, then never completing it was really stressful, especially with a trip only a few weeks away. It took 7 days of chasing the agent up every single day, calling and emailing and going in twice, to be promised it would be done, and never happening. Eventually I had to go in and sit across from the agent for 2hours to ensure they completed the booking. Incredibly disappointing and won't be back.

Negative experience: I would give zero if I can, the manager sent internal msg not to take me as I have booked with someone else. But It was the first time I went to flight centre. Hopeless don't even bother going there. Book online and save your time.

Fantastic experience: Katrina was angel sent from heaven with out wings. We booked flights to Sri Lanka from Singapore airlines through flight center forest lake. She matched the online fair with the convenience of personal assistance for changes of flight with ease of mind. I'm so happy since we tested positive for COVID-19 just before flight she helped us reschedule the flight at no extra cost. I would highly recommend them rather than booking online where there's no one to take care of you. Once again brava Katrina, high five to you.

Negative experience: Absolutely hopeless to deal with, I rang 3 times chasing up a holiday for the family, epic fail I will never bother with this lot again. Not very customer friendly or orientated, could not even be bothered to return my calls. My advice is to take your business elsewhere, as any other travel agent would of gotten back to me within the week or at least returned my calls.!!

The real praise is for Brent who took my calls and replied to my many emails I wanted to come home early due to deteriorating weather conditions he changed my tickets and then when the flight was delayed then cancelled he got me onto the first flight out he kept in contact with me throughout the process I will always use flight centre for booking my trips the absolute peace of mind being able to ring and email with a problem and feel confident that they are doing what theybcant tongelp I even recieved a welcome home email from.Bremt thanks again

Negative experience: Not a very customer friendly not much privacy ,you get treated like a number , we told them a number of times we don't want flights to Sydney for a cruise that we booked through them , my missus doesn't fly, but they keep giving us emails about flights to Sydney for the cruise and we had to fill our own info for the ship , will not use them again

Negative experience: Try not to use any holiday agent. It costs twice as much. Its easy to arrange your own holiday. I book the first 2 days only and then book from the destination. Be careful, they will add things without telling you. I used them to just help book a complex plane trip and had to make her remove 4 things i never asked for. Be careful of their visa service. They tried to charge me $150 to get a visa which i ended up getting myself online in 15 minutes for $35.
