Fantastic experience: 辛苦導遊+司機Rick，全程除了充當司機、照顧團友、幫忙拍照、給飼料我們餵動物，駕駛期間還介紹當哋不同地方。希望他有合理的工資，因為早上9am市區集合，11：40pm才回到市區 實在太辛苦他了。景點密集 完全不會覺得無聊，尤其小火車 大家記得預早報團，太晚有機會沒票的！！

Negative experience: My friend and I booked the Mt Buller 1-Day Tour on June 24, costing us $500. The night before, we flew from Sydney to Melbourne, but we lost our bag (with our passports) at the airport. Customs were extremely kind and helped us retrieve it, and the airline rebooked us on the earliest flight available at 6am the next day. That meant we couldn’t make the 6am pickup for the tour. We immediately contacted Extragreen Holidays to explain everything and asked to reschedule the tour for any other day , we weren’t asking for a refund, just a simple reschedule. Their response? Cold, rude, and completely unhelpful. They flat-out refused to assist and told us to “just take a taxi or Uber to Mt Buller.” That is completely irresponsible. No taxi or Uber can go up Mt Buller without a commercial snow license. They were clearly just trying to push responsibility onto us, even if it meant giving unsafe and unrealistic advice. We weren’t late because of carelessness , we were in a stressful situation, and even the airline showed more compassion and flexibility than this tour company. Spending $500 and being treated with zero empathy, zero support, and full attitude is absolutely unacceptable. Extragreen Holidays does not care about customers , only about taking your money.Never again. NEVER AGAIN

Negative experience: Appalling, don't do it. We did the full day Great Southern Road trip. The guide never stopped yelling and talked for a full 13 hours, no rest. He told stories that were simply historically untrue, false and honestly offensive. He swore numerous times in front of children and just made up the itinerary as he went stopping when he felt like it. He was rude to customers and washed the bus while we all waited to get home. To top it off he spent over an hour selling products through his online shop to a captive audience. This felt like a 12 hour hostage situation. Don't do it!

(Sorry I didn’t get all the names…) Yesterday Dec 19th 2024 I forgot my purse on the beach along the great ocean road arch area. By the time I realized, we already arrived in Lorne area. My tour guide David Hsu drove me to Lorne Visitor Venter to see if we can get some help. Pete at the center immediately rode his motor bike to the arch area,which is quite some distance, and found my purse which is unbelievable! Pete brought it back to Lorne and called us. David kindly picked up from the ladies today Dec 20th 2024, and he will help to bring the purchase back to Melbourne CBD area tonight… What an amazing relay of kindness and warm hospitality ❤️❤️❤️! I’d like to take this opportunity to share my sincere gratitude and appreciation for everyone has shared with us. People in Melbourne are simply the best , especially David Hsu. He is an amazing tour manager with excellent service, sharing of his knowledge and passion, plus most important a kind heart with good dose of humour. We are in deed very very lucky. I’d highly recommend David Hsu for the super quality services. Merry Christmas and wish all health and happiness in the new year! Fantastic experience: We were lucky to have David Hsu (徐大偉) as our driver and tour guide today. He was professional and knowledgeable. We sat at the back of the bus, and the Great Ocean Road was winding. My mum usually gets carsick in such situations, but thanks to David's safe driving skills, we enjoyed the entire day without any car sickness. During the trip, David explained the history in an interesting manner in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. My mum even thought it was played from a recording. My parents had a wonderful day. Best tour guide in Melbourne!

Negative experience: 首先，这辆车坐得非常不舒服，我相信这是旅行社安排的。其次David导游给我们添加了两个免费景点，是很感谢，但这两个景点让我觉得很无趣，并且滞后后面的行程。而且原本可以赶在更早前回到city，而且故事很多根本停不下来，都想着David得声音会不会沙哑，还想着是不是在播录音。 两颗星给David，旅行社我就不给星了。

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing trip to the great ocean road. The driver and guide David Hsu is kind and helpful. He knows the history of Australia so well and gave us a detailed explanation of everything we see during the tour. His photography skill is also impressive and he shared so many beautiful pictures with us. The whole trip is pleasant and comforting.

He conducted the tours efficiently and patiently waiting for passengers who waited at the wrong pick up point. Would love to meet him again in any future tour with extra green holidays.

Fantastic experience: I will give 5 star rate to our friendly driver Jonny. First, he always drive us to destination on time, excellent time management. Secondly, he's very friendly to clients to brief the histories and all the nice views on our way. We did have a great experience. There's one thing that I would like to highlight to Jonny was the tour bus was randomly inspected by transport inspector while the way. Afterthat, he explained to all passengers about what was going on to make people feel safe. Appreciate a lot for his job. What a great tour. There's one thing that I would like to comment is the volume of the mic on tour bus wasn't stable. Sometimes there was a eco sound that we couldn't hear what Jonny's briefing. It would be great if soundwork can be upgrade so that passengers won't ask driver to speak again, this might could be a distract of driving safety.

Negative experience: Yesterday nov.18 2023 our worst day ever terrible experience because of the bus driver NAME DAVID he is so arrogant rude he left behind our two friends because only late for 7 minutes it is not they fault DAVID fault because he drop us at middle off the car park then he move the bus without telling us that is why we are lost he doesn't care at all even we yelled at him to stopped he no we are so worried because our friends didn't brings they bags only phones no money at all only can do our friends is crying and crying they are so lucky the chocolaterie staffs helps them and comport them why they are hiring a guy like that you know how far from the city the chocolaterie great ocean rd without money

Negative experience: This is ridiculous! The driver is consistently late . Can you believe that people have to wait for the bus for 30 minutes early in the morning? And when passengers try to contact the driver, there is no response. And even when the driver finally arrives, there is no apology whatsoever! By the way, the driver is Michael!

Fantastic experience: Johnny was a fantastic driver. He drove us to the destination on time and even gave us great tips for skiing as well.

Negative experience: 骗子公司，我跟女友当时天真的以为旅行社会更便宜而且省心，结果发现说好的五星级酒店（我们付的比当晚入住五星级酒店的钱还多），结果到了才发现给我们搞了个两星的招待所地下一层储物间临时搭建出的房间。找他们还一直推卸责任。

Positive experience: Was lovely enjoyable day ,ltour guide and very informative and knew every landmark and tourist spot .stopped for lunch and coffee and at yummy chocolate cafe very friendly and accomadating to all tourist needs

Fantastic experience: Our Tourist day snow tour to Mt Buller was smooth up, bjt due to weather elements n the road down was blocked on return trip, resulting on delay.We were served hot tea n cooking whike waiting n o way down , was given dinner at Mansfie,d on refu d basis n refund of the cost for the return trip. Will rfinitely use the travel co. Again in future a d stro g,y recommend this tour co.
