Negative experience: Disappointing to see that staff inside didn’t want to serve customers. At 2:35pm staff sat in the dark with doors closed… while the signs outside the door and Google places hours stated that they closed at 3pm. Even after knocking on the doors they stayed sitting down. I guess I will get my 5 flights elsewhere..

Negative experience: I have booked tickets for my old parents last month and my parents fly on 15 Jan with 9 house stop over at Kuala Lumpur and they were denied all the services which were included at the time of booking. At the time of booking I was promised after me insisting to even pay extras to make sure my parents gets the vegetarian food and my mum with wheelchairs assistance but on the boarding time they were asked to pay extras or they were refused all those services . With 9 hours stop over they travel almost continuously for 2 days and they were not served any food not even snacks. I immediately reach agent at Caroline spring JANELLE she replied me after a week asking for proof that give me some kind of paperwork which the airline has written down that they won’t give any food or wheelchair assistance. Are you serious who gives paperwork or documents for these types of denied services ? And until now there is no resolution. I am afraid on the return tickets if this this case my mum is diabetic what if her sugar levels fluctuate because of no eating for long. Very bad experience.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked into FC Caroline Springs, I was greeted and made to feel welcomed by Sam Banfield. I didn’t have an appointment but Sam listened to what I was after and was keen to make an appointment with her the next morning and help me with my dream family holiday. After I left FC I went home to email Sam our passports so that she had all our info for our appointment the next day. To my surprise Sam responded to my email excited about our dream Hawaii & Disneyland holiday and had already searched the best flights with the quickest routes (we have young children) and had mapped out our holiday exactly how I wished for. This made me extremely happy because it showed that Sam had listened to everything I said when in store briefly. Before our appointment I already had received our proposed holiday, including flights with the quote. By the next morning, my appointment with Sam went seemingly because I had everything in front of me already. Sam shared that she loves Disney and her and her children had been to Disneyland before and shared her experience, which made me even more excited about my trip. I knew I had come to the right person and place to book my dream holiday. Sam made the booking experience very easy, quick and enjoyable. I would be happy to book all my future holidays with Sam. Negative experience: We went through Flight Centre to book an extended working holiday in Bali using travel vouchers we had through our business. We had always dsicussed booking only a one way flight with Janelle; never was there any advice as a travel professional from her that it's essential for a Bali travel visa to have a return flight booked. When we got to the Melbourne airport at 3am on the day of our holiday - with a 8 month old baby - we were denied getting on the flight as we didn't have a return ticket, unless we booked a ticket on the spot. We were forced to book a flight on the spot for a random day costing us out of pocket thousands of dollars. We informed Janelle straight away of the issue via email and asked her to sort something out either a refund or a change of flight based on our decided return date to Australia as it was her mis-advice for the issue. She never bothered to reply to our email, so we called her. Two weeks later she had not got back to us, the date of the flight pending within a few days. She has now replied via email today that the airline wont refund the flight becase its been used which is totally incorrect, the flight date is 26 September. We are out of pocket and in a position to not use the flight due to Flight Centre's incorrect advice and lack of duty of care.

Fantastic experience: What started as a very stressful morning turned out to be a very positive experience with FC Caroline Springs. Fantastic experience: We originally booked and started planning through Watergardens FC and were having difficulties simply making payments amongst other things. Fantastic experience: I just want to say a big THANKYOU to Sam!! I went in to see her yesterday, totally wasn't expecting much as I was just wanting quotes! However- Sam's customer service was spectacular! She's customer focused! Driven to provide the best deals and shows such commitment. Sam responds to emails in a timely manner and is very professional! I was expecting to pay a lot more, however the deal she found was incredible! Negative experience: Don't even bother wasting your time coming to the caroline springs flight centre, we waited an hour and a half there to not be seen or acknowledged by any of the staff. They had a ticket stand at the entrance but they completely ignored that system. Out of 3 of the staff members that were there one was on the phone for over an hour, one was with a customer for over an hour and 30 minutes and the one lady who seemed to be the only one serving other customers wasn't using the ticket system at all she was just calling anyone upto her desk. Once the worker who was on the phone got off the call instead of calling us up she just proceeded to tap away on her screen not even acknowledge us or say sorry just a minute totally ignoring the fact that we had been waiting for an hour and a half. Worst customer service ever, I'd definitely recommend you try ANY other flight centre before this one.
Hi Casee, we're sorry to see that you were not happy with your experience. We've reached out to the store manager directly regarding this, and have confirmed that all customers in store have been using the ticket system for visits with no prior appointment booked. And unfortunately the 3rd consultant was assisting with urgent changes that had a very tight timeline with the airline.
We'd recommend making an appointment with a consultant in-store, to ensure the team can dedicate a team member to looking after your travels, otherwise the team are monitoring the ticket system to ensure this works seamlessly for customers.

Fantastic experience: The 5 star review I am leaving is for Janelle. After having a couple of not so great encounters with other staff in the same store I was almost at my whits end and ready to have a full blown meltdown in store. I needed to get tickets for an unaccompanied minor that was not my family and this was a very frustrating process for me. Janelle came to my rescue taking everything off of my plate and taking full control of the situation. She handled everything with compassion and professionalism and went above and beyond when we ran into a little trouble on flight day. She was absolutely amazing and we would definitely go through her again and recommend her to everyone. Thank you for everything Janelle, you're the best!

Fantastic experience: Had the most amazing experience with the amazing sam; was very knowledgeable about travel, she also kept me up to date with my payments, my bookings, always sent out email updates to keep us in the loop for our travel dates. Was able to get three seperate flight for different destinations booked all through Samantha :) with her excellent customer service I'll be definitely keeping Samantha as our family travel agent and can't wait to get away in the next couple weeks for our cruise :') amazing experience with her. Fantastic experience: After frequenting 2 other flight centre stores to book some flights and receiving terrible sevice. I was about to give up when my friend suggested i try the Caroline Springs store while i was over there shopping. Hesitantly i enter the store and straight away was met with a smile and a very warming approach unlike the rudeness i was given at airport West store. I had the best experience got the best service above and all with honesty and a friendly smile. None of my questions were made out to be stupid And Janelle went above and beyond to help me She's a real asset to the team and a great person to be team leader which I found out later. Fantastic experience: Flight centre Caroline Springs is great. Kapil booked my Europe trip for my partner and myself last year. He listened to what I wanted and then was able to give me a few different options and then I was able to happily pay and book that same day. Then later on I decided that I needed help with booking my transport between countries while in Europe. Sasha helped me with this and helped me decide when and where was best to either travel by plane, train or ferry. Which was so helpful as I had no idea. She gave recommendations based on her own experience travelling through Europe so I trusted her advice. I didn’t have any doubts at all and just left it to her. Then while I was in Italy I had an incident with a flight that was cancelled; I contacted Sasha immediately. Didn’t matter the time difference she immediately responded and tried to help me with what to do next. I had a great experience with both Kapil & Sasha. The store manager Janelle leads a great team who always make me feel warm and welcomed when I’m there as everyone is so kind and greets you as you enter. Will be back to book all my trips. Cheers

Negative experience: I can’t believe a professional travel agency, such as this would recommend a venue such as the one that we stayed at. It was dilapidated and unsafe as can be seen in the photos we were broken into on the second night we were there and the flight center promised to refund us, but have failed to. Natasha at the flight center has been nothing but appalling in her service. I recommend the people book their accommodation and flights online rather than go through the flight center. Waste of money, waste of time, lack of service, and nothing but attitude in return so much for looking after families. One of the worst and most traumatic experiences, and all the flight center have done is amplify the experience. Wow, how awful.

Negative experience: Been waiting to talk to a consultant for more than half an hour… 5 people here.. only 2 had customers ( which one of them become free after 10 minute ) 2 chatting together.. one trainer… not even a single glance at me from any of them to let me know they will be with me shortly… completely felt ignored. This is not customer service !! Super unprofessional.

In this case, it sounds like they would have been working as a team on bookings to get the best outcome for customers. Negative experience: Don't ever use flight centre or escape travell . They are absolutely hopeless. The consultants try to pass the buck to someone else .All inexperienced don't know anything. I'm booking anything I want direct now . Even had cruise companies complaining about Flight centre. Never again Had a absolute gut full of them .

Fantastic experience: Dana was very helpful. She noticed some details in our plan that may have made it difficult for us to meet flights and transfers and brought it to our attention straight away. She helped us get back on track and was honest with her opinions which saved us time, money and experiences. She was patient and not pushy which i think is extremely important. Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be more thrilled and grateful than I already am with the service I got from Dana. She helped booked my dream holiday for me and partner for our honeymoon and it went off without a hitch. Negative experience: Poor customer service from Caroline springs store consultant Janelle. You are honestly better off booking the holiday yourself… if you know how to use google there is no need to use flight centre. We went on a European holiday for 2 months and on a couple of occasions needed assistance as Janelle had stuffed up our bookings (hotel, baggage, flights) and you get no assistance from them as she takes literally a week to reply.. sometimes she doesn’t reply at all and I am frantically having to email and call flight centre when Janelle did not care at all. It is a huge inconvenience booking through flight centre as if you need to get anything done or to modify an existing booking with an airline it must go through flight centre as they booked it. However, as it is impossible to get any support from flight centre then you are left with no help. We ended up having to surrender our tickets and purchasing new flights from a budget airline which ended up being a very costly trip.. very frustrating and upsetting. I also had to on numerous occasions prompt Janelle to do her job and ask her to confirm things for me because we can’t do it ourselves due to third party being involved, of course this took weeks due to poor communication and lack of skills by flight centre customer service consultants. Do yourself a favour and book the holiday yourself. You’re not saving any money or time by booking with flight centre. Instead your anxiety and stress will go through the roof.

Negative experience: You have to have an appointment to meet an agent there. It may take two weeks to have to book an appointment and you can't use their website to book your flight or cruise

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting customer service, quoted a price and wouldn't accept a deposit and also didn't give any indication of when the price/sale would finish and when we called back to pay 3 days later was bluntly told sale is finished. condescending, rude and dismissive staff and manager. Girls if you hate your job then find one your happy in, and one your prepared to be pleasant with customers seeing as that is your role. I would not recommend this flight centre, have now gone elsewhere and they have been accommodating and amazing to deal with.

Negative experience: Book the holiday yourself! Both days I arrived at 9am the doors didn’t open till well after 9am, with no apologies for their tardiness! Then I was kept waiting another 30 minutes for my appointment, only to find out that they had not even bothered to look into my holiday request from two days prior. Will never be using Flight Centre again!!

Bought 2 round the world tickets with compulsory price drop guarantee cert. but when I furnished the price drop evidence did not answer my calls or reply to email. Once they've finished a consult, there is still the legwork of the booking to do, calling suppliers, booking flights, making payments, tailoring packages, invoicing, and also working with customers via email & phones, so the majority of the booking work is done without a customer in the store. Negative experience: Went in to speak to someone about booking a holiday, was ignored for a good 10 minutes then finally when the girl stood up from her conversation, she said "oh we are closing soon so book online for an appointment". Negative experience: On 22 March 2022 I called to make enquiries and based on the answers I was going to make a booking, I got through Amanda who refused to answer any questions and sternly advised that I needed to make a booking, I did state that I wanted to travel soon without asking how soon, she stated again that I needed to make a booking for an appointment as I could not walk into the store, I asked about the availability of next booking and she advised that the earliest is in about a weeks time and then stated she could not talk as she was busy with another client, she was obviously not interested in listening to me any more as I was possibly deemed to be a nuisance and Hey, travel business was booming so me as a customer could afford to be ignored, she had obviously forgotten where the travel industry was within the previous 2 years ! I had obviously wasted my time and hers by trying to make enquiries and a booking ! Feeling quite annoyed, ignored and angry, I looked up and called Helloworld Travel in Melton, my enquiries were answered and I booked 2 air tickets from Melbourne to Los Angeles and flew out on 24 March 2022. If Amanda takes the time to listen to any callers before trying to fob them off, she might get the chance to understand that some people may want to travel very soon, not wait a week for an appointment. Thankfully there are other Travel Agencies around that are willing to listen to callers before subtly ignoring them !
