Negative experience: If i coyld give ZERO stars i would. I dont travel so i needed a lot of help planning a trip to Europe back at the beginning of September. After being told it will be ready in a week i waited patiently. I checked in with Ellen after 2 weeks and she advised it would be ready by that weekend or early the following week at the least. Its now mid November and I'm still waiting for it

Negative experience: One star is very generous I was not happy with how my trip was done it’s like they think you are a pest when you contact them to ask about something even overseas when you have trouble they don’t follow through more like a half a star

Negative experience: Throughly disappointed with this branch. Been a loyal customer for years with Flight Centre at Castle hill the service at this centre is by far the worst. Slow response times, staff is always saying we are busy, there is no call back, no customer service. Will never recommend this branch to anyone. Totally regretting doing a group booking

Negative experience: Lousy service. Came in for a quote, the person that seemed to be a manager/leader (she sits at the end of the office) just asked where I wanted to go, “took notes” and told me that she would send me an email with the details. Clearly, never got it. 5 minute operation. Not sure what the chairs are for? Maybe for her purse. You are wasting your money with this office!

Fantastic experience: Katerina was very thorough with her details. She helped me with my hotels and flights, explained it clearly. Unfortunately I am not keeping well and had to postpone my flight. Negative experience: Completely unhelpful. Bad attitude. We are in the beginning stages of planning a trip and were looking for ideas on destinations, time frames for travel etc. Staff member wasnt too interested in assisting us and told us to visit the website. When asked if she had any booklets on the country we are planning a trip to, she rolled her eyes, then retrieved a booklet on the wrong part of Europe. Certainly won't be booking through them.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience booking my most recent holiday through Jessica. She made the whole process a breeze for me. Jessica was also prompt to make some changes to my remaining flights mid trip as per my request. Nothing was an issue. Thanks Jessica!

Negative experience: I would have been more than happy to make an appointment if advised on arrival, but to be told she was way too busy and a waste of her time to assist me that was a real insult. Reading others reviews it seems I am not the only unhappy customer, Flight Centre even responded to some reviews, however I never received a response, seems they don’t care about their potential customers, zero customer service. It appears only positive reviews receive a response

Fantastic experience: Alfina Maugeri, Flight Centre Baulkham Hills, has assisted us now for over 5 years with travel planning, arrangements and all other aspects of our world wanderings (including Aus). We find the process easy and without stress due to her knowledge of the industry providers, destinations and friendly nature. Alfina will continue to be our 'go to' travel consultant. We have recommended her services to our friends and family, who have all had positive experiences on their travels when Alfina helps co ordinate all the details.

Negative experience: Very poor service; callous attitude. We had been to Flight Centre - Baulkham Hills on a Friday at around 1:30pm to get help to book a package to Fiji to travel in September. No help rendered but we were asked to make an appointment for the next week as they were closing early. Closing hours was meant to be 5:30pm..must say a good recession is not enough to teach these people a lesson. I wish this branch closes down soon.

Negative experience: That was a weird experience. The closing time says 5:30 and we get there at 4:45. One person there helping someone else. We sit and wait. 5 minutes later another staff member arrives. Looks at us, walks past, does a bit out back and then at her desk. Promptly at 5 the second staff member closes the doors. Then the first staff member asks if we are there to see the other one. We say we are after anyone. That's when she tells us they shut at 5:30 but she is too busy to see us and to come back tomorrow. I can understand being busy and trying to have people make an appointment, but why stop seeing customers at 5 (change your open hours to finish at 5), and why make customers wait 15 minutes just to tell them to go away. For an industry so threatened by online alternatives, you think they would get the basic customer service right.

Negative experience: Trying to get in touch with this flight centre is impossible. They don’t answer the emails and the phone lines are never answered. We booked last year with them and it was ok but always waiting for replies. There is only one lady which is very friendly the other two might need a holiday

Negative experience: Dealing with this store has been a dreadful experience. I would highly recommend not visiting. I visited the store at Baulkham Hills only to be greeted by three ladies and no one else in the store. They showed no engagement, didn’t want to make eye contact or offer to help me.. I just stood there awkwardly, waiting. Then after prompting one of the ladies, she swiftly said ‘we are all busy and I need to call some suppliers’. I said ‘well can someone help me to price some flights’. She said you need to come back in an hour. I came back in an hour and was greeted by the same cold ambience. Sat down to go through it, but she suggested I book an appointment for another day. Frustrated, I did. I was unable to make the arranged time set, so contacted Katerina to let her know well in advance. In lieu, I provided her with all the itinerary details. She assured me she send through a quote and all the details. After emailing, no response. Followed up 24 hours later, no response. Called, no return call. Emailed again, no response. So annoyed I reached out to another store and jagged a helpful lady called Victoria (Castle Hill). She helped me, was friendly and contacted me after hours to wrap it up. Needless to say I paid without hesitation and was extremely impressed with the service. The stack of poor reviews for Baulkham Hills, is the obvious signs of a systemic issue. Something Flight Centre don’t seem to care about. I’m still really annoyed and let down by the experience.

Negative experience: WARNING!!! Rudest, most incompetent staff ever!!!! My Mother and I provided the flight numbers we wanted and it still took over two hours for the rude, ditzy staff member, Katerina, to book these. She never offered any other services, rolled her eyes continuously and stared off into space. She then threatened to tear up the bookings and threw a tantrum. Trust me, book tickets yourself online and don't waste your time at this dreadful business.

Negative experience: I went to flight centre in Baulkham hills with my mum regarding information to my trip. Three ladies was busy with Costomers so I took place to sit waiting until one of them to be free. After 20 half an hour, one of the lady is quite rude and told me we need to book first, and they will not open in the weekend… You can tell me at the first moment! Don’t waste my time

Negative experience: All I can say don't book your holidays with this shop thay are very misleading and rip you off with prices and travel credit you are better off booking online you can get the same terms and conditions for a hell of a lot cheaper I never use these con artists again

Negative experience: I had been into Flight centre Baulkham Hills to make a booking for a south east asia holiday for my husband and myself I was told I had to make a booking by Alfina and return which I did, upon my return for a booked appointment with Alfina I was left to sit unattended as Alfina was on the phone with another customer and after 25 mins of me sitting waiting she said can you come back in half hour , my response was I made a booking as requested as you don't take walk ins and you still are too busy to attend to my booking : so NO thanks ill go elsewhere. Not even an apology for the inconvenience caused.

Fantastic experience: Great team - Georgia has helped us with so many things!

Negative experience: I purchased my ticket in Jan 22 from a lady called Georgia Bow. Closer to my flight in April I needed to get in touch with her. I called her several times but she was busy. I left messages but she did not respond. I then made an appointment with her through some other lady and finally accepted. The reason for not answering the phone was that she was busy with other clients. But I was a client too. Very disappointed with this level of service. Once I reached my destination in Sri Lanka, Singapore Airlines changed my return flight to one day earlier. They did not do so with the connecting flight. I informed Georgia that I will have to stay 24hrs transit in Singapore and would need a hotel. Can she talk to Singapore Airlines and amend the flight for a shorter transit time. Her response was that I would have to pay the gap. Mind you this change was from Singapore Airlines, not at my request and they should have ensured my comfortable return. Unfortunately Georgia was of no help. She just said you would have to pay for a sooner connecting flight. I then contacted a known travel agent in Sri Lanka and this change was effected free of charge. So where was the customer focus of Flight Centre towards my problem ? Were they trying to make money over my issue, when all it took was to liaise with Singapore Airlines? Very disappointed with Flight Centre. They should pay me compensation for mental agony and distress. Definitely not going back to them again.

Fantastic experience: I went to Blacktown first the service was very terrible no proper response. I then called Baulkham hills the lady Ms.Ellen Goodwin responded to my enquiry so well and asked me to come over. She listened to my request and solved my ticket issue.I am really happy with her service and recommend everyone to book your tickets from Baulkham hill office.

Negative experience: Due to Covid we had to postpone our honeymoon to cairns in September so received a credit which have used to book our new honeymoon in March 2022. However we feel we have been ripped off as this time we only booked one way flights we feel we should have credit left but flight centre have not answered our emails. Not good customer service. And they tried to charge us a $60 re-booking fee. Not happy.

Positive experience: Friendly and informative staff, all of whom are approachable with a sense of them not only being professionals in their business and work, but are members of the local community as well.

Fantastic experience: Was looked after by a Ashleigh and she provided amazing service from planning my trip, checking in while I was on it and a welcome home email to see how everything went. She was easy to get in contact with and even when she wasn't in office she made sure her colleagues took care of me.

Fantastic experience: Whenever I tried to contact Katie, she was available, but if not, she rang back quickly - even when she was on holiday herself. She was a gem. She arranged changed bookings for us at the drop of a hat and everything went as smoothly as WE allowed. She was terrific. Congratulations and thanks, Katie.

Negative experience: Just bought flight tickets and one night airport accommodation. They say they find you the best deal. $229 with them $171 online. My fault. I should have done it online. Never again.

Negative experience: Unless you want to wait 3-5 business days for a phone call/email back from employees then by all means visit this Flight Centre. Some staff are incompetent at times and always trying to upsell even if you are clear on what you want. Vouchers and credit conveniently cant be found or take days to recover. This isn’t my first negative experience with them and unfortunately I had to continue with this branch because I had a voucher held with them.
