Negative experience: My experience of seeking a quote for flights to NYC and London today at this branch ended strangely and I left feeling a bit irritated. After 20 minutes of working through options with a woman sales rep who handled it all well and as professional as one would expect, it turned a bit weird after I shook hands with her to say thank you and goodbye. I rose from my seat and turned to walk away to hear her suddenly ask " So.. where from (my home country) are you from?" I turned back to her, thought for a sec and then told her - she'd clearly picked up on my accent as my nationality wasn't raised before. She then said in a strange manner " Bye (my name)" - it was the tone of how she said it that made me feel a bit uneasy. It was a bit creepy tbh. No thanks.

Fantastic experience: I've booked my travels here with an amazing travel agent by the name of Marina. She was extremely attentive and listened to my needs over the phone and was professional and polite. Marina made it a seamless experience for me in person and provided me with great suggestions as I was planning my trip overseas. Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience, we waited for over an hour, they had some customers waiting even longer than us. Then some repeat customer walked in and was looked after straight away. We got up and left, there were other customers still walking in after us and im sure they wouldn't of gotten seen at all.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with Caity, completed Messed my booking to Europe, keep holding me and saying she is busy, which she is not because our friends passed the store, saying there is no one in store. Because Caity keep Delay my booking and cause my flight from $3000 up to $4000. And when I phoned , Lucas was rude and completely careless, he told us he was busy, we have to talk to Caity, but he over heard something, he said it is not her fault. Negative experience: Very disappointed with our interactions with flight centre chadstone. It initially started off quite well, our booking process was smooth and efficient. We were upsold the captains package thinking we would receive additional support if needed. A few days later, I found our exact flights cheaper, so I contacted our sales team member to arrange for a credit/refund under the captains promise product. It took multiple emails and phone calls, none of which were returned, over a 6 months period. Negative experience: I want to give zero rating to this store staff members .. they don’t know how to deal with customers . They have lack of knowledge for their profession. They are not up to date with the new airline policies . I went there to book a ticket for my mum , they asked me to sent her passport details on the email and then they didn’t know how to put her name properly on the ticket form . Then they started asking each other staff members in the store but they all helpless . They had to contact the airline , just because of this little basic thing we had to wait one hour and still when then couldn’t do it .. one of their staff members came to us and she asked us to leave the store coz other customers were also waiting .. when I asked she told me they don’t know how long it will take may be one day two days or more !! I mean really just for a basic knowledge of ticket booking policies they don’t know , we had to suffer .. and I felt so bad . When I ask if I can book a ticket on the phone then she said no you have to come back to the store again when we call you ! Me and my wife we came out from the store . I called another air ticket company and they booked my ticket on the phone just in 15 mins .. we were booking our tickets with Flight centre almost 13 years ..only upgrading the stores are not enough Flight Centre has to upgrade their staff members as well .. and yeah no more tickets from Flight centre .. very Bad experience… really disappointed!

Fantastic experience: We originally had no intention of buying tickets to the USA and internal flights from a travel agent. Been overseas heaps of times and just did my own purchase, pain in the butt but thought I always saved $$$. Negative experience: incompetent + irresponsible + lazy staffs! It shouldn't be called "travel agency". They don't know anything! 27/12/22 I went there to book the cruise. The lady who served me couldn't do it and she said she will sort it out and get back to me tomorrow but I never heard anything from her. 07/01/23 I went back to book the cruise. She said yes, they said I have to book it from the official website! ??? I don't think she called them and she's lying! Why couldn't she tell me at the beginning then? I can book it from the official website too! I visited there 3 times and wasted my time but no one could book the cruise and they never get back to you! I went to another travel agency after that and they booked it for me easily! They said, there's cruise wholesalers and all the travel agencies get the prices from there, not from the official website! So, that lady was lying! Don't go to the Flight centre Chadstone! They know nothing and they are very irresponsible!

Negative experience: ***Never Again*** My family recently booked a 5 day tour trip to Perth with Flight Centre here branched in Chadstone. Our corresponding agent was Ziggy Lewis who was our primary and first point of contact responsible for organising this tour for us. What should have been a beautiful holiday and adventure with family and friends, ends up resulting to be a huge nightmare of dreadful confusion and major disappointment in having missed 3 tours in our holiday package. The first major red flag which should have not happened in the first place with such a renowned and reputable company such as Flight Centre is the that the tour package and itinerary never came detailed with any business contact information, dates, times and location of meeting and appointments scheduled for our trip to run smoothly and organised professionally for a well and good time for our first time here in Perth. When we landed and arrived in Perth there was no initial contact to welcome us and prepare for our journey ahead. We waited for confirmation and planners to have scheduled this ahead but there was just lots of angst in waiting until the next morning. To add to this dilemma, Ziggy had booked a small taxi to transfer all 6 of us family and friends to ensure a health and safety journey to our hotel. To our surprise, we could not all fit in. We the four had to pay for our own transfer there. Second day of Perth, still no contact or any information regarding our tours, until we headed down to our hotel lobby for breakfast and at that point, the tour representatives gave us a quick call to inform us sporadically of our meeting point and time of departure. At this point, we had to cut our breakfast and made a rush to the location. This seemed far from paradise as when we finally made our arrival, the tour guides has informed us that only 2 people out of 6 were only listed to be in attendance. We had previously informed Ziggy that 6 people were to travel together and that was made very clear before our holiday was booked and our tour to go ahead. When the tour guide made a call to enquire about this on the day, his company had informed that several people had been booked for different dates. Several months in planning a trip together with Ziggy prior to our trip, only to have us there separated to different dates of our tour. The second disappointing factor and most regrettable event regarding our holiday tour was our most anticipated Rottnest Island adventure. We ended up missing the bus with the tour guide and eventually had to pay for our own entry out of pocket there which anyone with a conscientious mind would have thought that this was to be already included in our holiday package. This whole holiday ordeal booked with Ziggy became a total disaster of what should have been a nice and relaxing time in Perth, now holds a much dear resentment and unforgettable time unwell spent. I hope our bitter and disheartening experience with Flight Centre can shed some light on how unprofessional and unorganised some of the agents working with this company can be. This has now made us all turn our backs against Flight Centre. We will never recommend this company to any of our family and friends ever again.

We are at October 2022 and they won’t refund me the money I paid! They keep telling me to call the call center! And they keep referring me to the store! Negative experience: Went and popped into the store on a Saturday to be advised that by Chloe that they were understaffed and unfortunately couldn’t assist us, but could spare a few minutes to get us a few brochures. Chloe then gave us her business card to email and said she’d respond within three business days, from when we came in store which was on the 14 May to which we were completely understanding and grateful for the few minutes Chloe could spend with us. However, We have still not heard from Chloe, even after following up. We’ve emailed on the 15 May, 19 May, 22 May and 24 May and the 29 May - and haven’t heard from her at all. We have since had to book our honeymoon elsewhere and independently.

Negative experience: Worst Customer service ever. We got charge an extra $1000 to book our flights in comparison to what I could find online but went with a Travel Agent as we thought they might help us during the height of covid. When we tried to change the date, which they said they would help us with when we spoke to them at Chadstone, they couldn't help us and could only find flights that were more expensive. I went to the Airline directly and they changed the date for us at no extra charge. We then wanted to change our itinerary, and offered to change our flight to a much cheaper destination but that was only possible at an extra cost of $600 per person. Now we have tried to cancel our flights to change the itinerary ourselves but Flight Center Chadstone has not answered any of our 20 phone calls over the past 2 weeks and are not responding to emails. Even tried calling Customer Service relations but that number also isn't going through. Extremely dissapointed in the "customer service" that we have not received. Flight Center is a SCAM, book flights yourselves instead, much cheaper and easier.

Negative experience: Very poor service. They stuffed our travel dates completely on the itinary. Costed us a lot of time and effort to have them rectify their own mistakes. Would not recommend.
