Fantastic experience: I absolutely had to leave a review for the amazing consultant who helped me plan my trip to Bali! I saw Leyla at flight centre 3 seperate times because I simply just couldn’t make up my mind and each time she was very informative and patient with me. In the end she ended up putting together some fantastic flight and hotel options for me to look through and we ended up successfully booking in our holiday all thanks to her expertise. I definitely recommend coming in to see Leyla for all of your holiday needs!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of being assisted by Monica in the middle of last year to plan and book our honeymoon to Vanuatu. Monica was friendly, professional and communicated so well during the whole process. Monica kept us updated in relation to some airline issues that arose and she continued to give us as many updates as she could to ensure we didn’t panic and could made informed decisions if needed. Lucky everything worked out with the airline issues! A few weeks before we were due to depart Monica emailed me all our paperwork for our flights , accommodation details and package inclusions. We spent an amazing 10 days in Vanuatu and stayed at Irkiki Island Resort. I again recently reached out to Monica to assist my family with flights to Rome this year. Monica without delay provided a quote and responded within 24 hours. The whole experience with Monica has made planning holidays and flights a little less stressful and overwhelming! Negative experience: Wanted to share my terrible experience at Flight Centre Broadmeadows. I'm extremely saddened to write this review given I was pleased with the support we received initially. I feel like we were provided with a great service until things went wrong. My husband and I booked a trip to the UK for a few weeks and sort the support of flight centre to arrange some rental cars. The flight centre staff member booked one of the cars for an extra day that was not needed and when we informed her when we were overseas we were informed she was on holidays and there was nothing that could be done until she returned. We waited for an outcome, only to be told that fight centre would take NO ACCOUNTABILITY for the error and that we should have picked up on the error. I don't think this is fair given you pay for a service, you pay the captain fee of $150 and you trust that flight centre won't make errors. We won't be booking with flight centre BROADMEADOWS AGAIN!

Fantastic experience: I would like to say that Theodora in flight center Broadmeadows has exceeded my expectations while helping me with my trip to Europe, she helped with deciding what tours were good and booked accommodation in the most beautiful places in Europe. I would highly recommend her services to anyone needing help on organising a trip of your dreams.

Negative experience: Moving forward, I will be booking my own holidays. Initially, the staff were friendly, but once my payment was processed, I felt overlooked. There was a lack of essential information regarding my travel destination, such as the timing of monsoon seasons. If they can't provide basic guidance, I question the value of their services. Additionally, I have had previous experiences where I felt overcharged. Consequently, I no longer trust them, as it seems I was viewed merely as a source of revenue.

Rosie was incredibly professional and efficient, ensuring that all their flights were sorted and put on credit for future use when unexpected changes occurred. She and a host call centre aganets also assured us that they would do their best to minimize any additional costs. Highly recommend Rosie and her team for their excellent service and dedication!

Fantastic experience: Would 100% recommend getting your flight, accommodation and packages booked with Brittnee!!! Brittnee was super friendly and thoughtful, providing us with the best advice for our recent trip to Bali. Brittnee recommended ideas such as activities and places to visit throughout our trip, aswell as any travel needs we will need to know for Bali. Anytime we would walk past flight centre, we always got a wave and smile from Brittnee. She made my partner and I feel confident and had no worries in regarding our flights and accommodation. Fantastic experience: We called into flight centre Broadmeadows today, we were greeted by Dora. We had so much to do and poor Dora had a big job to do. But she was fantastic, so patient and nothing was too much trouble. We were with Dora for 3 hours and she was fantastic from beginning to end. Fantastic experience: Our flights were cancelled as we arrived at the airport for my bucks trip 2 hours before our flight. Our new flight was rebooked for 2 days later which meant we would miss the whole trip and activities. Counter service at Melbourne Airport was terrible and could not help us. The amazing Kate at Flight centre managed to fit 13 of us on a flight the same day and transfers to our destination within 15 minutes! If it was not for her our trip would not have gone ahead. Even after hours she checked in and ensured we were taken care of. Without Kate’s customer service, knowledge and swift action this memorable trip would not have been possible. I have booked all my holidays through Kate and can not recommend her highly enough. Will be forever thankful and will continue to book any and all future holidays through Kate. Highly recommend to everyone for any travelling whatsoever! Thanks again!

Negative experience: Poor customer service! Booked flights in May and the Friday before departure at 4.40pm the the manager forgot to notify us more money and paperwork was required for dads oxygen while flying. Quick to blame the airline! Speaking to the airline, apparently they notified flight centre on 5th of September! 6 days ago! Flight were cancelled by the airline and flight centre wanted us to pay the cancellation fee! Really? Why should my parents pay for any cancellation cost when they never cancelled the flight! Still waiting on a full refund, don’t want a credit note! Promised a call today by the manager but still waiting! Then when I called for the third time apparently she left! Asked for her manager number apparently not allowed to hand it out! Great work flight centre! Great way putting your customers health and well-being first! I wouldn’t have taken it this far she actually followed up like she promised! Poor service and quick to blame others!

Negative experience: Normally I don't write review but I am bit frustrated this time. I don't have any negative experience with staff. They deal my case professionally. Long story short. I booked flight with Singapore Airlines via flight centre paying around 2300 AUD each for 3 passenger. I believe I paid bit more hoping I will get better service. It was return ticket. I had to extend my leave as my wife got caught with covid. I call flight centre and explain situation. They advise they cannot change return date as there was no date available, instead advise me to book flight by another Airlines if it is cheaper. I agree and booked with Malindo Airlines which was cheaper. Singapore Airlines agree that they will provide me credit. Now trap is here, I had to use that credit within a year and I cannot use that credit to fly anywhere except where I originally booked. I am not a businessan where I have to travel every now and then. So unfortunately Singapore Airlines neither flight centre can do anything rather than let my credit of three passenger expire which is worth almost 3500 AUD. I booked with flight centre hoping, 1. It will deal with Airlines and provide better service and provide relief where unexpected circumstances arise. 2. What is point of booking via flight centre paying more if they cannot deal with airlines . Cost will be far cheaper if we book flight via third party. 3. I don't have any issue at all with staff. They were very professional. I am ranting here only for what Singapore Airlines rules and protocols are. They set up rules just to trap the passengers

Fantastic experience: Awesome service by Brittnee and the team. Visited recently for a last minute and this was the only Flight Centre in the area that could accommodate a walk-in. Very happy with the booking experience and will definitely use their services again.

Negative experience: Got quote called back to get some changes made and nothing has been received! Went to another flight centre where they discovered that they were overcharging me for my holiday! Started a new quote and saved ourselves close to $1000! Be careful they are probably trying to charge you more to make their sales targets! Know your prices and shop around!

Negative experience: I don't usually write bad reviews but if I could I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Understaffed, we had to be turned away multiple times, and when we're finally seen to after giving all information we get told they'll email us - which they didn't, I called multiple times to no answer and their phones hangs up on you after more than 5 minute waits. I emailed to follow up and got no response. I went in and the staff ignores you and had the audacity to hold a finger at me to wait while she goes to answer the phone, even though I was standing there the whole time for a few minutes while they're on the computer ignoring you. No greeting, no apologies, no asking whoever called to hold while they serve actual customer instore. Their customer service is a horrible joke. I wouldn't even give them our business if they got back to us, and it was a big holiday with several different flights to different countries. Compared to Highpoint which is way busier, they at least greet and acknowledge you and make time for you on the spot. Do not bother with flight centre Broadmeadows!

Negative experience: The worst place I could ever imagine. It’s been a month that I’m trying to contact them regarding a refund but no one is replying to my emails!!! I can’t believe how someone thinks that it’s normal to not refund customers money or at least update them and respond to their customers emails?

Fantastic experience: Although I went to the store without an appointment (I had to wait a little bit understandably as I didn’t have an appointment), Ella helped me out. I can’t thank you enough Ella and the other lady (I think her name is Kate) for your patience and going above and beyond working throughout your lunch break to sort out my e-gift card. Honestly, if it weren’t you, I would not be surprised if I was turned away and told to sort out my e-gift by calling customer service or whoever which would not be easy. You guys are awesome.

Negative experience: Replying to customer emails is absolutely a joke. It simply doesn’t happen. Their excuse is all consultants are busy. You all need to do a time management course. I laugh when you stand by claiming that customer service is your number priority. Sorry is just an excuse and not worth nothing in weight in any type of statement.

Negative experience: I have been waiting for assistance from my agent for weeks, I called same days for many timemes, and the only thing They said is asked for my name and my contact, and that as soon my agent would have time she would calling me back, and the time never came, and all this call I made was for comvice her to send the mail with my intenerary flights updates, tha she supposed to send me 10 days before. Was frustrated and it is not over yet. I dicede to buy the flights there to avoid stress or any complications for my travels, but it became worse then buy online. Tey have a good costumer service before you buy it, but if you need anything after that forget about. My advice is buy online, or avoid Brodmedows flights center at least.

Negative experience: The worst place to book your holiday at broadmeadows flight centre, they are very quick to grab your money if anything goes wrong delays, changes etc goodluck getting through the their phone lines. They dont pick up if they do they will brush you off and say they will call back and never will. I send several emails tried calling i had no response.

Negative experience: The staff very friendly but I have not had any response ..they filled out my Thai pass that is required to go to Thailand took 20 minutes paid 49 dollars..said it take 3 to 5 days day 5 has not been approved yet..I called them the lady that help me was not on ..my friend I am travelling with did it himself 2 days after me and got approved in less than 2 days ..now I am concerned as i am leaving next week ..so not a good out come for me so far..I did notice there are only 2 staff on and they were very busy..I just hope they sent my application

Extremely unprofessional service. They are so quick to take your money to book but once they take your money there is no customer service what so ever. I am disgusted that I had go through so many employees and no one could help me. I even spoke to the manager Sandra she acted so nice then when I need her help she would slack off and not even bother helping me. I had to go in there a number of times and kept getting brushed off. What's worse is when I booked my flight Andrew said we can add luggage later on. After I paid for my tickets he couldn't help so then spoke to Claire and she said yes we can definitely add luggage then the next day she said she can't and I need to call the airlines. Called the airlines and they told me I had to go back to the agency I booked through. Went back to flight Centre and not one person could help me. Now thanks to the staff at flight centre broadmeadows I'm at loss of $10,000. I'm definitely not letting this go like that. Once I'm back I'm sure to let everyone know the lack of prefessonalism they show, plus the lies the staff tell the clients to take their money. I'm abouslety disgusted at how an agency like this could still be possibly running.

Fantastic experience: I travelled to the United States in November (business trip), first time out of the country since March 2020. Travel does look different, and the COVID requirements add complexity but it is not impossible. I would highly recommend Kate and the team in Broadmeadows Flight Centre for their professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness in dealing with issues arising from our new world of travel. Negative experience: Bad rates for Philippine Peso to Australian Dollar. Google rate(which I'm well aware is inaccurate and not what you're going to get, but it's good to reference and base off) would indicate my exchange should have been about $310, but I got about $240. Whatever. I couldn't go anywhere else to exchange it. Staff wasn't unfriendly, but I could tell they didn't like my reaction to the rate they offered.
