Positive experience: Good place to book tours but I had issued with the constant change of my main contact. Never got to meet our guide in person and it felt like I was harassing them for information especially when it came to visas and travel documents. Other than that can't complain. We had a good trip.

Negative experience: Today I sent an online enquiry for a ticket price, Krista Called me and told me she found me a ticket for $2200 and she told me she will send me an email with all details. A few hours after that, no email was received, called Krista and she told me she sent the email, she claimed it was sent to a wrong email address and she will send it again, and the price will be $2900, told her the first quote was $2200, she became rude and told me you must have misheard me, and she will send the email again, and she will not “waste” my time.. no email received at all.. she could have simply apologised. How can a sales rep tell a customer that he misheard something when she was 100% positive she told me $2200 repeatedly in the first call. Happy I did not buy from them, who knows if problems happened how will they support.

Negative experience: I cannot recommend. A waste of 40K. Hoping for a trip of a lifetime for the two of us and loved where we selected but most of the hotels were cheap. I am hoping pics of just one come through… large stains on carpets, doorjambs missing chunks of wood. The mini bus had dirty windows and the driver did not stop for people to take pictures, or clean the windows so we could take pics as we raced along. By the second day on the road we revolted and he still was not a guide, but we had clean windows.

Negative experience: I had a really bad experience with this company that lead to them admitting they didn't deliver the service they normally would provide and refunded me. I made many attempts over the months, asking for more help, to be taken more seriously, to talk to other agents and they only began to take me seriously when I left a 1 star review with no comment on it. The next day for first time in months they actually called me and asked me why I left the review. I told them about how bad my experience was (2 months till take off no hotel or activities booked but of course they took me seriously when it came to booking flights and taking my deposit) and wasn't taken seriously. Only once I called again and was ready to escalate it did they take me seriously and refund me. After refunding me they asked me to take my 1 star with no comment review down. Because of my experience I don't trust the reviews for this company. I have received much better service at Flight Centre. There are so many other things I would write that made the service bad if I could fit it into this comment.

Negative experience: Do not bother. How they got such a high overall rating is quite beyond me. Perhaps I don't live up to their expectations of clientele standards ? I walked in and was told I could not be seen without an appointment. Ok. Fair enough. I left details for them to get back to me. Still nothing. A week and a half later I phoned. Different consultant. I let it be known ( not rudely ) that I was unhappy with the indifferent service. I was promised that there would be emails " within a day or two " to get the ball rolling. Over a week later, nothing. Nada. I was enthusiastic about the planning of my first and probably only European and partly world trip. They are ruining that for me. Don't deal with them, plush looking West End office aside. Would give them ZERO stars if I could.
