Negative experience: It says the shop closes at 5pm. I arrived at 4:15pm to ask a simple question & the gate was half closed & they told me they’ve closed the shop already.

Negative experience: Very rude customer service. I called Wetherill Park flight centre to ask for information but the lady over the phone was very rude. I spoke politly and said "thank you" at the end eventhough she did not provide the right information, but she just hung up. I am really disappointed.

Negative experience: I went today to buy a flight, and I felt bad asking about the tickets. I know English isn’t my first language, but it was a simple question about the dates and destination. However, I felt judged for my English, and it seemed like the agent thought I couldn’t afford the tickets. Even though I mentioned that I had seen cheaper prices, she refused to help me. Honestly, if you don’t speak perfect English and aren’t dressed in fancy clothes, don’t waste your time or make yourself feel like a fool by going there. It was awful. I purchased flight there about a month ago and spoke to Anthony he was fantastic,helpful and amazing I left feeling happy so not all the staff is rude and arrogant just the one women I spoke to.

Negative experience: An unpleasant experience. Went to flight centre excited, to plan a holiday and left feeling crushed. The Agent who we delt with treated us with nothing but attitude, judgement, and disrespect. Im not sure if this is just her or how they regularly operate but thats not right.

Negative experience: Absolutely Terrible Experience I recently visited Flight Centre Wetherill Park and was incredibly disappointed with the service I received. The agent was incredibly rude and condescending, assuming that I couldn't afford the trip based on its cost. She offered no alternative suggestions or advice, simply dismissing my inquiries. The agent's constant repetition of how expensive the trip would be was both offensive and unhelpful. I felt like I was being judged and dismissed based on my financial situation. I will definitely not be returning to Flight Centre in the future and would highly recommend avoiding this location.

Fantastic experience: Had to miss a flight due to a infection, but thanks to Vera i was able to rebook the flight. Excellent help at such a short notice and was able to fly out on the next day.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to give a massive thankyou to Bianca she was so helpful with our honeymoon that had to be delayed due to my grandmother passing a day before we needed to fly out. The team were very swift at cancelling flights to avoid fees which made the experience less stressful for my husband and I during this difficult time. We had then attended Wetherill park to see Bianca again to help us rebook tickets for our honeymoon and she was exceptional her advice work ethics are truly an asset to the team. Fantastic experience: I have two wonderful colleagues who assisted me for my holiday to have a wonderful time. April 22: Vera was the one who assisted with my flight and accommodations to have great values on my 9 days in Queenstown, New Zealand. Also, confirming the date, time, hotel booking, and flight airline with great customer service. Negative experience: disgusting customer service, arrogant staff, unhelpful, was told that going into the store will cost you more than using their website, they tried to charge me $500 more for the exact same thing as i found on their web page, on top of that they scam you with the captains package and tell you is an admin fee. we will never go back to flight center again, we had been customers of the liverpool store for close to 10 years and they were helpful and honest, it seems as though flight centre is now ripping off customers to gain back the profit they lost during covid. Stay away from wetherill park store........ at all costs

Negative experience: Unfortunately I am unable to give Flight Centre Wetherill Park a positive review. I felt that once they had my deposit any customer service stopped. Neither Wetherill Park branch or Flight Centre head office pick up phone calls, ever, making you stay in a loop for 5 minutes or more only to hang up and tell you to call back. No voicemail possible. Had my friends not told me they had received their luggage tags and tickets I would never have known I needed them or obtained them for my journey had I not chased them up just before trip started. In store Customer Service I felt were quite rude generally. Inability to access my flights to manage them personally was incredibly annoying. I don’t normally use a travel agent and will definitely not use Flight Centre again.

Negative experience: Today I tried to book my flight through Flight Centre online but because the Commbank Rewards Points Redeem was down and not working and the phone lines were not being answered (mind you I called over a dozen times trying all different options). I opted for a Flight Centre gift card only to realise it was only for IN-STORE use. I drove myself to the Flight Centre Store in Wetherill Park Stocklands where it was quite busy. with every agent with a customer. As an agent became available to help me I started to explain that I wanted to book my ticket online but due to so and so issues I'm now here with a $500 gift-card to book In-store because online was down. The travel agent's name was Anthony Tuy. Before he started he had informed me that there will be a booking fee of $50 per booking to book in-store. I asked if there were any other options as I don't want to pay a booking fee. I would like to book myself online but I have a gift card that can only be used in-store. He said nothing he can do as now traveling is so busy they never used to charge booking fee but now they do in-store "that's how we get paid" he added. Left with no options I had to book due to i still have a $500 gift card that I can't change back to rewards point so I'm stuck with. I asked him if I use it to book hotels/accommodation will I still be charged a booking fee? He said yes. As he was organising the payment he had said to me "I've upgraded you to our 'Captain's Value Package' so that will make up for the $50 booking fee you had to pay". After payment. As I was driving home I felt very annoyed. So I called Flight Centre Customer relations and spoke to a representative. She said that there shouldn't be any booking fee. What I had paid for was the 'Captain's Value Package' which i never asked for and so i tried to explain that no he said booking fee as I didn't ask for any package. She then informed me that this was a non mandatory thing and that it can be refunded. She asked the branch to organise a refund. I called the branch back. (Lucky someone finally answered) A woman named Maria (apparently is the Manager there). I explained what had happened. I got no apology only... "I don't know what you want me to say" "Anthony wasn't doing anything wrong" "Everything he did was correct" She started with.. the Captain's Value Package wasn't mandatory but head-office recommends them to push it.. to its mandatory and if customer relations ask us to refund then we will. All I can say is I feel bad for all those customers today that couldn't or didn't know how to book online. Came in-store and trusted these people to help them but only to have the FLIGHT CENTRE STAFF smack then with a "booking fee" and "here have a complimentary upgrade to Captain's Value Package" (THAT THEY EVER ASKED FOR). What these sales agents are doing is taking advantage of vulnerable customers during this peek post covid travel time. It's unethical, dishonest and disgusting behaviour.

Negative experience: I was told last fri my tickets would be printed out sat and to come back, didn't due to other stuff, went Monday and girl said to me " you aren't travelling till Nov, you don't need tickets now, come back in 30 mins if you want", I didn't as her attitude put me off.

Fantastic experience: I have used the Flight Centre on several occasions in the last three months, including booking flights to Tokyo which had proved problematic on the internet. Mariam Alyas was very helpful and dealt with my needs promptly, efficiently and with humour. I can highly recommend her.

Negative experience: Staff were very rude, i called up twice to book an appointment but got no response, so went in to go face to face, waited 30 minutes only for a staff member (who wouldn't disclose their name) to only tell me that i had to book an appointment and that she hadnt had lunch yet and couldnt help me. Absolutely appalling to be treated like that, instead of trying to book at a later time that day or another day in general, i just got told i couldn't help sorry, "Go online and have a look for trips".

Negative experience: UNKNOWLEDGABLE. UNCARING. INCOMPETENT. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!! I've always used Flight Centre at Stocklands when booking my holidays and they have lost my as a customer. I have Virgin Australia credits due to the whole covid cancellations back in 2020...they treated me like a pariah. It felt awkward and uncomfortable, I could sense that they didn't want to help me. I had everything printed out, with all the info and I was being asked questions and the info was already in front of them. They made me feel like they had no time for me and told me I had to make an appointment. I was willing to wait, but after I got palmed off to a man that I was told had more experience, I could sense by his constant checking of his watch, he was not interested in helping me with my query. I got the hint and left. It's obvious to me that these staff members need urgent retraining!

Negative experience: Why does this specific flight centre take forever to answer the phone? Literally no other flight centre takes more than 30 seconds, but you'll be on hold for over 10 minutes with this place.

Negative experience: The staff were very rude and reluctant to assist with a full refund owing for three months already. They give you misinformation when planning your holiday and cancel it days before you’re due to depart. This business is a total let down.

Fantastic experience: Clair and Anthony are the best travel agents! Unfortunately, one of staff there (I'm not going to mention a name) was very rude . I read some other negative reviews about that person. Customer service training for such staff would benefit the store in order to keep loyal customers

Fantastic experience: I spoke to someone that had recently returned. She was so knowledgeable. We didn't have an appointment and she took us in. They are quite busy so make sure you make an appointment.

Not sure what her name was but she was a brunette lady. If I could I would give her and this service 0 stars. She made us feel like we were a burden to her.
