Fantastic experience: Hi I have been very impressed with the service my companion & I received from Kerrie at Cranbourne flight centre .She assisted us with booking our flights and cruise .When we initially booked we had no health issues but then my companion had to have surgery only months before our trip .I asked Kerrie for assistance with having assisted travel for mobility needs and she promptly and efficiently arranged all that was required .We would recommend her and are grateful for her excellent service .

Fantastic experience: Have booked numerous holidays over the years. Have seen Sandra Smith for a few trips now, Last year we booked the river cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest with extra time at the start and finish, this year it’s Morocco, Spain, Portugal & Doha. Again Sandra has been excellent to deal with.

Negative experience: Travel money Oz card is useless and the money never reached my card account and since I made a dispute with my Australian bank to get my money back I am now banned from using flight centre. I would never use flight centre services again anyway. Very disappointing experience. I bought the card at this branch

Negative experience: I spoke to Kerry over the phone she was great. When I went at 9am to pick up my ticket Sanra said our printer isn't working, there is nothing in the system could I come back as she had someone else coming in I explained I just wanted to pick them up. Eventually after much to do I got my ticket it was $300 more than I was told. When I asked why Sandra said it's the day your flying,the date was always the same so who knows. I've never had a good experience with Cranbourne flight centre. Sandra is very abrupt condescending and rude. Ho to another flight centre.

Fantastic experience: Ben is the best!! He helped me and my mum book and plan a complicated multi-city trip in our budget, even helping us with the trains to go between each city and making sure we were sat together. We even made a last minute request for specific in-flight meals as we had forgotten to mention them earlier, thinking it was too late and we would just have to deal. However Ben sorted this for us and we got our veggie meals on every plane! Ben we can’t thank you enough, you went above and beyond for us and we are so appreciative :) - Rima and Sou

Fantastic experience: I made a booking with Steven to buy plane tickets and book a hotel stay in a stopover city. Thanks to Steven I had a wonderful experience as he found several options and helped us choose the the best one. He took his time to book great hotel, book specific seats on a plane and thanks to his forward thinking our trip is well planned and the journey to Europe will be very enjoyable and overall it was quite affordable! Negative experience: Booked holiday months ago, specified special circumstances. Everything was great until we got to the resort. The resort is fully booked and cannot accommodate our needs. Flight centre agent did not include any of our requests in correspondence with resort. Will book it ourselves next time.

Negative experience: Last Sunday I went to fight centre Cranbourne.Around 1.50pm, they said come after 45 minutes,they have lunch break.So I went 2.45pm again.Sitting on middle lady called me.I said I need to book cruise,she ask full name then she said to me your name is too long can't do booking today come tomorrow.I need to confirm P &O. I went cruise last year same place I booked and same full name I gave.Can you check the system. She said nothing in the system. She said can't do booking today that's it. Say very rude way. I'm very disappointed they're service.Her service is very bad. Fight centre lose lot of customers while she work in future too. Then next day we went fountain gate fight centre gave same name didn't ask anything and straight away book the cruise. Don't go Cranbourne fight centre go to fountain gate fight centre.The staff is very kind and respectful to the customer.

Negative experience: Went into flight centre to plan our trip. Ignored us waiting for 40 minutes while letting others without a booking go before we did. Lady who served us did not put any effort into helping us. Will be finding another travel agent.

Negative experience: All the staff were busy when we arrived so we waited patiently for about 15mins. While waiting a male staff member had politely told us that it wouldnt be long. Then a female one was free to approach us but then she was stopped by another person who suddenly popped in and she decided to help that person to check their stuff first. The female staff then came back to us as nothing had happened, without explanation or apology for letting others jump the queue. Today's experience told us that whenever you came to this Flight Centre branch, just dont wait patiently there. Instead, you should grab anyone you can see and act more aggressively, then you can get timely services. Ultimately, we decided to book our cruise trip via the cruise company website. More choices of rooms, same price and more importantly, save us lots of time from waiting and dealing with all the impolite people and unprofessional staff.

Our teams do take appointment bookings, and do need to prioritize these appointments for customers who have requested these, so it sounds like this is what has occurred in this instance.

Fantastic experience: Steven Jackson from Flight centre cranbourne has been so professional. He has assisted me with my travel insurance claim after 11 months of wait with "cover more" no outcome Steven took over the case and within few weeks the issue was resolved as he promised. Highly recommend him if your travelling or planning to travel one of the best travel agents in town.

Fantastic experience: I went with Steven at flight centre Cranbourne to book a holiday to Mauritius and even after booking everything he has been super helpful and always happy to assist. During the booking process he broke everything down for me and made sure I understood everything, answering all the questions I had, found the best prices for me and actually seemed happy to help. It was great to have a conversation with him and his optimistic character has really stuck with me! Overrall super happy with everything and definitely recommend Steven. :)

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of Steven at Flight Centre Cranbourne. He has taken his time to understand what we wanted for our family trip, he has spent endless hours working with us to make our dream family holiday come true. There was a lot of back and forth (on our end, due to quotes and re-quotes) but Steven was absolutely amazing and not once made us feel like we were a bother! I highly recommend Flight Centre Cranbourne and their staff. I have dealt with Kirsten previously who is also amazing and also dealt with Kate. They are all superstars! We will definately go through them again for our next holiday.

Negative experience: Had I not been on top of it I would have not known my flight was canceled or so I was told ….. ended up not being so … there was a mix up with my ticketing… 48 hours before 30 hours of flights! Returned as am booking for Vietnam … am told to rebook with the same travel agent by Kate … I say no thank you…. In the rudest of tones she says to me “ THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT”…. I’ve now been waiting 3 weeks for booking detail…..I’m done!!!!

Negative experience: I booked a trip last year and when I got to Coolangatt I was told there was no car. Flight Centre had not booked it. There was no car because of the pandemic and floors. I was told to come in and they would refund me. I know it has been a while but because you should book, I have had trouble getting into Cranbourne. When I spoke to them on Friday, they said no refund. We were a no show. Let me tell you. We went to the car hire counter twice! Let's see how we go taking to head office.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with Flight Centre Cranbourne - would not recommend. Staff would take days to respond to emails, wrong names on flight bookings, duplicating people on our flights and to top it off, the wrong travel days for our Ferry from Santorini to Naxos. We sent multiple emails to 2 different staff at FC Cranbourne to fix the ferry dates and did not get a response - to date, we have not got a response. We ended up having to call the ferry company in Santorini and travel 40 minutes to get this rectified. NOT HAPPY.

Negative experience: My rep was excellent! 5stars for her. Getting through the phone that morning didn't happen after 6 tries and being hung up on 6 times, one would think flight centre could do a better job supporting their teams with more phone operators. How they expect the teams around Australia to book in, assist, guide consumers with the correct travel information and answer calls in this day and age is ridiculous.
Fantastic experience: Worked with Sandra, and she was extremely helpful and guided us through the ticketing process. We ended up booking the tickets we wanted at an affordable price. She was really motivated in helping us and determined to get us our tickets. Thank you so much for helping us once again. Really appreciate it.
Negative experience: Absolutely pathetic customer service. We had an appointment booked at 10.00 am for a 3.00pm appointment with Kim at Flight centre Cranbourne. Got to our appointment at 2.55pm and waited for half an hour and no representative approached us. Franchise owners need to do a better job handling their staff. When we approached the staff at 3.20 pm of when we will be seen and she said she had no idea we were waiting and she didn’t know she had a 3pm appointment which is utter nonsense. We got no apology and no ETA of when we will be seen. She just continued to chat with her current client and ignored us. The worst customer service experience.

Negative experience: I would recommend the Cranbourne branch. The lady that spoke to us was not at all helpful or friendly. Gave us an appointment and because we were 5 minutes late did not want to take us because sha had another appointment. So not sure how that works. All in all felt like it was a bother for her to discuss our plan.
Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting service, I was made to feel embarrassed. I have not had a decent holiday in over 20 years, I’m now 40, I was excited to finally book a holiday, when trying to discuss what I wanted from my holiday I was handed a book and was told here it has a QR CODE, what do I do with that? Then was told everything I need to know was on the website. I wanted to book it and ask questions, we where not even sitting at the desk, I was made to feel like an idiot and felt very unwelcome which made me leave, so I guess my holiday is now postponed. This is the Cranbourne store

Negative experience: Pay for accommodation in full the place is not acceptable and had to pay for accommodation elsewhere so all activity lost wait 7 days still waiting on refund more than lickley we the customer get screwed out of 1700 dollars this review will be removed once funds go back into our account

As with every business communication is paramount, except if you're flight centre cranbourne Standing in the doorway I could see the agents were busy, so I waited standing patiently until a male member of the staff kindly asked if he could help me. "I wanted to see one of the agents" sure enough he asked me to take a seat until an agent was ready...finally one of the agents approached and asked if I had an appointment...huh? since when? nope, I had not. so I left... there weren't any signs to show you needed an appointment + I was told to wait for an agent —which one is it? appalling service and lack of communication and because of this you only get 2 stars

Negative experience: Horrible service ,lazy, arrogant. They couldn't care less. Quite diassappointed we were told to come back tom if we wanted service should close their business. Other flight centres we been to have been so nice, nothing was too much really helped us with our travels.

Negative experience: I tried to contact someone to talk... always linebis busy and mailbox full. After sevaral attempts one lady answer the phone and said we are busy i will call you tomorrow, even before i say anything. Worst service. Nomore flight center.

Fantastic experience: Great service. Everyone is so helpful. Have had a few issues with unaccompanied minor documents, flight changes and an annoyed ex to deal with and the flight centre staff have sorted it all. Very happy customer.

They don't give any handy information you don't know already, they don't book your flight to the correct airport and they fail to give you key information about your trip. Definitely do not recommend.
