I was lucky enough to have Grace Myers as my Flight Centre agent. When the number of travellers changed and we needed to alter dates, Grace met every challenge with friendliness and professionalism. She made calls to confirm details and offered suggestions as to most effective cost way for our trip to be managed. Fantastic experience: From the moment we walked in the door Toby acknowledged my daughter and I, as we were sitting the level of energy and enthusiasm Toby displayed just made the experience. As we talked through our holiday plans Toby provided ongoing advice and helped make some decisions that would be within our budget, make our trip easier and give us an over all better holiday. Once going home, my daughter and I realised we needed to change one of the accommodations on our trip, again we set our budget and gave the ideas we had in mind and here again Toby came back to us promptly and advised while he couldn't give what was in our exact criteria he had completed some research and had some alternatives for us to consider which we greatly appreciated and took up one of his options. I honestly cannot thank Toby enough, Toby, has been fantastic in his communication and quick with updates and responses. Toby is very enthusiastic, friendly and has incredible advice and knowledge which has taken out all the stress and just left us with excitement for our trip. If you want to book a holiday and plan to use a travel agent, be sure you can book with Toby and be confident you are going to have an amazing experience. On a final note I will say, my daughter and I did not mention we had planned to go to 3 travel agents to get the best option and price available, given the experience Toby provided after walking out the door and discussing I found my daughter and I were on the same page and threw the idea of other agents out the door. Negative experience: Never Again..don’t Trust these Guys!!!..They will give you over the top prices..it’s better to book it yourself..and make sure when you do cancel with them you havent applied the Hum90(credit card)cse they will take their payment and then cancel it later..then your stuck with paying the first charge with out even knowing!!!!!!..The Agent that looked after Me was Adela..I Hope the Karma will get what you deserve!!!!!

Fantastic experience: We recently booked our tickets to Mexico with Adela who has been very accommodating with my complex itinerary of booking flights for 5 with 2 returning early and an internal flight in Mexico for 7 (2 meeting us from America) spltting payment with my mum who is in America not to mention we still need to book rental car and hotel. We had a bit of bad luck with a cancellation from the airlines affecting the 2 that are to return early because their tickets hadn't gone through which means we had to rebook luckily not too much more in rate and she matched the other tickets to the 2 new tickets. Thank you Adela and the rest of your team at Revesby for working diligently overtime to get it sorted it out. I don't think I would have been able to manage on my own.

Negative experience: Delt with them before and pre COVID they were okay, depends on who you got. Now though they don't even bother replying, I asked to look for travel and accommodation and was told I'd be emailed in a day buts it's been over 3 now with no word.

Negative experience: Bitterly disappointed with the very poor service provided by Flight Centre Revesby. I have tried to ring them and get told to send an email after hanging on for about 15 minutes. Sent an email 2 days ago and no response. Not good enough!!!! personally I wouldn't give them any stars!

I have seen your response to my review and also to many others which appears to be stock standard. What you are suggesting is to make two visits to your shop on to make the appt and one for the consultation. Perhaps you could dedicate one person to handle the phoones totot

Negative experience: Your phone line 8797 8555 or 1300 never works. I phoned a few times, waiting on the line until it cut-off. Very bad service there. You will loose clients unless you improve e your service.

Your hours are 9-5.30 I want to book a simple flight to Melbourne which I had the flight number everything from the website and no sorry you need an appointment You are all standing there no queues out the door at all. You would think after covid and having no work you might take whatever you can. Also why can’t you use a gift voucher online. That’s why I had to go to a branch never again useless

Negative experience: Have sent many emails to Amy regarding our booking. Still awaiting a response. I have called, no one answers the phone. Then call advise to make an appointment and hangs up. There is no other way than to walk I to the store an make an appointment, but then you have to wait 45-60 mins to make an appointment. NOT happy.. terrible service after they take your money

Do not answer phones to take appointments, do not acknowledge you when you walk in and then decide to tell you that they can’t see you after you’ve waited for 45 minutes but they see the person waiting before you? And even allow the person who was after you (who didn’t have an appointment to wait?) Perhaps they pick and choose who they want to see depending on race and skin colour?! Would not recommend

Negative experience: Katie provided a quote with amounts due and payment methods listed. I followed instructions as per quote and made the payment only to be told the price has gone up because they don't accept BPAY, even though it is listed on the quote as a payment option. Now I want to cancel the booking and they will not respond to my calls or emails. The complaints line actually hung up on me when I tried to contact them. Given the travel industry suffered so much in the last 2 years, you would think they are interested in providing outstanding customer service but definitely not the case with Flight Centre Revesby. I guarantee I will be escalating this issue via relevant media outlets! this is beyond poor customer service

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH FLIGHT CENTRE! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY AND THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! New Update: Katie our flight rep booked us on the wrong island instead of Mykonos. And now they’re only offering accomodations way far off from Mykonos because for the original accomodation we didn’t pay a lot and the only accomodations available are the expensive ones. Well of course the only ones left available are expensive. It’s a popular island and this fix up is last minute. And quite frankly, how much money flight centre have to spend is not my problem.they don’t care about us so why should we care about them. This holiday has been anything but relaxing. They won’t find ways to help us out and this wouldn’t be a problem if Katie did her job in the first place. Currently in Amsterdam, our flight agent rep Katie, has not given our tickets to Paris. If we had not called we would’ve never known that our train ride wasn’t actually booked. She told us it was confirmed and we paid for it. They’re telling us we won’t get a refund on our original tickets and to buy our own tickets to get to Paris. Emergency line doesn’t provide us help. We are basically losing time and money. Poor communication, poor management, not worth it.

Negative experience: Do not book with them my sons currently in the maldives for his honeymoon and he booked for two meals per day and paid for it here now they are saying his only entitled to 1 meal been in touch with bree on several occasions and still not sorted and his paying an extra $150 for that second meal very disappointed will be taking this further
