Fantastic experience: Clean and good location !!

Negative experience: BUGS INN - This place does nothing to do with Bunk inn Gold Coast. It is a place for farm workers, so the place is plagued of bedbugs and scabies, at least Room 3 and couch. They don't bite everybody and not everybody has reaction so....if you have this place is not for you. You can see very tiny ones walking around at night and some cadavers next to the mattress (which means they dont use hoovers). The main problem is the lack of options in Bundaberg The passive aggressive reply just confirm my review. This was informed a few weeks ago and the reply was the same. They don’t like be exposed, the whole hostel should close for pest control.

Fantastic experience: Who ever she is. The one who bring green bucket and mop today. You just right. Kinda gorgeous and hot at the same time with that sportwear

Negative experience: Service sucht man in diesem Hostel vergeblich! Wir wollten abends einchecken jedoch war kein Personal anwesend. Stattdessen wurden wir von betrunkenen Gästen „begrüßt“. Die Eingangstür war während des gesamten Aufenthaltes offen, sodass jeder freien Zutritt zum Hostel hatte. Auch gab es keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer abzuschließen! Es roch komisch, die Betten waren ungemütlich, die Bäder und Küche jedoch sauber. Außerdem war eines unserer Betten bereits belegt… Beim Auschecken wurde uns unterstellt, dass wir nicht gezählt hätten, es wurde gedroht die Polizei zu rufen und obwohl wir einen Nachweis über die Zahlung hatten wurde uns nicht zugehört und wir wurden stattdessen fotografiert… Am besten die Finger hiervon lassen…

Negative experience: If I could leave no stars I would - genuinly the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. Where to begin. It was dirty, with inappropriate graffiti everywhere (Jeffery Dahmer written on the walls etc.). You would expect the staff (who were no where to be seen!) to maintain the walls or deter people from graffitiing. There were people sleeping in our assigned beds. It smelt stale. The doors were never locked. A homeless person wandered into the hostel. It felt so unsafe. If you are a solo traveler, a girl or at the start of your travels, do not stay here. The money savings is not worth it. During our stay, we didn’t see a single staff member.

Positive experience: This hostel is quite an interesting one to review. We had no real qualms with the room or condition of the hostel. It has all the amenities you would hope for despite only being the size of a large house. As such kitchen is a little small and would really be a struggle if a few people are cooking and only one toilet is a bit difficult sometimes. My main issue is the self service check-in and lack of staff around. We really only interacted with one cleaner in our 2 day long stay. We had to figure out the check in via their app and find our room ourselves which was a little odd. I can only imagine the grief you’d have to go to if there was an issue at the hostel. All this to say we had no issue but it’s worth baring in mind if you are considering a stay.

Negative experience: I'm highly sensitive to bug bites and I was left with red marks as well. Stayed in a big dormitory. Changed the bed to another one but still got more bites. That sucked. But otherwise lovely place to stay, very clean. But outdoor was open all night and didn't feel very safe. Some long-term old guys in the hostel.

Negative experience: I recently stayed there at the bunk inn and and left with red marks all over my body indicating that there is bed bugs in the mattress and the manager didn't even care so I wouldn't stay there unless U want to get bitten every night when you sleep

Fantastic experience: Very accommodating & very nice people. Great housekeeping even fixed the toilet when it wasn’t flushing. Very close to shopping centre & the centre of town. Showers are clean, hot water or cold if your like Kramer from Seinfeld. Fridge, washing machines even a dryer & affordable even for someone like me who was & is still struggling to make ends meet. Love the wooden table’s. Thank you

Positive experience: A basic setup. For the price you don't expect much. But the location is great. The facilities and rooms were clean (and air conditioned).

Positive experience: The location was perfect—right next to a service station and a large shopping center. I could easily walk there, which was very convenient. However, the room conditions seemed inconsistent. My space didn’t have a shelf, but other rooms did. I liked the shower room—it looked quite new compared to the bedrooms. I also appreciated having the large common area to myself, which was a nice bonus. What disappointed me, though, was the check-out process. The website stated that check-out time was 11 a.m., so I made my plans accordingly. However, the staff started cleaning at 10 a.m., which made it hard for me to enjoy my brunch comfortably. I felt like I was in the way of her work and ended up leaving in a hurry. While the staff member was kind and tried to be accommodating, I would recommend either updating the website to reflect an earlier check-out time or starting the cleaning after 11 a.m.

Positive experience: The bed is very uncomfortable; you can feel the metal frame against your body when lying down. There’s a strange smell, like perfume trying to cover up another odor. The layout of everything is very odd. The location is okay, and I didn’t get bitten by bedbugs.

Positive experience: Clean kitchen and toilets. Easy self check-in. Well equipped kitchen. Fast internet.

Fantastic experience: THE BEST Hostel in the whole Bundaberg in my opinion! I found the whole hostel very cared and looked after and clean! Beds are super comfy and kitchen is really amazing and has literally all you need! I had such a great time in this hostel for two weeks while I was working with my external job in order to get my 88 days done. Not only the hostel and position of it per sé are amazing for living temporarily in town or just for a quick visiting but also the people and whole social environment in the hostel are literally all you need to make yourself feel like at home and in a proper and REAL hostel where you get to meet lots of fun and interesting people and also Daisy the hostel staff is such a sweetheart and friendly person! Totally recommend to everyone to be a guest of this hostel!

Negative experience: Upon arrival at 6 pm, the lack of check-in staff left me feeling stranded and confused. A fellow guest had to show me to my room, where I was left without any instructions. Later that night, I was locked out because no one had provided me with the door code. Despite finding it in my email I was still frustrated with the lack of instructions and check in service. The hygiene situation was appalling; the toilet room was infested with ants, cockroaches, and spiders throughout my two-week stay. Hand soap was nowhere to be found, forcing me to resort to dish soap from the kitchen. The kitchen itself was filthy, with shelves covered in what looked like algae, and the showers had clumps of hair and gum that never seemed to be cleaned up during my 2 week stay. The online pictures were misleading, depicting a much nicer accommodation than what I encountered. The beds were uncomfortable, and the promised shuttle service was nowhere to be seen. Despite this, the cleaning lady was friendly, but even her efforts couldn't salvage the dismal state of the place. In short, unless you're desperate for a place to stay in Bundaberg, I would keep this as a last resort.

Positive experience: Cozy room and I had a great nights sleep that was much appreciated. The service though was non existent, I emailed and texted regarding the shuttle but never got a reply, then when I arrived after hours and found that the code for the door did not work (made sure I was entering it correctly) I called but got no response. Had to get helped in by another guest. Please work on your communication, Thank for a nice stay.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time or money.

Positive experience: I found the experience at this hostel to be more or less ok. It felt reasonably clean, however the beds were not comfortable and the building felt a bit run down. The common areas were good and kitchen areas were well set up. I did find the passive aggressive notes everywhere a bit much though. The check-in process needs to be reviewed also - was interesting to see how many other people found the check-in process unhelpful on Google Reviews. Not a bad place to stay if you are in Bundaberg for a couple of days.

Fantastic experience: Definitely the best Hostel in bundaberg! Had such a blast staying at this hostel for my 88 days. Rooms were clean and modern, people were amazing and the manager was super helpful. Definitely recommend

Positive experience: Was a lovely stay. Nice friendly environment, awesome common area and friendly staff. Bed was not that comfortable though. Otherwise, good stay.

Fantastic experience: I am acurrently staying and I thought most important I write this now as time gets away and we quickly forget. Daisy the host is absolutely consumate in every respect, kind caring and hands on, makes you feel your at from the moment you arrive. I have travelled and endured many Hostels unquestionally this is the best I have experenced. The atmosphere here is nothing short of being sensational being serene very clean and well serviced with a very safe and secure inviroment to give an example of what i'm saying me, leaving my laptop on the main table which is an unsustainable thought right!. Location handy to all amenties a short stroll to the Burnett River. I cannot recommend highly enough and thankyou for a fantastic stay..

Negative experience: Such a shame this hostel turned out to be the worse place I’ve ever stayed. First of all I have around 50 bites from bed bugs, waking up to blood on the sheets is terrible. The beds are so uncomfortable and I just felt dirty the whole time. NO SECURITY, no locks for the bedroom or main entrance door, anyone can walk in. Second of all we extended our stay to be told they booked off the beds for us. I was left without a bed for two nights because they can’t communicate with each other. Woke up to someone else being in my bed because they told them to just move my stuff. Management is shocking and just doesn’t care about the hostel at all. Thirdly, I got kicked out for supposedly badmouthing the hostel. So left me with nowhere to stay, management ignored all my calls and wouldn’t explain why I had been kicked out. I had done or said nothing wrong. I have respected this hostel and would never of been rude or disrespectful. Kitchen is always dirty, fridge is vile and the bathrooms are always dirty. Please avoid at all costs.

Negative experience: I decided to leave...The place looked very run down. I drove by the house 3 times because i did not realise it was a Hostel. The common outside area looked like a dumping place (old mattress, old washer, loads of clothes etc.). the fresh linen was stored on the pool table. The whole place just looked filthy and weird. The door to my dorm had no lock. The main door was unlocked as well, so literally anyone could've walked in. I don't even think there was staff present (I arrived at 3pm). Im a female solo traveler and felt so unsafe I decided to leave. Thank god I arrived early so there was enough time to book a different accommodation.

Negative experience: Hostel itself is okay, common areas quite clean and spacious and the dorm was good as well. Curtains at the beds give a lot of privacy. However, I felt very unsafe. Arrived late by bus and there was not a single door locked, from the street the building looks kind of abandoned. Had a weird feeling walking in there alone at night. I got instructions of how to get in my dorm, but the dorm mentioned didn’t exist so I still don’t know if I slept in the correct one. Not a great first impression, especially when arriving late and tired. When arriving and also when leaving early in the morning someone was sitting in front of the front door (maybe a hostel guest but also gave me a bad feeling). All in all could be a nice place but they should do something to make their guests feel more secure! Right now, can’t recommend (at least for female solo travelers)!

Negative experience: WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT STAY HERE. zero service. No idea who worked here. Place was filthy. Dog bones everywhere was a nice touch. Holes in walls. Glass smashed. Bunk curtains don't go across, so kinda pointless, and the bunk section is not a professional job. I walked in and thru to the back where my room was. Looked around and left. Emailed for a refund. No response. Honestly, worst kept backpackers I have ever seen. Did not feel safe to stay here. Avoid at all costs. Only gave it one star because I had to to post the review. I give it Zero. If you need somewhere cheap - spend the same money and head 20 mins down the road to Elliot Beach Campground, and camp across the road from the beach awesome park, clean great amenities and wonderful staff. How it should be. Even for $35.

Negative experience: This hostel has has an incredible potential the place is modern and the concept of the 12 rooms is so cool But they are nobody at the reception It is so dirty And When I arrive I see a group of guys who smock some Crack in the hostel No please didn’t going to this hostel. Negative experience: I received no information on how to check in before my stay and I was forced to sleep rough in Bundaberg. Bunk Inn have since refused me a refund for the night I spent on the street. Terrible hostel, terrible management. Avoid the Bunk Inn.

Negative experience: I have never encountered anything like the Bunk Inn in all my travels. When you arrive at the hostel, there is no one at the reception, there is a self-check-in. After filling out everything and verifying everything I waited 1 hour in vain for my code and room number. A man who felt moderately responsible could not help me either. I couldn't reach anyone either by phone or by message. The hostel looks run down. After reading similar miserable reviews I understood the worries and I felt so uncomfortable in this dingy place. I ended up sleeping in my car because no access code for my room ever came. Customer service could not be worse.

Negative experience: Ineffective communication. Unable to travel due to this massive flood in QLD, and was hoping to reschedule. Tried to call the phone number listed many times with no answer. No answer on Facebook/whatsapp. The only reply I got was through their online message system which everyone hates. Basically the message system says "we might not reply but when we do you will get an email notification". And when they do reply the hostel person says "you need to let us know NOW or you lose all your money". Asked them to call me and they said "what do you not understand?" So much for customer service Ended up losing most of our money but after reading the review we are happy we never stayed there.

Fantastic experience: Super cool place to spend your time in Bundaberg. nice people, nice comfy beds , free wifi and laundry.. can’t ask for much more

Negative experience: Just one word : horrible First it's a self check in, not even someone to explain you the rules or where you are or anything. Don't ask around for staff because there is none here. Bed ( if you can call it like that ) dreadful, I couldn't even sleep on in because the springs were just coming out of it. But as if it was the only reason : Party until 5am with music loud and people yelling just next to the room. And finally, ( the best for the end ) after 2 hours sleeping, me and my friend woke up with bed bugs bites ( proof with picture of course ). I would rather sleep in the street or in my car than sleep here again even if they give me money

Negative experience: We arrived to Bunk inn hostel to find a very unclean, untidy and insecure property, very similar to other recent reviews that we wished we had seen earlier. We have stayed at several hostels in the past and are used to a bit of mess, but the state of this hostel was quite appalling. There was rubbish and clothes scattered around, as well as dust and dirt on most surfaces. There was also a hole in the bathroom door (obviously, that makes two young women uncomfortable). We also noticed a bug crawl out of the couch that was not dissimilar to a scabie. We have spent enough time overseas to know the health concerns bugs like that pose. In addition, the total lack of clarity about the check in procedure was a bad start. I can only imagine had we arrived at night: having to check in through email, then download an app, then create two separate profiles, then not have the door key code come up or our bed number... it would have been extra distressing. As it was, every single door was unlocked and wide open for anyone and everyone to walk in so it didn't matter. Untidiness is expected, a bit of mess can be dealt with, but zero security is not acceptable. Especially located on a main road, next to a petrol station. We had to book in to alternative accommodation because of how uncomfortable we felt. We have emailed called multiple times with no response. Please save your money and book elsewhere.

Negative experience: It's called bunk inn......... more like bed bugs inn! I only stayed for one night and I woke up at 1am with itchy pain on my shoulders, ears, forehead, arms and thighs. I had to take a showers in the wet unclean bathroom. Luckily I was snorkling the next morning because the ocean cleaned out my skin. I had to get an insect bite cream from the chemist to calm my skin when it gets itchy when I am at work. I know it's a hostel and you get what you pay for. However, I have been to $20 a night hostels that are way cleaner than this $35 a night hostel. Here are some photos of my bite marks below. If this hostel wants to be compliant with it's cleanliness. I would suggest getting professional cleaners / pest control with bleach and replacing the mattresses! Those mattresses died a long time ago with the migration of bed bugs praying on their next sleeping backpacker. I wanted to run out of this hostel and never come back! Best of luck!

Negative experience: Worst place I’ve ever been. Haven’t been cleaned in ages, everything was dirty as and bedding smelled terrible. They haven’t delivered the rooms they sold us and when we complained about it they were so rude. Would never recommend it to anyone or go back, not even for free.

Negative experience: It is the most "untidy " backpacker hotel I had ever stay in my life. No one at reception. The glass door at reception is broken, there is white paint from the wall all around the floor. People who lives here for long tern didn't clean up there mess in the shower room and the light was flashing non stop, it just looks like no one ever cleaner this place. And the bed is like collapsed. Just don't go there : (

Negative experience: Backpack sale et dans un état peu correct, personne à l’accueil, grosse déception après avoir séjourné dans différents “bunk” en Australie. Se retrouver sans personne à l’accueil à devoir trouver notre dortoirs seules, sans numéro sur les chambres. Le peu de gens présent étant soit alcoolisé ou non résident et n’étant pas du tu au courant que d’autres personnes devait arriver. Fantastic experience: By far one of the best hostels I've stayed in. It's small, nice and cozy and most importantly - clean. The receptionist is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms and beds are awesome, pretty minimalistic but super comfy. Compared to all the other hostels and horror stories I've heard about them, this is definitely the place you want to stay at.

Positive experience: The staff were quite friendly and the location is good but l got bed bugs bites there and found some bed bug crawling around the bed, the cleanliness of the room can be further improved.

Fantastic experience: Great hostel. Group of 8, stayed here over NY. Stayed in the 12 bed dorm out the back. Really clean and Kyle is a great host. Free washing machines too. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover, I made that mistake.

Positive experience: Not a bad hostel but at $35/night it is fairly expensive for what it is and considering the property values. I stayed at a hostel in the Tablelands recently for $20/night with slightly better facilities (not such good WiFi) and the whole room to myself. I also stayed in the YHA Rockhampton for $24.50 the night before my stay at Bunk Inn and again got the room to myself. I've also stayed in decent Airbnbs for $35/night. At Bunk Inn I shared a room with 3 others. So in that sense Bunk Inn is poor value for money. There are actually people staying at Bunk on a full time basis and it's hard to imagine they can't get a better deal doing a flatshare of some sort. I didn't encounter any bed bugs noted in so many other reviews (I imagine the hostel takes cleaning bed sheets seriously because of all that feedback).

Positive experience: Cozy and tnice hostel! Looks like a house. Bathroom Needs a little bit cleaning.Free laundry.

Negative experience: Bed bugs, dirty rooms, dirty kitchen, dirty bathrooms, awful mattresses, unorganized service and loud disrespectful guests.

Negative experience: Unless you want to risk bed bugs – AVOID AVOID!! Long term guests told me they had a constant bed bug problem - clearly Bunk Inn has not invested in a pest controller and are banking on getting away with it having people move through so quickly and not come back. I really wanted to avoid writing this review, but Bunk Inn has given me no choice. I have tried phoning 5 times, the phone goes straight to voicemail. I have emailed, I have chatted on the instant messenger, I have filled out the contact form and I have sent 4 messages on Facebook – all of which have been read and ignored. I stayed at the Bunk Inn on Friday and Saturday night in late September (25/26). I woke up at 4 am on my first night in severe pain due to being bitten over 30 times by bed bugs, my face had also swelled up in an allergic reaction and I had to take myself straight to hospital where I stayed for the next 6 hours. We advised the staff, who said they would clean our groups beds (I would have thought every bed in the dorm would have needed cleaning but what do I know?). The manager never made an effort to come speak to us and we didn’t want to wait around and waste more of our weekend. I strongly regret this as they are now ignoring all of my attempts at communication. The weekend was essentially ruined for me as I was in pain and had a swollen face the entire time. Another member of our group was bitten on the 2nd night. On top of this, I should mention that the mattresses are horrendous even by hostel standards – you can feel every spring. They are about 20 years past replacement time. I will be reporting the Bunk Inn to QLD Health as they have absolutely disgustingly not responded to any of my communication attempts.

Fantastic experience: Lovely hostel. Def gives you a “at home” feeling. Helpful & including staff :)

Negative experience: Booked as a stop over between Brisbane and Rockhampton. Was looking forward to a needed good nights sleep to pop up and enjoy the morning ride. Instead about an hour or so after hitting the bed, I woke up itching. Ended up spending the early morning running all of my things through their dryer (which is free which is a plus) to hopefully rid myself of bed bugs. Reception was friendly enough and fellow travelers were kind. Bunks are secluded which is nice too. But all of that is null when you start itching.

Fantastic experience: This hostel was one of the best I stayed in during my 7 months of traveling. Steve was so helpful and gave good advice about the area. He drove me both ways to the Bundaberg Rum Distillery, drove me to get ice cream, and was always just a text away if I needed anything. He was very considerate of all of the guest's needs and was super welcoming! The washers and dryers were free, and the laundry detergent was also free. When I was there, it wasn't too crowded, so I even had the whole room to myself for a night! Each bathroom is shared with a maximum of 4 people, so you never have to wait for more than 1 person before it's your turn. This was such a livable hostel, and I wish I could have spent more time!

Negative experience: Less than a week ago they had bed bugs and took absolutely zero responsibility for it. They handling the situation rather poorly and even brought our German friends' race into the matter. They chauffeured us around a bit though which was cool. Maybe out of guilt lol

Fantastic experience: If only I could give this place 10 stars ⭐️ Best hostel I’ve stayed at in Australia. Kyle and Mauricio are the best hosts and really go out of their way to make sure you have the most amazing time! Great for solo travellers because it’s so sociable at the Bunk that you gain your own little family during your stay! Kyle booked all of our trips up the east coast at special rates as we were guests of the hostel and organised our activities while we were in Bundaberg, including a bbq beach day, local brewery tour, watching the turtles hatch and crawl to the sea and a day trip to Lady Musgrave Island. The hostel is very clean, with everything you need from a huge tv in the lounge, pool table, amazing modern kitchen/ bathroom facilities (with free breakfast/ tea/coffee) and the pods in the dorm literally make you feel like you have your own little private room! Very spacious and with room for your bag, along with your own light and powerpoint. Would 100% recommend a trip to Bundaberg with a stay at the Bunk Inn! Oofty! <3

Fantastic experience: Had a really good time at the Bunk Inn. The staff always offered a helping hand, when you had to go anywhere, which was really nice. In general, the vibe was perfect, and you can't complain about rooms at all. There's room for your bags and the cleanliness was top dollar Definitely recommend it!

Fantastic experience: It's the coolest most generous hostel I've stayed in.The manager Steve is the life of this place with his amazing music and friendly/ hospitality skills.He offers to drive u everywhere which is amazing.The place is clean very centrally located. Shopping mall,bank,post office,restaurants, Dan's,Grunskies by the river,Bundaberg Rum factory are all walking or close by.The kitchen is open 24/7 unlike places with so many rules.the train station is also walking distance.rooms r airconditioned and for 35$a night it's reasonably priced.

Fantastic experience: Super Hostel! Die Betten sind aufgebaut wie kleine aufeinander gestellte Zimmer - erinnern an asiatische Capsels - und sind super bequem. 12 Leute im Zimmer? Kein Problem! Die Duschen sind purer Luxus (gold), es gibt Apple TV, viel Free Food, unbegrenzt Wifi, freies Waschen, gratis Parkplatz und super nettes Personal, das sogar Bier verteilt!

Negative experience: Het hostel is erg leuk opgezet, hele mooie kamers, goede sfeer en gezellig personeel. Alleen de hygiëne was ver te zoeken. Beestjes in bed, remsporen in elke wc en maden die over de vloer kropen Heel erg jammer, want er is zoiets leuks van te maken!!

Negative experience: Das schlimmste Hostel wo ich jemals war! Als wir angekommen sind sah es aus als wäre das Hostel geschlossen. Beim Check in war niemand da, wir sind 16 Uhr angekommen und niemand sagte uns was. Das Ende vom Lied war das wir die Nacht im Auto verbracht haben weil dort 2 Leute waren die Bettwanzen hatten! Wir sprachen mit dem angeblichen Besitzer ob wir die Nacht erstattet bekommen und er sagte nein, wir hätten ja schon seit 16 Uhr in der Küche gesessen und da die 35 Dollar ausgenutzt, egal ob wir schlafen oder nicht haha. In der Küche war es einfach so dreckig, es lag überall verschimmeltes Brot und die Toiletten waren schmutzig. Totale Absteige.

Negative experience: I got bed bugs bites here. They asked me to swap to another bed but we just left. We only got a refund for one day out of the total of two days. I don’t know why this hostel got this high ratings.

Fantastic experience: Don’t stay anywhere else in Bundaberg but here! Kyle is one of the friendliest hostel hosts around, the rooms are really nice, the beds soft, the WiFi fast, and the jam and toast great. Kyle will really go out of his way to show you around and help you out. Legend!

Fantastic experience: Probably the nicest hostel I have seen in Australia. Clearly recently refurbished and done to a high hotel-quality standard. Staff were accomodating of my late check in and early check out due to bus timetables.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start? First of all, the bunks are all built out of wood and attached solidly to the walls... no disturbance from your upstairs or downstairs neighbors as you are sleeping! They are large enough to store some or all of your gear (depending on your room) and have curtains for privacy. AC in all bedrooms, two full kitchens to use. Free coffee, tea, milk, toast and jam available in the kitchens all day long. Free washer and dryer!!! Free bikes to borrow. Two lounges with couches, Netflix and Stan. Laid back vibe, but not in a loud, tons of partying kind of way. And finally, there is Kyle. Kyle is the owner and you will see him at the hostel almost every day. He's friendly, full of information on local attractions and the fruit-picking options in the area. If you are coming to town to get fruit picking work, come to the Bunk Inn for your first night! Kyle will give you the up to date and impartial advice that only a local can give. He also organizes outings for his guests and will drive you to and from... making it easy to get home safe after a night of indulging! I had an infection in a cut on my hand, and Kyle DROVE ME TO THE ER ON A SATURDAY to get it looked at, that is how much he cares about his guests.

Fantastic experience: Se siete di passaggio dovete assolutamente alloggiare al bunk inn, i propietari sanno farti sentire a casa e sono persone fantastiche, il posto è pulitissimo e tranquillo, perció se volete passare una buona notte a bundaberg non potete che andare qui!!! If you are passing through, you should definitely stay at the bunk inn, the owners know how to make you feel at home and they are fantastic people, the place is very clean and quiet, so if you want to spend a good night at bundaberg you can only go here!!✌✌

Fantastic experience: I had chance to stop by and spend couple hours in this hostel to visit my friends who stayed here for couple days. Kyle, the owner of the hostel, is the nicest guy i met in Bundy for sure. He manages the hostel so neat and clean all the time. You will be able to take a rest in comfy and welcoming vibe during your stay in here. You will also have everything what you need in this hostel. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: This Place reminds me more of an Sharehouse than a Hostel. The Manager is super nice and most of all this place is greatly equipped (the drinkable water filter, big tvs, a Billard pool, 2 Kitchen, air conditioned, etc). Also, free use of the washing and drying Machines!! Overall 6 outta 5, couldn't ask for more.

Fantastic experience: This hostel alone is a reason for you to visit Bundaberg! Kyle, the nicest hostel manager ever, has created an amazing home away from home with heaps of care and hospitality. Rooms, beds and showers are great. Kitchen has lots of free stuff and really appreciated the atmosphere, the free laundry and the ride to the brewery! Cheers Kyle, I'll highly recommend you - in fact my friend is coming right now ;)

Fantastic experience: One of the coziest hostels I've been to in Queensland, fast Wi-Fi, free tea and coffee (with milk!) and free laundry. Also really clean and the staff are proper friendly

Fantastic experience: At first I wanted to stay just for two nights and go to a workinghostel afterwards but it was such a familiar atmosphere that I extended two times. There are around 20 beds but 5 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. The dishes are free to use and there is also no deposit at checking in. U can wash your laundry for free and there are two livingrooms with a tv, also a billiardtable. There is free bread and all kinds of jams and spices. The staff was amazing and if you want to check out you can just leave.(after u have paid of course:-) All in all I really recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: This hostel was like a home away from home. Kyle accommodated us for one night at short notice and we were so impressed we wish we could have stayed longer. It is a small hostel, clean with cute decor and a super chilled vibe. The beds and bedding were comfy and great showers. The free laundry, excellent WiFi, homemade jam on toast and towels were all awesome touches that made our stay so enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: One of the best 'hostels' I've been! It's more like a share house with a lot of convenience, family vibe and excellent facilities. Showers are great and clean, also laundry is included. For your convenience, there's even a bicycle you can borrow to get around the city. I can't recommend this place more. Give it a go!

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner spent the night at Bunk Inn at the last minute after a horrendous experience following farming work meaning we had to leave at the last minute. We checked in and spent most of the day chilling around the hostel which is really comfortable and easy to relax in. There is a pool table and all sorts of board games, free WiFi which actually works unlike alot of places. It is similar to staying in a capsule hotel in the actual rooms and is super comfy. Couldn't reccomend more highly and the owner is so chilled and will hang around with everyone and help you with anything you need. Look no further when booking a hostel in the area.
