Negative experience: My friend booked with Courtney. One star because they booked him a $120 hotel in Bali with breakfast the night his plane leaves, he would have to leave at 6.30pm. They did it so he could leave his bags in the room when all hotels usually have a room where guests can leave their bag, which I would think a travel agent should know. Taking advantage of inexperienced travellers, clearly prioritising profit and commission over customer service. Wouldn't recommend.

Tait has been so prompt with all correspondences and quick to answer any questions I’ve had, as well as clarifications when needed. I gave Tait my budget, timeframes for travel, and 2 locations I was choosing between and other criteria for my travel. He came back to me with options and I was able to confirm which location and hotel I would go for quite easily. Knowing that the team has my back with the Captains Essentials has made a massive difference as I would normally be spending a fair bit of time and research on my own and still not have the peace of mind I now have. Fantastic experience: To Crystal Jagoe Thank you for you help on both our trips one to Port Douglas and Belfast London and Paris Explorer Crystal was very understanding of are needs. Very accommodating , professional. nothing was too much trouble for Crystal to do to help us plan are holidays

Negative experience: First of all, this place has the worst trained staff who know absolutely nothing about the travel industry.. Cruise booked was quoted with drinks package and room credit.. all good deposit paid.. then I get the paperwork and see there is no drinks or room credit.. spoke with the agent was assured they were included howbwr the girl was new so I rang pno directly.. They then tell me there are no drinks and no credit she booked a basic fare and to get the inclusions.. go back into to the travel agent as I'm pretty upset by this stage.. only to be scoffed at as tp why I'm contacting pno and not to worry the agent has it sorted and will get back to me.. I'd sent emails to follow up some of which took over 2 months to respond.. the reply was I've been sick still working on it and assured again she was following up and all the extras were included.. Got nowhere for months!!.. after continuous radio silence I finally get a reply to say I have to buy the drinks because they weren't included and no response regarding the room credit.. so much for the quoted price hey.. I get told then to get the extras and room credit now I'd have to cancel my booking lose my 400 dollar deposit and the room as others were waitlisted for it.. the manager then gets involved after about 6 months gives enough credit off the trip to cover the cost of 2 people drinks package (out of the five travellers) and no extra for room credit loss.. this was what they called good will.. false advertising false quote major delays in responding and a poor effort outcome... want to cruise?? Book directly through thr cruise line don't make the mistake and use pakenham flight centre like I did.. Also to top it off I go in to pick up the tickets and asked what cruises there were from melbourne in the coming years.. not that I would book through them just out of curiosity,, only to be told there are none after march.. now I know pno are merging to carnival.. however was told no cruise line will be porting in melbourne ever again.. how's that for knowledge funny enough pricess cruises just released there 25/26/27 cruises and plenty from melbourne seriously had to laugh how couldn't I. Update:: spoke to Hannah and fran in customer relations and they both agree the center can tell you you paid for a service but give you less.. now to ha e the ombudsman review its fraud people they can tell you whatever they want tell you in emails they will fix the issue then screw you over its disgusting and I will not stop untill its fully resolved

Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently purchased a holiday to Bangkok, Thailand through Tait at Flight Centre, Pakenham. Our holiday includes flights, accommodation, insurance, transfers and activities. When we first walked into the store, we were unsure exactly where we wanted to stay in Bangkok. Tait was so professional and patient. He guided us through all the options of accommodation and ensured where we stay is going to be near to transport both by river and train to make our stay easy access for all our sightseeing. Tait was very patient and listened attentively to all our requests about what sort of holiday we wanted and because of this attribute, we can now look forward to the perfect holiday in Thailand! We will definitely be booking all our holidays through Tait at Flight Centre Pakenham again. I highly recommend you do the same!!

Fantastic experience: Crystal Jagoe went above and beyond to help us plan our trip, which was a complex month-long holiday through 4 countries. Crystal helped us organise planes, trains, car hire, and accommodation as well as insurance. She also informed us in advance of important things we needed to know. But most of all, Crystal was fun to talk to and always a pleasure to see. I would not hesitate to recommend Crystal to anyone needing a travel planner to help them. She's fantastic.

Fantastic experience: The Flight Centre team at the Pakenham store were very helpful in booking our return London flights on Oman Air via Muscat. All flights on time and very comfortable transfers. It would have been difficult to book without Crystal's help.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service, called 10+ times over 3 days no answer. Went in 2 days in a row, too busy to help. Called flight centre Warragul answered straight away and lovely customer service. Steer away from this joint

Fantastic experience: My friend and I came in today and had the pleasure of working with Rosie. She spent a lot of time with us, was extremely thorough in her parsing of options and was an absolute delight to interact with. She was extremely accommodating of my friend's communication needs and was happy for us to communicate with each other for clarity. This is a rare and precious experience, as not everyone is so accommodating of different communication styles. We aren't sure how long Rosie has been there, but she is a customer experience superstar we are so grateful we got the chance to work with her today. And we will be visiting again the next time my friend needs to book a trip. Thank you Rosie and the Flight Centre team.

Negative experience: By far the worst branch to ever exist. We’re incredibly rude to my mother and grandmother. The staff are incompetent- no receipt for payment made my my family to change their flights - overcharged in person when it’s cheaper online. Spoke down to my family and made snarky remarks to them. Do not go here - a bunch of a**holes

Negative experience: No customer service at all, three staff members, one was working the other two not doing much at all, obviously felt it was beneath them to even acknowledge me, I persevered made an appointment, but after being kept waiting yet again, while two female sales assistants just sat there, I came home and booked it myself directly with the airline, they act as though they are doing you a favour, never go there again, you don’t need them anyway, anything they do you can do online.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I booked a holiday to Cairns through Crystal early this year, unfortunately our trip was cut short due to unforsceen circumstances. From start to finish Crystal has been fantastic to deal with, very professional, easy to deal with and a genuine care for people's situations. If you are looking for a flight agent who has excellent customer service skills then Crystal is your lady. Thank you Crystal for helping us during such a stressful time. Negative experience: I went in to the store, stood there for a good 10mins, not 1 of the agents acknowledged I was standing there, I walked out will never go back in, the most rudest people I have come across.

Negative experience: Last months I went there almost everyday but they were closed during business hours. I was super frustrated, I had to go online which is not my thing

Negative experience: Not happy. Booked flights almost 2 weeks ago, they spelt the names wrong and we asked for them to be corrected. We were advised they would be amended and sent through and we are still waiting!!! Sent a follow up email...nothing..really disapointing considering the job is customer service. Wont be using them again!!!
