The staff at Flight Centre Bateau Bay Square go the extra mile to ensure that this IS what happens x This is the second journey I am about to embark on, organised by this agency & I am expecting that this one is as trouble free and pleasant as the first one last year to Bali. With the exceptional and friendly, expert advice: with every question answered in fine detail: I feel confident that this journey will be as easy and pleasant as the last one. All the staff there are ready, willing & able to assist in all ways. Gillian was the young lady who organised the trip to Bali and this one has been started by Holly who was excellent and also assisted me with the exact method of getting to the Domestic Terminal on time. When I had more questions: I went back in and both Courtney and Teegan where also amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. Leaving no stone unturned. I highly recommend a visit to this friendly Team in the convenience of Bateau Bay Square Shopping Centre, next time you are planning a trip. xx

Fantastic experience: My partner and I had planned to book an 8 week holiday to Europe but weren’t really sure where to start. We decided to pick the brains of a travel agent at our local shopping centre. We met with Holly who we eventually saw multiple times over the coming months in order to plan our trip. From the beginning, Holly was professional, up front, friendly and transparent with us both, leaving no stone unturned. She was able to provide recommendations and help us book not only accommodations but also flights, trains, private transfers and a variety of activities. Holly made our trip effortless and had everything planned to a T. She also touched base with us throughout the trip and provided valuable information and advice on how to deal with all the obstacles that came up on our holiday. I recommend Holly to anyone looking to plan their own trip of a lifetime. We will certainly be back to book more in future!

Fantastic experience: Flight Centre at Bateau Bay are the most professional and helpful Travel Agency I have ever deal with in my many years of Trips. The staff are absolutely amazing, with special mention going to Senior Travel Consultant Lucie Green. She has a friendly and bubbbly personality and nothing is too much trouble for her. All the other staff members are also extremely helpful and friendly.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional, dishonest and incompetent. Many lies were told! 3 months to try organise my trip.This company would be the worse I have ever dealt with. And for the manager Mitchell to say to me “Well you get what you paid for “ My advice to anyone who is thinking of using Flight Centre is Stay away from them. Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience planning our trip to Japan with the help of our travel agent, Paris! She took care of everything, from booking flights to arranging accommodation, I was so nervous going on my first overseas trip and she was so helpful and answered all the million questions I had asked! We will definitely be seeing her again!

Negative experience: The worst travel agency experience I have ever had. I sent a brief via the flight centre contact page and somehow it was sent through to their office in Bateau Bay. I gave a very detailed brief wanting a 4-week cultural experience across key parts of Australia and answered numerous queries from a person named Paris Stagg who was handling my query. After more than a week of back and forth all I got sent to me was some indicative flights and nothing else. I was appalled with this lack of effort and waste of my time. It was clear my $25K budget wasn't good enough for Paris. When I advised Paris what she submitted was unacceptable, I got an out of office message stating she was on leave until 29th October. She must have returned by now, but as at 11/11/24, I've never heard from her again. Needless to say, I then found a local independent agency in Subiaco who provided me with an excellent plan and very prompt service to recover the lost time wasted with Paris. Never again will I use Flight Centre. A total waste of my time!

Negative experience: Needed a flight at short notice, price gouging was rampant. Ranging from $650-$1200 one way from Sydney to Brisbane. I refuse to pay that much considering the flight down was $89. So I caught a bus instead for $85. Just took a day. I thought price gouging was illegal in Australia? Not for the aviation sector!

Fantastic experience: We booked a family holiday to Thailand with Paris and would definitely see her again to arrange our next trip. Our whole holiday went smoothly - flights, transfers and accommodation. We also appreciated her personal recommendations for tours and dining!

Fantastic experience: I have to travel regularly with my family for work, and Paris (who previously worked at Tuggerah Flight Centre) has been essential in easing my stress about booking flights, accomodation, travel insurance and more. Her holistic customer service, genuine care for my needs and kind, understanding approach has made the entire experience of overseas travel a lot less overwhelming. Her professionalism and attention to detail is also outstanding as each time I book with her, she explains everything thoroughly so I know what I am booking without fear of anything being left out. I couldn't recommend Paris more when booking any kind of domestic or international travel.

Fantastic experience: Paris was so amazing during the whole process of planning my trip to Europe. Since it was my first time going overseas and I was going alone, Paris was so patient and kind with me which made the whole experience a lot less overwhelming. Whenever I had any questions whether they were big or small she always was so thorough and helpful. We are extremely grateful to her for her help getting us out of a volatile situation in Israel, her efficiency got us the last 2 seats on a flight the next day & at half the price previously quoted through another 24hr number given to us. Negative experience: If I could give the agent Tracy Millward a zero star, I would. Firstly, quoted a higher price than the official Qantas website. Secondly, non responsive for weeks when I wanted to purchase travel insurance. Unheard of. What the *#^. I ended up getting insurance from Lake Haven who was instantly helpful. Then after paying the final amount for the trip she never emailed me final documents that contain my booking reference for flight check in. Like the other post - do yourself a favour and stay away from this branch!

Negative experience: I’ve decided to purchase a return ticket to Bali so I went into the Flight Centre store in Bay Village today Thursday, 18/8/22 at 4:40pm. The staff looked busy, I stood up waiting in front of the the sales assistant who was busy with her mobile phone. The other staff asked if I needed help. I said I wanted to buy a return ticket to Bali. The sales assistant who was on her mobile phone said that she couldn’t help because she’s leaving in 5 minutes and the other said she was busy too. It’s a first time for me to experience sales assistants who were selling their products but were not really interested with helping the customer. Don’t waste your time, go to different travel agents with good customer service!!!

Negative experience: Oh how I would like to go into this store and be able to go to see all the different countries. There are so much to see. our family lived in Papua & New Guinea. This gave me the wander lust. Unfortunately money has been the problem. I feel that if you have the wander lust yourself it would be the best place to go to find out what was the best places to go. Then you can mark the above as I don't wish to wait their time.
