Fantastic experience: I don’t normally write a review but Kaytlan in Tuggerah flight centre went above and beyond our expectations. We asked for a 30 day tour of Europe, named Paris, Switzerland, Venice and Rome, asked for cruises and she delivered the most rewarding, reasonable priced, outstanding holiday one could wish for. She helped us in every step we asked for , including the train bookings, flight seat bookings, what to take, and all questions we asked she had the experience to help, answer and navigate. We recommend her 100%.

We followed her when she moved to be Team Leader at Tuggerah FC earlier this year. Fantastic experience: Chloe did an amazing job with planning our honeymoon to Vietnam! We went on a 3 day cruise of Ha Long bay which was absolutely magical as well as an awesome resort in Phu Quoc. Chloe and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly but I have to say Chloe just went above and beyond for us. We had such an amazing time and she made it all so easy. She made sure we didn’t have to worry about anything even doing confirmations on our behalf as we were busy getting married in NZ. Will definitely be booking again.

I saw Katelyn, and within 20 minutes I had a full itinerary and flights booked. The process was seamless and she was so informative about the trends and necessities required for travel. Fantastic experience: We recently went in to Flight Centre Tuggerah to look at holidaying in Vietnam, but did not particularly want a totally organised tour group. We had an idea of the main areas we would like to visit but not really sure how to put the whole trip together. From the first time we sat down with Andrew we knew we were in great hands. He really listened to us to find out exactly what we were hoping to see and do, and what type of holiday we would enjoy. He was so enthusiastic and happy to research the best tours and places to visit and stay to suit our individual needs. Andrew happily co-ordinated all our flights and transfers, and nothing was either too much effort or any question a hassle, as he was genuinely wanting to help us plan and enjoy the best holiday possible. Andrew took all the hard work and stress out of planning the trip logistics so that we could focus on just enjoying all the fun parts of our holiday and we certainly did! We had a fantastic trip and when we returned, Andrew was even keen to meet up with us to hear about our holiday, feedback and any suggestions for future bookings. Negative experience: Would give zero stars if I could. Incompetent staff. Woeful customer service. Slow communication. Some staff are downright rude. Perhaps instead of replying to the review management could contact me as requested?

Fantastic experience: Chantelle from Flight Centre Tuggerah was so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for her. Tuggerah is a lot further for us to travel however we will continue to go there to get Chantelle's help, or follow her if she moves on!

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Chantelle for her helping me to organise an urgent work trip to Darwin with very short notice. Her service was exemplary and not only did she get me the best deal as I had been trying to get the cheapest deal possible on the internet and Flight Centre still came in cheaper but she also gave me great advice on adding luggage before so I didn’t get stung at the airport. There will be much more work travel but I know I will not have to worry looking for the best deals as I am in safe hands with Chantelle. Fantastic experience: I booked my Europe trip through Kaytlan rogers at flight centre Tuggerah. I was very nervous about planning this trip and she made it seem effortless. Not only that she helped with my struggles of dealing with fear of flying. When I got to Europe there was no issues, no delays and it was the trip of my life. Fantastic experience: We used Flight Centre Tuggerah to book our last two overseas trips. Kaytlan was our consultant, she was excellent to work with, helpful and friendly. Our booking was managed in a professional manner and nothing was too much trouble - Especially when our flight was cancelled and needed to be rescheduled whilst we were overseas. Would highly recommend them when planning your next trip.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking to schedule a complex overseas trip, then definitely head to the team at Flight Centre Tuggerah. I've scheduled two European holidays with the team in the past two years, and everything the team assisted with has gone smoothly. Admittedly I did some accommodation bookings myself, but for the remainder of accommodation and key items that you don't want to get wrong (i.e. flights, rail passes, etc) I used the team and everything was spot on! Communication is also flawless and timely, which means you get to organise your trip promptly and get in touch if needed when OS. Can't wait to start organising my next trip!

Fantastic experience: Chloe is an absolute super star! Delta cancelled my flight the day before I was due to fly out and they put me on a flight the next day which I wasn't happy with. I had also booked premium economy and they only had economy left. Within half an hour Chloe had me on a Qantas flight in premium economy on the day I wanted and a full refund from Delta. Thank you so much Chloe!

Negative experience: What rude service. Definitely not booking through them. I didn’t have a date of travel so she was sarcastic and demeaning to me and refused to be helpful in any way. Clearly I need to shop elsewhere.

Negative experience: Flight Centre Tuggerah used a supplier called bedsonline to book an excursion called Madrid Tapas Adventure. It was supposed to commence at 7pm at a specific spot nowhere near my hotel so I used Google Maps to walk there from the Prado Museum which took me half an hour. Someone from Urban Adventures was supposed to waive a sign in front of the statue in the plaza. I got there 25 minutes early. 7pm came & went but no one from urban adventures showed up for the Madrid Tapas Adventure…not the tour guide nor any guests. I called Andrea from Bedsonline on their ‘emergency number’ & she spent 30 minutes trying to call the company but no one picked up. She called them twice with no pick up. Then Andrea said she had no power to refund me & that their would have to be an investigation conducted by my travel agent even though Andrea confirmed I was at the right location & the excursion had been confirmed. I also had to buy my own dinner which was to have been provided in this tour & get myself back to the hotel which meant the expense of a cab ride. Andrea could not even confirm whether the day trip would proceed tomorrow for the next excursion also booked with those ‘niff nuffs’ bedsonline… Whatever you do…don’t allow Flightcentre to book any day trips in Spain with ‘bedsonline’ or Urban Adventures. They will just take your money & not deliver. Can you please make some calls to confirm its on. I don't want to have to go out early in the morning for nothing. I will write a negative trip advisor review as well. I’m very unimpressed.

Negative experience: Worst place to make travel plans. If you go here make sure that you are not helped by Murray. He makes the sale then can't be bothered after that. Go to the Flight Centre upstairs at Westfield if you are not sure which one I am talking about just ask if Murray works their and if they say yes ask them where the other Flight Centre is.
