Negative experience: We purchased family passes to some parks which cost us $530. Due to an accident and going through rehab we have not been able to use them. After calling four times regarding this matter and receiving appalling customer service, no one sorted this or called us back. Finally I get an email a month later to say there is nothing they can do. When I spoke to the parks directly they said they would have honored this so next time I will purchase directly through them. I will never purchase through this company again.

The campaigns terms and conditions were clearly stated on both the website, as well as on your voucher, stating the expiry date of the 29th March 2024. As these are 12 month tickets, the barcode on your voucher will automatically expire on 29th March 2025. We did speak with the provider on your behalf to try and have these extended, and were denied. As per our product listing, WhiteWater World is a seasonal park with different operating hours to Dreamworld, and we have tried to make this as clear as possible, by listing it in the highlights and inclusions, what you can expect, what you need to know, operational hours (specifically where it states the 14th October to 13th December: Monday to Thursday: CLOSED, Friday: 10:30am to 5pm, Saturday and Sunday: 10am to 5pm), additional information and booking information sections on our website. The good news is that you have 7 days from your first entry into the park to use your second day of your voucher, and it can be used to enjoy a second day at Dreamworld if you aren't going to be present over the weekend.

Negative experience: I just brought today 2 7 day theme park tickets I was going to by 5 but like to do 2 at a time well thank god I didn’t buy all 5 at once! I’m a single mum to 4 teenagers and saved so hard for our holiday! I made an account purchased 2 passes all was going well put the code in from my from my bank! I think great alls well there’s the 357 payment left my account to there’s but no tickets sent to me email, I msg them all they come back with it’s a technical error so they can see I payed it but can’t issue me my tickets and it’s apparently going to take 7-10 days to receive my refund! Beyond pissed I did chat to lovely guy who I know it isn’t his fault who’s going to try and refunded in 3 days but I dought it will happen! I’m so pissed of nearly 500 down in money what a horrible start to my holiday! I won’t be using this site again

Susana being bilingual was a huge plus, as it made communication in Spanish so much easier. Negative experience: Extremely poor customer service, I purchased a voucher for jetboating, tried to use it they advised that it’s expired ( it only lasts for 3 months) I advised that Australian law says vouchers must last 5 years. Negative experience: The website was having major difficulties with loading while purchasing tickets. I attempted numerous times to purchase a ticket and kept getting error page. Eventually I was successful, however the following day it had showed up in my bank account the purchase had happened twice and the next day I had received a delayed email of another successful purchase. I asked for a full refund and email confirmation of the refund, which he said he would process. The next afternoon, I still had not received confirmation of the refund and sent an email to Customer Service following up. They replied, "I have received an update from the operators and they mentioned that we already missed the trip for today. the 6th of July. They are asking again of you want to reschedule for July 8th or request to refund the full amount." WE WERE TOLD THERE WAS NO TRIP AVAILABLE ON 6TH JULY!! I had to then ask multiple times for written confirmation that a refund had been processed. Very disappointing. More to the point, do not advertise and take people's money if you do not have an available service to offer.

Negative experience: I purchased two tickets to Paronella park. During the booking process it didn't ask to select a date and payment page was prompted so i proceeded and received the tickets. I thought i'd make sure if we can use the tickets any date as we rented a car for certain date for this visit. After email was sent, i got a response from an agent that we're booked for 26th April. I never chosen that date nor asked the agent to booked for as we already planned our entire trip. I sent an email again to fix it. No response. Sent another email next day. No response all day. The following day i rang and explained what happened and asked to change Paronella tickets to 27th as previous agent advised we're booked for 26th. The agent asked few questions and i was advised it was changed. A few minutes later i get a confirmation email from Hartley's that our booking was changed. THIS IS NOT THE RESERVATION I ASKED TO CHANGE. The agent changed for our other tour which was booked for correct date. I was devastated how a simple inquiry turned out to be this painful. I rang again asked, all i want to know is if we can use Paronella ticket on any date as there was no selection of date on booking page. The agent advised that the tickets are open tickets therefore we can visit anytime. THIS WAS ALL I NEEDED TO KNOW. Still had to change back our Hartley's ticket due to their mistake. This is absolutely terrible experience. I will not use this booking site ever again.

Negative experience: Purchased 3, 3 day passes through optus perks. No mention prior to purchasing the tickets that rides are down for maintenance, only after I got the PDF once purchasing at which point I wasn’t reading t&cs because I’d already bought it. After following up through multiple avenues as soon as I found out the rides were down (and a 40 min car ride each way) I was told there is nothing they can do as they don’t know when maintenance happens and can’t update every site that sells their tickets. The Lady on the phone kept saying ohhhh I’m sorry to everything I said but would follow up with, but there’s nothing I can do. Negative experience: Would not recommend this company.I had bad experience i emailed them with name of hotel and street the hotel is on.They booked me in for a tour to pick me up from the hotel. Day before i phoned to confirm pick up we are told its a 5.5 hour drive so no pick up. Phoned and spoke to a Daniel who was extremely rude towards the end of the call. Fantastic experience: It was an amazing experience walking in the rainforest of Springbrook National Park and personally see the glowworms and just to hear the dashing of waterfalls inside the cave, it was total darkness. There were only 10 in the group including my family of 3adults and 2 children (10 and 5 y/o). Our tour guide Tim was knowledgable and gave us all the warnings we needed (especially to avoid holding the railings as there might be spiders and ants). Experience Oz's terms and conditions state that refunds will not be applied for Theme Park, Shows, Attractions, coupons or gifts in any circumstances. I find it abhorrent to deny a refund for services not rendered in any circumstance, but especially so in a business where you should be an assistant to those suffering the turbulence experiences of travelling. I have used this service only once and now refuse to use it again until this policy is changed.
