Fantastic experience: Just returned from a fabulous trip organised by Kris at Helloworld Lower Templestowe. Her knowledge is amazing and the trip she planned for us was spectacular! We used planes, trains and automobiles throughout our European adventure and the itinerary was seamless. Her planning and communication were faultless and all hotels were well located and suited our needs. Can’t thank her enough and would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Spoke to agent about holiday plans in Australia and she was going to get back to me via email. Week passed so I went in. Was pushed to make appointment with her but I couldn't until I found out my shifts for work. She said she would email me with what she had that day. Never received the email to this day (over a month ago)so looked elsewhere with better service. Obviously wasn't concerned about dealing with me.

Negative experience: Still waiting for air ticket refund after cancelling Xmas flight... And after another complaint call in December.....get a refund about 2/3rds.....only took a year to get most of my money back......well done...to me its Goodbyeworld.
