Negative experience: if I could give negative stars I would. Probably the worst travel agency. lack of communication, and whenever they do respond, it is like they don't care. they never answer phone calls, and when I send emails, they respond so late and is completely unprofessional when they do. If I were you, i would save the hassle, go find some other place to book your flights. these people are liars and scammers, they just try to take your money from you and will bluff there way through. save yourself the time and money. All this place does is steal and give you anxiety.

Negative experience: I have been told by Thai airways and CVFR that the money for my tickets has been refunded to them in September but they still haven't refunded it to me no way 5o contact them . Not answering phone or emails.

Keep postponing or asking me to call the airline. Calling the airline , they tell me to call travel agent as it where I booked my ticket. Totally hopeless. Not helpful. Numerous emails were sent . Numerous phone calls. they do not respond back to phone calls or emails. Do not trust Neha or harry from Travel Aussie. Totally hopeless business. Do not go to this business at all. Big scam. Never go to this business. Total scam.

Negative experience: Still owes me money from more than a year. Constantly playing games from behind the phone.
