Fantastic experience: Excellent service and experience staff. I have dealt a couple of times with Phoebe and recently with Rachael. Rachael went above and beyong of what we expected. She has even rebooked our flights on Quantas and Virgin when Regional Express went into administration.without any inconvenience to us. When our flight was delayed Rachael sent an email to inform us. Both of those ladies were courteous and friendly.

Negative experience: On two separate occasions, my wife and I were subjected to some condensing and rude behaviour from staff at this location. We found both travel agents to be extremely pushy, and noted a change in attitude when we mentioned we were not ready to book and were simply after some quotes. After mentioning that I would shop around, the agent said, “you’ve missed the boat with this one, hunny, do you think you’re going to get a better price elsewhere or something?”. Funnily enough, I did shop around, and was able to find the exact same flights at almost $2,000 cheaper, despite this particular agent saying this was not possible. Advice to others, shop around first and be prepared for this location to attempt to rip you off! 0 stars (if I could!)

Negative experience: We chose Flight Centre, trusting that it would ensure a smooth travel experience. Regrettably, upon our arrival at the airport, our youngest wasn't ticketed, causing a 40-minute wait to resolve the issue. This repeated on three more flights until the final one. To our dismay, the return flight paperwork indicated our 8-month-old on a different flight. We reached out to friends for help, to speak to Flight Centre, but Flight Centre denied knowledge of our booking. The stress and uncertainty we faced were truly unnecessary, prompting us to reconsider our choice. The challenges encountered during our journey were not what we anticipated.

Negative experience: I dealt with Emily Stack she booked us holiday to USA. She was unprofessional and didn’t know most of the things always was asking around and being unsure. During the booking time i would sent her email so she would have everything Ready by the time we came. So our appointment would run smoothly and be only little time, but no she would do everything when we arrive there, so we would be there 4 plus hours. She booked 7 people into one bedroom with barely a bathroom. It was so small and horrible, she as a agent should know. The hotel was gross and small and does not fit 7 people. I have contacted her several times after we came back in September and she never responded or answered my emails or calls. I was given her the chance to respond since September, not once has she tried to call me or email me back, very bad customer service I would never recommend her for booking your travel needs very disappointed

She has a wealth of information, not only about cruising, but travel in general to many and varied different parts of the world. As a solo traveller she is always on the lookout for "no single supplement" cruise opportunities for me which makes my trips so much more affordable. So far, l have cruised from Budapest to Amsterdam, seen the Northern Lights on an Artic Circle cruise in Norway, the Chilean Coastline, landed on Cape Horn on the way to Antartica, seen penguins galore, whales, seals and huge icebergs. And as l write this lm cruising down the coastline of Croatia on a luxury yatch called The Lady Eleganza.

Fantastic experience: Rachael Hackney at Flight Centre Narellan made planning our recent holiday in Europe hassle free. I had a rough idea of where I wanted to go and how long I wanted to spend overseas but I was having trouble coordinating things. Rachael took my outline of potential flights with long wait times between flights and on airlines I‘d never heard of before and within fifteen minutes had me flying with Qantas and Emirates (baggage included) and at a cost hundreds of dollars cheaper than my best internet find. Stopovers, accommodation and day tours were also organised very efficiently. Rachael is an experienced travel agent so you feel confident in following any suggestions she makes. Hotels suggested we’re comfortable and close to transport and travelling by Eurostar rather than flying was a great way to get from London to Amsterdam. It’s worth the drive to Narellan to get Rachael to arrange your next holiday.
