Negative experience: My two girlfriends and myself booked a flight from New York to Vegas. My itinerary said 10.05am my girlfriends said 10.05 and the other said 7.40, we spent our last night in New York trying to contact the airline to sort it out, we ended up all getting to the airport leaving at 4am to find out two were on the 7.40am and I was left on the 10.05. So I had to pay to transfer and now Donny won’t answer us and flight centre are telling me we were all in the 10.05am flight which didn’t happen. Also my name is spelt incorrectly on the ticket. I would never use them again

Negative experience: The idea of using a travel agent when booking overseas trips is to avoid potential stuff ups and delays.Flight centre Gordon lacks customer service and did not bother to inform my flight was cancelled. No email. No phone call. Never again.

Positive experience: I have used Flight Centre Gordon on several occasions and always find their personnel, polite, efficient and reliable. Following my last holiday they asked for feedback which I was happy to provide.

We normally plan and book our own travel, but not any more. We will be using Kate again as she listened to what we wanted without exception. Fantastic experience: Recently I booked flights to Nepal with Kate McNee. Due to work & personal reasons I requested to change the dates few times but Kate was highly patient & professional with me. She did excellent work finding the best deal that suited my budget & provided some great travel tips. I have been so impressed by her professionalism that I will be booking my Europe trip with her soon. I would highly recommend Kate to anyone & have been blown away with her professionalism. She is a Gem & there is not many out there who wear heart on their sleeves like Kate.

He goes above and beyond to find the best flights, accommodation, expert travel tips and activities for my holidays. Amazing work, highly recommend!

Negative experience: Went to Flight Centre Gordon to give an opportunity for providing service in regards to our 11 day trip to Paris, from start itself seemed like no customer service should be expected rather the simple gesture of offering customer to have a seat was missing . It took 15 min for the lady sitting there offering to sit , even when no customer was there . No wonder it’s not worth booking looking at my initial experience and reviews here. Worst experience ever received !!

Negative experience: Had the most awful experience at Flight centre Gordon today. We walked in and were greeted with someone who clearly didn’t want to be there. No hello, no smile, nothing. When we told her our budget she laughed in our faces, and refused to book budget airlines for us despite us being uni students and not being able to afford expensive flights. She told us we should have been more organised and didn’t listen to any of our needs. She was argumentative and antagonistic, said things like, ‘I would never do that… would you really’ and when we stopped to think about it said ‘see that’s what I thought’. I’ve never had a worse experience with any costumer service worker. I have been to other flight centres in Sydney and they have been good so I don’t think this is a representation of the organisation but this one woman. She was uninterested in our needs and wants, rude, careless and stared at us with a blank and judgemental expression. Walked out of there feeling awful and upset. Would NEVER go back. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Negative experience: I really cannot rate Flight Centre Gordon badly enough. From start to finish I have had the most disappointing experience. From the guy who initially booked my flight being half way out the door because he had already started a new job and was just moonlighting in the evening to get his work done at Flight Centre Gordon (and apparently he was the manager of the branch!). To consistently unanswered phones, to branch being closed when you went down to try and talk to someone, to emails pretty much always unanswered unless you sent 3 or 4 on the same subject. My partner and I are currently sitting on a beautiful Thai Island looking forward to travelling back sitting separately because no-one at Flight Centre would take on the job of getting us seats together. Apparently they’re not able to do this even though Qantas’s website says the only way it can be done is by the travel agent that booked the flight. Seems the travel agent we used is on holiday himself and does not want to make the effort. Just the final end to a terrible experience. I forgot to mention that the reason I used Flight Centre in the first place was they upsold me from a $1600 flight to a $3000 flight because apparently by doing so I would have good service, good luck with that. Really if this is the service Flight Centre offer I would strongly recommend putting your money into a travel agency that actually cares about your experience, can answer their phones and service your most basic of enquires. My only regret with this review is I could not give zero stars at that is what Flight Centre Gordon deserves. Oh by the way, if you sort these reviews by date you will see every review for the last 2 years was 1 star, that tells you everything you need to know if you’re thinking of using these guys.

Negative experience: We required airfares, accommodation and car hire. Airfares were booked promptly, but once paid for, Kate, our agent, did nothing further and did not respond to our emails. We ended up making our own arrangements for accomodation and car hire. One week before departure, we had not received tickets, and we had to go to the shop to ask for them - service zero.

Negative experience: Walked in store and was told they couldn't speak to us, make an appointment. Rang the next day and made a phone appointment which was delayed by over 40 mins as they were busy but couldn't ring and tell me. Finally spoke to them, took all my details and said will get back to me with prices and airline options within 48hrs. It has been over a week and no correspondence. Really disappointing, and I was trying to support the locals.

Fantastic experience: 20000 stars for Donny. Quick, knows his stuff, efficient, sticks to his word. Can't recommend enough. By far one of the best flight consultants I have worked with. He made sure flights were all sorted even late on a Friday night and straight away knew exactly what we were after. I already know I am in trusted hands so early on! Thank you thank you thank you

Negative experience: Emailed through a request to book a flight - Janet helpfully came back with a price. A couple of hours later I called to lock it in and she had gone home. The Manager, Donnie answered the phone and I asked if he could book it for me. When I reconfirmed the price it had gone up so I said "sorry, it's actually now cheaper if I book direct with the airlines". As he was hanging up the phone he obviously didn't realise he was still on the phone and called me a "Time Waster". Rang up to complain but turns out he's the Manager. Didn't apologise unreservedly - simply made excuses about his stressful day. Completely unacceptable and rude and has made me realise why I don't book through travel agents.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to return to Sydney from Cairns after only one night of my holiday - PENNY made everything so easy - she got me on a flight the same day and recommended places to go to while i waited - I can not praise her enough for her understanding her absolute top customer service and her friendliness - I would give her 20 stars if I could

Fantastic experience: I would give 6 stars if I can! I have been travelling all my life and I have never met an agent as dedicated as LiLi. I was stranded in Verona as my flight to Rome was cancelled due to strike. I was about to take a connecting flight in Rome to come home. I rang Li Li and she and her team quickly arranged another ticket for me to go to Munich and take another flight home within an hour!! They did care about their customer! When I am home, Li Li claimed the insurance for me and it was a hassle free and seamless process, I can't recommend Li Li and her team highly enough.

Fantastic experience: We recently did a two month overseas trip which included stops in Canada, USA, Europe and the UK, and two cruises. Brody Collier from Flight Centre Gordon was very helpful in helping to plan the trip, and did an excellent job on all the bookings. Made it all very easy for us. Thanks for a great job Brody. Gayle

Fantastic experience: We walked in, needing help with a European trip that we knew we could do ourselves but with lots of effort! Donny was incredible from the start - patient, knowledgeable, thorough and wonderfully enthusiastic. He is clearly a person who loves to travel and loves to facilitate other people's travel. Against popular opinion (consumer website info), we went with the Captain's Package; The best idea as we had a massive price drop in the flights. We immediately got vouchers for the difference in price which Donny then cleverly helped us use for accommodation. Donny didn't book all of our hotels (in fact we did most of those ourselves) but he gave us great ideas for the flow of the trip. It was such a relief having someone we could call and run through ideas with. We will definitely use FC Gordon in the future (and preferably Donny but several other staff members who answer the phone have been helpful too)

Fantastic experience: At reasonably short notice my girlfriend and I had the opportunity to get away from work for a month and we wanted to spend this time travelling around the USA however given the limited time we had to research and book our trip we engaged Flight Centre Gordon to assist us turn our dream trip into reality. With only a roughly drafted itinerary Flight Centre Gordon put together what turned out to be the trip of a lifetime! The flights and trains that were proposed and booked made for a seamless and comfortable transition from city to city and the hotels we stayed in were fantastic and reasonably priced. This is a testament to the research the team did to make our trip happen as well as it did! We had one hiccup which was out of Flight Centre’s control with a late cancellation of our accommodation by the hotel however our agent and Flight Centre’s emergency team worked promptly to ensure this had minimal impact on us. The wonderful service provided by Flight Centre was reassuring in what easily could have been a stressful situation in a foreign city! I would highly recommend Flight Centre to anyone looking to book their travels due to their fantastic service, thorough research and reasonable pricing. Our experience was fantastic and could not have happened without the expertise of the team! Special mention to our agent Brody whose communication before, during and after the trip was first class.

Fantastic experience: This is the place you should visit if you want a proper customer service.. The team here are amazing and very helpful.. Also i was serve with this young girl maybe in the 20's. She was amazing with her job. Polite ,friendly,and excellent customers service. I was totally impressed with her enthusiasm and professionalism. This is definitely a team of greatness
