Negative experience: ATROCIOUS - in my opinion - DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENT Contacted them a month ago on a Friday regarding a $10,000 cruise we were interested in Was told she would try and ring back that day and I said early next week would be fine if she needed time to sort it out Waited till the next Friday then contacted her again She had obviously forgotten about it and I had to remind her who I was Okay I accept she’s busy No problem She said she’d get back to me that same day Nope Nada Waited another week then contacted her again Was told again that she would get back to me Suffice it to say it’s now a month later and I have not had a single word from her I left an email message and a phone message letting her know I was not very happy but accepted that perhaps she was very busy and would expect to hear back from her shortly Crickets No explanation No apology Nothing RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL WOULDNT TRUST HER TO BOOK MY BUS TICKET

Fantastic experience: Went out their way to make sure I got everything I needed considering this was near a long weekend the manager even text me to make sure everything was going well Finished everything up after the long weekend now the trip is all organised and I can't wait to for the person to arrive

Fantastic experience: A big thank you to Amy, at this office. Right through Covid she stayed in contact with us re: our proposed trip to Norfolk Island. When it seemed it could not go ahead, she organised credits with all the relevant providers eg. accommodation, airfares, tours etc then a couple of weeks later when regulations changed, she re-booked everything. She stayed cheerful and helpful all through this trying time. I feel so sorry for all travel agents over the last 12 mths and hope things start improving for them.
